I called the operator and they told me waiting time is about 20 minutes. I waited about 30 minutes and then no show up so I called them again. They said another 20 minutes wait so I waited. No show up. I called them again then they said it was police call so now I had to wait about an hour. I understand that the police call is priority but why can they just called me that estimated time will extended. After about 2+ hours wait Mr. Dennis showed up. He yelled at me for no reason. It was a bad experience with Dick’s Towing.

Towed car while it was on. Smirked when we pointed out to turn it off. Battery was dead when came to get vehicle. Not everyones here is bad but carefully a few have a authority complex.

Their name says it all. Theyre bad tempered and they just want your money. They quoted me $200 to tow a car only 5 blocks.

Called for a tow and thought it would be a lot quicker than it was. They could of given me an estimated time from when I initially called, but they did not. Took almost 2 hours for a tow to get to me. Also they are pricey. Definitely ask for their rates prior to getting towed. They gave me the charges once it was on the flatbed, and it ended up being $114 to tow it five miles in town. The towman was a hard worker and knew what he was doing very well. I appreciate his work ethic and I would look into an increase in salary for what your employees do.

My car was impounded and when I tried to get it back they wouldnt give it to me or anything in it because I wasnt the registered owner!! BS fff

The dispatcher told me the driver would be there within the hour. I waited almost two hours during which time the tow truck driver did show up, to tow another vehicle in the same parking lot as mine. I only needed a jump and he could have done that in just moments before departing with the vehicle that needed to be relocated. Very competent driver, very professional, I just didnt see why the time estimate was way off.

Just locked my keys in my car today and AAA sent one of your drivers out to retrieve my keys for me. Just wanted to say thank you for the super fast service( less than 30 minutes total from start of call to keys in hand!!!) After waiting 3 hours for a tow truck they finally showed up after passing me up multiple times.. driver was nice needed a flatbed because of the size of my truck and dude knew what he was doing so that made it easy

Called for Quote to tow a 17 boat with trailer. I described the boat the best I could and w as s asked for measurements. I gave in inches and the lady didnt know what that was?? I said 54 INCHES tall and she said she would have to look that up. After waiting 10 minutes on hold, she said they wouldnt be interested. Basic math is important people!

Fast friendly and most impotant of all competent. I have a high end vehicle that sits lower than most cars. He knew how to get the job done with no damage to my vehicle. I highly advise using this tow service. I know i will if the need ever arises again.

Driver was amazing. I felt stupid because I ran at of fuel in my new truck that said I had 37 miles to empty. Not...lol...But he made me feel at ease got the job done and made me feel safe the whole timeIt has a safety mechanism in it shut down the vehicle when fuel is too low.

Our motorhome overheated on the freeway. Dicks towing not only towed is safely, they diagnosed the problem for us AND told us exactly what we needed to replace to get it fixed. The repair was less than $20 in parts from a parts store. They truly went way above and beyond what I could have ever expected. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My car was o.2 miles from them. Was told an hour. 2 hours later was told be there in a minute and now they are sending someone and was told 30 minutes. Lied too among bad business would not recommend them for anything. Sorry excuse for a business.

We have always had terrific service from Dicks Towing! We always have the same guy help us, too, always in a good mood and helpful. Today was no exception. Our car has been in to have its computer replaced twice, very costly, so when the car sputtered and died in the same way we dreaded the diagnosis. But our towing friend (seems like I should know his name by now, if not have him on speed dial) figured it out within seconds of sitting in the drivers seat...a wire had become unplugged where a missing panel left it exposed in the passenger side foot well. Hes our hero! And now I really ought to learn his name.

These guys are the best, they came out and was honest on letting me know that they wouldnt be able to tow motorhome cause of it being land lock and didnt charge me. And again CHRIS help me out the same day cause I had bump my power switch on my motorhome and it was not starting and I saved a lot and could get motorhome fixed. I will always, always recommend, a company YOU can trust, Dicks Towing. Chris your the best.

Called at 11:30 this morning to have my car towed, was told it would be about 3 hours due to weather conditions, which is understandable. Called around 4:30pm to get an ETA on when it would be towed, and the guy said they had no record of my car having a tow request. The reason for the 1 star review is due to the inconvenience, my request was never logged and I could have gone thru another tow company. The girl who initially took my call obviously dropped the ball, but I will say that Im very disappointed in the outcome.

If i could give zero bet yourself i would. Complete crooks, and extremely rude.

I would give you 0 stars if I could. I got into a car accident that wasnt my fault and had to go to the ER. I know I left my vape inside my car in the center console. Its bright pink so its not hard to miss. I get my car back from the tow company and my 100 vape is gone. Hmmmm Im pretty sure the cop didnt take it. Im very upset to have something stollen from me after I had to deal with a accident and hospital b.s. now I get to deal with the fact I have to replace my vape as well. Dont trust this company!
