I love this place. It is a wonderful community resource. It is such a rewarding and relieving experience to be able to clean out large stuff that will not go in a traditional weekly bin, especially with remodeling and farm and yard clean up. They have a great recycling area for so much stuff! My friends and I combine loads with their truck to make it even more worthwhile.The crews here are all very courteous and nice. The price is extremely reasonable. For being a dump, it is kept very tidy and I am so glad to have this drop box available nearby.

There was a line 3 cars wide since it was Sunday and covid-19 procedures . The great thing is that they were organized, really nice and the line moved quicker than one would think. Thank you all for working so hard.

Best dump around. They dont charge with a scale so youre always paying less than any plane that charges with a scale. A lot less.

Great place to take garbage. Excellent recycle center. Customer service has always been good I think I’ve used this facility at least 5 times. Each time I’m in and out within minutes of arriving.

I have been using this site for over 20yrs and have a few acres of property that has 5 generations of my families...err stuff that I had been getting rid of all this time. The people at Dubuque have always been kind and helpful. Twice my old farm truck wouldnt start and they let me use their jump starter battery. Great people great price also.

I love this place very much. If the load you need to dump is level with your truck bed they only charge you 20$. So worth it.

While the people working here are not customer service oriented, they all do their jobs well and are polite. Who could ask for more? This is a great facility and I feel lucky to have it, and such competent and skilled staff, near by.

There was a little bit of a line upon arrival but it moved quickly. The employees were nice and professional. It seemed to be a fair price also.

Dubuque Road Neighborhood Recycling and Disposal Center. The remote location may be a part of their odor control strategy. A small simple facility designed to promote good, solid maintenance. Customers are responsible for unloading their own vehicles.

If I could give a negative star, I would. We ordered a 6 yard dumpster to be delivered to Darrington to clean out our Aunts ( who has been in a nursing home for the last two months) home. My wife called, confirmed and gave instructions on where to put the dumpster. We made a plan to travel to Darrington, lined up some help from our grown children, bought food and cleaning supplies, and set off. When we arrived in Darrington there was no dumpster and there still was no dumpster by 2:30 in the afternoon. We called and spoke to both Anne and Arron, but they said they had dropped the ball and there would be no dumpster until the following Friday, a week later. Having no other option, we scheduled another dumpster and asked about a discount for their lack of fulfilling the previous commitment, but to no avail. This is by far the worse customer service I have received in years. Knowing what I know now about this company, I will be call long to verify drop off as soon as they open their doors next week.

Easy to dispose of basic waste. Inexpensive. Can get busy on the weekends with a 10 minute wait time.

This location has everything we need. Recycling and trash drop off. Much closer than Sultan from the Fryelands.

Great dump- though crossing fingers the glass recycling will get a ramp for dumping trash bins full of glass instead of flinging individually...
