I love being a group fitness instructor at WE! I feel like a valued member of the team and appreciate the quality of services WE (pun intended) strives to provide to our members. I also appreciate how WE respects other professions. WE doesnt try to be everything to everybody. WE is committed to staying within their scope of practice and consulting with experts outside of the company for non-fitness related information. I love that WE isnt just any other gym. Im grateful to work for a place that is rooted in ethical business practices and customer service. WE feels more like a family than a workplace.

High energy, professional studio! Nice variety of classes scheduled from 0530 up til 7 pm! I love the R30 before work! Great way to start the day. No matter who is teaching you get a great class!

WE R GroupEx provides a warm, welcome environment to help anyone improve their wellness! I found the gym thanks to a Google search and was thrilled when I took my first class, which is free by the way. Parking is easy, all the instructors and staff truly care about each member, the workouts are diverse and the community is uplifting! I signed up for a year membership after my first session and a great conversation with David, the owner. I hope to be apart of the community for years to come.

This is by far the BEST Group Exercise Studio in the West Cobb/Marietta Area!! They offer over 15 classes including cycling and the instructors are TOP NOTCH!! First class is FREE so come try it out. I’m confident you will AGREE!! 😊

This is such a wonderful place for those who want to work out and get exercise in a fun, inviting, non-judgmental environment! David, the owner, is so friendly and knew me by name by my first day there. We talked for a bit about how his mission is just to help people feel better and move better, he never takes advantage of anyone’s insecurities or any of the more unhealthy reasons one may rush to the gym. It’s all about feeling better and moving better (and it’s amazing exercise because all of the instructors are wonderful, so you will definitely see results but also feel empowered and confident in the body youre in and how strong and capable it is!) go to a Zumba class! It’s fun!!

The Staff at WE really goes out of their way to make you feel at home. There are so many ages and fitness levels represented at the gym. On top of that, there are intense classes and fun classes and everything in between, depending on what you’re looking for. It really is a family atmosphere where you are known personally.

Ive been attending WE r GroupEx since last summer. It has provided so much for my workout due to excellent trainers and fellow classmates who soon become your friends. I am impressed with the cleanliness throughout the studio. Both are so important to me during this pandemic.There are a lot of workout routines throughout the day and week which gives me a variety to stay healthy both physically and mentally. I’m a middle aged guy who’s been in gyms my whole life. I felt it was time for classes combining cardio and light weight training. Couldn’t be happier. The instructors push me and the movements are perfect for avoiding injury. It’s a great fit for general fitness. I wouldn’t work this hard without the group experience.

So if you love OrangeTheory but not gaining strength, if you are members of a cycling studio but need more or part of a gym with weights and over priced fitness trainers, you should look into this place. Group fitness will cover everything above. I was a member of local gyms but could not afford the personal trainer, I was a member at OrangeTheory but just not getting the toning and muscle definition and running a treadmill was destroying my knees. This group fitness boutique is right to cover everything under one roof. Some of you might say “group fitness is for women” that okay but do you want to live better or just look like your strong however your just not. I challenge you to try this place and see what it is all about. Don’t waste your time and money at other places. I recently owned a gym and over priced personal trainers along with unused membership is a profit center without results. This place will provide you the results!
