I just had the best experience at Perfection Nails! Sharon is the absolute best. The salon is clean and I felt completely comfortable and safe. I had a fabulous spa pedicure and a relaxing 10 minute back massage. Before working on my nails, Sharon advised me I’d be better off doing powder gel for healthier nails in the future (I had poorly done acrylics prior to my visit). I’ve never had anyone spend time offering guidance like that. She did a beautiful job on my nails! Sharon is attentive and excellent at her craft. I will definitely be returning in 2 weeks. During “covid times” I felt so safe getting my nails done. She only had 1-2 people at a time (unless you were going in as a family) and everything was super clean. She is strict with her mask rules which makes me feel even more comfortable being there. She always meets my requests and if she thinks she could do better on something, she does. She is eager to please and an overall wonderful person. I highly recommend Sharon for powder manicures, relaxing pedicures, and everything else she has to offer. My nails have never been as healthy as they have been during these past 7 years.

It’s unfortunate that this salon has such terrible customer service because it was me, my sister, and my mom’s go-to nail salon in the area for years. Being that we were in the middle of a pandemic, we did not use gift certificates that were given to us right before all businesses had closed down. After inquiring about whether they would honor our gift certificates because of COVID and the salon being closed for months, I was told that they had been open for months (untrue) and that therefore they would not honor the gift certificates. Refusing to offer a service that we have already paid for because the business was CLOSED is not only terrible customer service but also a very foolish business tactic. Now, you have lost 3 regular customers. I would be careful giving your money to this business who clearly does not care about their customers and honoring the money the spend.

I have been going to Perfection for about two years now and I wont go anywhere else! They are sweet, clean, and do a great job. Their standard pedicure includes a 5 minute foot massage too! The only downside is that I do not recommend you go here if you are looking to get in and out. There is almost always a wait, even if you make an appointment beforehand.

The fact that I even have to give this dump 1 star is ridiculous. I called to make an appointment for my mom yesterday so she could have their SNS manicure done this morning. I was told to have her arrive at 9:45 before the store opened so she could get her started. My mother arrived and the doors were locked, the lights were off, and there was no one to be found. After a little while I received a phone call from Sharon, the owner, and was told that they were late and were now waiting for her. So I called my mother and told her to go inside. The entire time she was soaking off her gel, Sharon was being rude and giving her an attitude so my mom decided to leave. Her manicure wasnt free or even discounted for their mistake, so she wasnt going to sit there and be disrespected. After she left I immediately called to speak to Sharon to let her know that her behavior was rude, embarrassing, and unprofessional. She immediately argued, blamed the fact that they were late on me, and hung up while I was speaking. Dont waste your money on this unprofessional establishment.

Went there for with an appointment. Waited half an hour. Finally to know that they wont honor the groupon i bought online. The lady was very rude and kept repeating i should have bought directly form them!! Why advertise at groupon if you cant honor. What a waste of time and money!! Bad business!
