It took over 2 hours to get my nails done. I showed the woman what I wanted done and the colors i wanted. She said yes no problem. When she was halfway into doing my nails, she said, I dont have that color. I had to have it airbrush. The airbrush paint job was sloppy. In the end, I didnt get what I paid for. I also opted for my eyebrows to be done. Oh boy, did she ruin me. She practically took my eyebrows off. Now I have to pencil it in. She never took the small hairs around nor did she shape it. Pretty sloppy job and I still tipped her well. In fact, I will never return.

The guy on table number 9 was the person who attended me and mined you this was the first time visit. From the moment I sat down he so, rude. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said he could do it (no he couldnt). He cut me everywhere, my nails were all crooked and they came out lumpy. He also did a horrible paint job, bad formation, and he did a mess with the acrylic powder. He put the acrylic powder on my actual skin. Overall the other people working there are so nice and friendly except him. It hasn’t even been a week and they are chipping, I don’t thinks it’s suppose to be doing that.

I was BEYOND satisfied with the way my nails turned out for my wedding! They were absolutely beautiful.My only issue was that I had requested a specific technician to do my nails, made an appointment with her, arrived ON TIME for my appointment, and she passed me over to someone else while taking another customer instead. Left a bad impression. I requested her because I had seen her work and wanted her specifically to do my nails. It just came off as a preference issue which I didnt appreciate.Other than that, the service was wonderful! Pricey, but it made sense considering the service I was requesting.

This place is amazing. Went in today... waited 10 minutes or so & they went straight to work. The guy I had was extremely gentle & made me feel welcomed. My nails are beautiful!! totally worth the money. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been going to Ashley for years, i recently moved to SC and am back for vacation- NOTHING compares to the way Ashley does my nails. I know the place is redone and scrubbed and disinfected and cant wait to the Govenor gives the ok on 6/24 for her to reopen. Best Nail Salon on Long island far as im concerned!! I’ve been going here for over 10 years and my nails have consistently been done perfectly! I Nails has the largest selection of gel polish I have ever seen and constantly keeps up with the trends. Ashley can mimic any design idea I throw at her and is always up for the challenge. I have recommended many customers to this salon and they have never been disappointed.

I have been going to this nail salon since I moved to Massapequa Park about 4 years. Everyone there is extremely professional and treat the customers like family. I can’t say enough about the employees and service. I always get compliments about my nails. If I need a repair which is rare they always fix it without hesitation. Ashley and Sonny are a great pair and I would recommend them highly! They always stay with the trends in nails and supplies. Just ask and they probably do it!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went there to get a mani pedi without polish- they do not offer buffing, I found out after getting there. I then settled to getting cuticles cleaned out and soles of my feet scrubbed- which was not adequate. Worst part is 2 days after my visit, I started noticing pain on my left big toe and I was surprised to find an infected nail bed to the left of the toe that brought pus out upon palpation.I don’t think they clean their instruments. I’ve never had anything like this in my life. Absolute disaster and health hazard. Stay away!

I don’t know about this place anymore. I recently got my nails done here and a day later I noticed my nails turning a brown color and it started to get molded. When I mention this to the owner she was very rude about the situation. I will be finding a new nail salon. Never again.

I always have friendly and skilled service here. Fill ins, gel polish, designs..are my usual. Many others leave with smiling faces after having pedicures, eyebrows, etc done. Same managers and manicurists for many years.

I been a loyal customer for many years now, but Peter always cuts me. This isnt the first time hes done this. He cut my friend a couple of times too. Overall I love the staff

Would have loved this place if they would have asked me if I wanted my nails cut. The owner of the place is a sweetheart but instead of asking me if I wanted my nails cut or filed she cut the tips down to nothing. I have never been to a nail salon where they dont ask before they cut. Also if youre not a regular here dont expect to be given the same amount of attention as the regulars. Big waste of time and money.

The guy at #9 can NOT DO NAILS! I LITERALLY jus left from there didnt even finish my nails. Nails are uneven and I definitely wasnt going to let him file anymore of my nails. Hes rude no convo or nothing ... But wait this isnt the best part... They charged me $30!!!!! PS the woman near the register is just as rude. Pass on this place if you value your cuticles

I wouldnt give this place a half of a star. Table 10! is the absolute most rudest human is the entire world!!! No only did he cut my finger open, he refused to service me; shut his light off and said I dont wanna do them and i asked if someone else would and he said no. He left me with the plastic tips on, (still no clue how to get them off). But this isnt the first time hes acted like this; I get very long nails I know they do longer than mine but every time I wanted something on my nails he would say no because theyre too long. He sits there and laughs at me like right out in the open to my face. WORST GUY EVER; TABLE 10.

I have been to so many nail salons and Im just so unhappy when I leave, but this has never happened to me here. I always use Jimmy (hes the best in my opinion). My nails/toes always look gorgeous when I leave! The only thing Id have to complain about is the $3.00 credit card fee that they charge you if you choose to use your credit card.

I been going here for over 5 yrs every other week and i love it, i always get crazy styles and designs and always get what i want, would never go else where.

I went there to get a fill in and asked if she could do a third coat on my one glitter nail, she said that I have already been sitting in the chair too long. Who says that to a paying customer ? Now I need to find a new nail place.

So i payed 32 dollars for a set of acrylics and half of them are small and short and the other half are long and big. they are also pretty rude i told someone my nail got smudge and she said just dry it and then when i went up to my lady all she did was but nail polish remover on it with her finger then painted over it and it looks so chunky and terrible. they are so overpriced for a bad job that is done constantly. and then thel lady didn’t say thank you for the tip which is a little rude and they are all just rude people that don’t take pride in their jobs that’s why i’m never going back im never happy with how they come out and they just run a poor business

I got my eye brows done and it burned really bad more then usual. It looked really pink and swollen. When I got home I looked in the mirror and she ripped my skin off.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to.. i really wanted to continue coming here bc i loved the lady that did my nails but the owner is so rude and unprofessional and i will never come here again. Costumer is a real big part of a business and these people have none.They don’t even clean there brushes, i literally saw the owner finish someone and use the sameBrush on someone else without cleaning it ew dirty

Personally, I liked the place. First time going, idk why people post negative reviews saying they didnt like their nails. If the nail tech is doing something you dont like, youre the customer whose paying so make sure you tell them exactly what you want. I forgot to ask for the name of the tech who did my nails but I really liked his service. I love the way he forms the nails, plus he wasnt as talkative as most nail techs Ive had in the past which was great for me because I hate talking 🤣🤣 thank you so much I love my nails and will definitely be coming back 💛💛💛💛

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and was told it could be done. We get halfway through my nails it’s time for the nail tech to do the airbrush and he says he doesn’t have the colors I wanted Whyyy would you not check that before hand 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️ so I ended up just doing gel polish. It’s now been approximately 2 weeks and my gel is chipping and the nails are lifting off which should not be happening. I’m extremely disappointed.

Dont waste your time. Got a fill in and it was either lumpy or flat and it was a rushed Job. A week later everything was breaking off and lifting.
