Queenie did fabulous job with my nails today. The details and the dedication towards her work is something I have not see in a while. I definitely would recommend this to folks out there looking for a classy look. The place is very nice and cozy with peaceful music in the background give a overall great vice. Don’t waste your time, this place left my nails cricket and when I asked to get them fixed she made a face, paid full price and left the place when I called to request a refund she denied it and expected me to go back to supposedly get them “fixed” she left me hanging because she was doing 2 more people at the same time. what a waste of time, and randomly I started getting calls from a 313 number, very disappointed .

This was my first time here, actually my beautful niece treated me, for no other reason than just because!! It was wonderful. The staff is very professional, the space is clean and they take sanitizing very seriously. My pedicure was exceptionally spectacular, my feet brand new. My manicure was just as lovely. I truly enjoyed the entire session. I will be a repeat customer.

The manager here is very rude and scolds her employees in Chinese that I dont understand. He spoke in a sharp voice. Shell only talk to me and sell her project. The shop assistants there were very sad and did not smile. I felt very depressed when I went in. I dont like that environment.
