Discount Towing is he only tow company to call!! The techs are timely and courteous. Maggie is the best! She was so helpful and was wiling to go above and beyond to explain the process to me about salvaging my car. Was always timely in returning my calls or emails. Called around 11pm and the tow truck got there quickly, in about a half hour. The truck driver, Michael, got everything done very fast and was really nice to us.

It’s always nice when a driver for any company shows up with a smile. Used to work security and loads of tow truck drivers showed up in bad moods. Not this guy, smiles and a great attitude even after he fought through traffic and then had to go back through it all again. Now that’s the kind of attitude any one can hope for and after being stranded, do to another companies computer issues, 10 hours later I have some one showing up with such an attitude is a huge boon. I always try to be positive and I was all day sitting aside the freeway, but it may have only taken one trigger to “grumpify” me, but not EJ. Now I get to go home to my wife with a great attitude and talk about one heck of a messed up day and laugh about it rather then my last interaction being with a negative person. Thanks EJ, you rock! Keep up the great attitude, smiles and hard work ethic that a tow truck driver needs!

100% this place is a life saver!! Called a few places before this one and it was a run around or very high priced, this place has amazing prices, The guy that helped us out name was Alex and he was just awesome!! Got to me super quick in just about 10 minutes and provided a safe and comfortable drive to my destination. 10/10 would recommend to anybody who is in car crisis and I will definitely be using this place of business again. Thank you guys so much!!

Unfortunately Ive been in situations where a tow truck has been necessary, and 3x Ive used Discount out of Marysville. Awesome! Tyler Hensley was curtious and kind and explained everything and quickly and professionally got my husbands truck out of the ditch it was stuck on. if I ever need tow services again I will be contacting these guys.

I called AAA and they couldnt find a truck with a winch, they said it would be 5 hours. So I called Discount Towing and they were there in 20 minutes. Sending the bill to AAA, I wont be surprised if they contest the reimbursement.

Called owner, asked how long it would take before my car battery would be able to be charged. He seemed very unsure, uggh...20 mins or so... i asked if he was sure, and he told me that he had drivers available at least. He hung up, and so i called Henrys towing. Immediately the lady on the other line, said i know youve been calling around, he owns 3 other tow companys, so you might as well quit with us... she put me back on the line with the other guy, i explained to him that i was needing a more direct answer, in regards to the estimated time of arrival of the truck. Also explained that if i were to find a truck that was quicker, id call back and cancel my other arrangement, especially since the current truck has not yet been sent...He laughed and said, whatever i dont even wanna do business with you, bye bye now!...
