While driving back from vacation our rear tire went flat on our truck!! After calling several tow truck companies Northwest Towing answered the call and went above and beyond! There driver was on the spot within 30 min.!!! Larry was Awesome!! He told me don’t worry and he understands. He had the truck and us heading back to Marysville within 10 min.! I would highly recommend him and Northwest Towing to anybody hands down!! After dropping the truck off to Jan Wilkerson’s Auto he drove us to the hotel and dropped us off!!! That is what I call service!! Thank you Larry this a dedicated employee who is willing to go Above and Beyond!! Thank you

Travis was fantastic! We were stranded while towing our camper home. He was able to tow both our SUV and the camper at the same time safely and securely! He worked with us to guide our camper into our driveway which is quite tricky to maneuver. He then took our SUV to the repair shop separately and put the key in the drop box...all at 3 in the morning. We highly recommend!

Ive had the worst and most unprofessional experience Ive ever had with a company. Yesterday, Steve froome Northwest Towing & Recovery came to me apartment complex to pick up a different residents vehicle. During that transaction Steve made some very poor choices including placement of his own vehicle because our lot its small, causing him to damage my car while operating his lift. I can completely understand that nobody is perfect and mistakes do happen, but a professional driver hitting someones car, looking to see if there are cameras, then driving off is the worst kind of person. I called the company thinking, its ok Ill just get their insurance information, and was met with extreme unprofessionalism. In fact, Steve, and a younger man from this company returned to my house, again checked for cameras, and said nobody can prove anything before speeding off, almost hitting other vehicles in my lot (never once denying these incident happened). At this point, the damage to my vehicle has been estimated at $1500! This is completely insane. Im not so much mad about the damage but I am furious at the way this is being handled. A company should not react to these situations like criminals.
