Lan does an amazing job. Your appointment is yours and if youre late youve got to make another appointment. Love it professionalism. When she is done my nails are on point.

My favorites nail salon!! Been going to Lan for years. Lan is a very skillful, funny and the realest woman you’ll ever meet. She truly takes her time. Her nail art is flawless and she always has the latest equipment and nail accessories. Very brilliant, kind and loving woman. She wants what’s best for you and goes out her way to help and recommend anything like good advice, best hot yoga places. If it isn’t for you she will tell you and not make you waste your money. June does my pedicure and she does an awesome job always. She makes me feel very comfortable and is caring. Chris and Connie is awesome as well!The place inside is beautiful . Music played is very peaceful and relaxing. There is always beautiful things to see like the plants and beautiful crystal chandelier. I’ll never stop coming here. I’ll give it 100 stars if I could.

Love this place, Lan just started doing my nails and she does a great job. My nails dont break and this isnt your typical nail salon, they actually care and have a great selection of color.

This was my first time at Rainbow Nail Salon and I was very impressed. They were very clean and followed all of the Covid 19 safety protocols. Chris did an amazing job with my full set of acrylics. LAN did a beautiful airbrush design. It’s hard to find places that still do airbrush designs in Nassau County. My pedicure was probably one of the best I’ve ever had! Will definitely go back!

The staff is AWESOME!! Chris, Lan & Jenny are so friendly and professional! They pay close attention to cleanliness and covid guidelines.Been with them for many years and more to come!

Horrible place dont go there. The guy there cant do nails at all. I asked for gel manicure and he was in such rush that even a two year can do my nails better than him. He didnt even do the cuticles first he was giving some lame excuse that its done after then he kept adding more nail polish it was all smudge and bubbly. After I told him he blames the nail polish and had file file my nail again and it hurt when he was removing it. Never again horrible place I wouldnt even give them a star.

I DONT know what the previouse comment is about but I always had a pleasurable visit when I go. Ive been going to them for almost twenty...yes 20 years (I am one of her original customer) when she first opened up in the old location. I followed her to the new location. Love the way Lan does my nails. Becsuse of my procession I cant have my nails too long. I always like having color on my nails so I get the gel manicure. They all do nails great. Place is clean and they are very friendly.

When i went to this nail salon I was expecting more. However my experience was not what I thought it would be. It hurt to get my nails done. They also left me waiting until she told me to come to her desk.

The patron is not customer friendly just Business but the girl who does my nails is Good

The customer service here is terrible. The owner has this mentality that she is not responsible for the words that are coming out of her mouth. I’m not your homegirl, I am a customer who patronize your business. Being in the service industry myself I know that the word of mouth can be your strongest ally or the downfall of businesses. Be accountable for your actions and own this horrible rating.
