In short, the kindest and most knowledgeable service today. Having a car towed is never a good time but Sergio is a genuinely kind person who also knows a lot about cars. Fortunately, Sams towing had me back on the road in no time! I could not have asked for better service! Highly recommended!!

I stupidly ran out of gas yesterday, when I was on a busy road. Luckily Lamar was there to help me. He helped me by giving me a gallon of gas and i was on my way again. Best service. God bless him.

I waited for two hours on the side of a highway literally five minutes from their shop after being told twice it would only be a half hour wait. This wasn’t even during rush hour! After requesting a full refund they had the nerve to charge me a cancelation fee when MY time was the only time being wasted. Do not use this company!! If I could give them zero stars I would!
