SO...not to be petty but I travel for a living and this gym is dirty dirty...came here exactly a week ago and the shower i used still had the clumps of hair on the walls and in the drain.I will politely bring it to the staffs attention and post the results...The staff said because he is a man he cant go in. He looked surprised that I said how dirty it was and said he would tell the female manager..not to be funny but, all PF have those signs that say male cleaning in restroom.

So far so good. They dont wear masks here but Im not complaining. Spacious, if you like doing walking lunges then youd probably want to do your leg days here. Clean and very quiet. A large number of TVs, if thats your thing. Perfect for your daily exercise and activities.

Ive been a member for awhile now. The staff, led by Ama, is exceptional. Not only do they keep the facilities clean, they are welcoming, as if each member is a part of their family. Very encouraging staff celebrating your milestones with you. They treat you like good friends. I highly recommend this location.

Came here on vacation during my power-lifting meet prep, and I have to say it is one of my favorite gyms I’ve ever been to. Perfectly combines the old school gym atmosphere with top notch power-lifting equipment.

I just signed up, through the app. I went to the facility and received a tour. So far, I think Im really going to like it. Ive already signed up for several classes. Gotta start somewhere and the cost is great.

I signed up to attend the gym online. I went there to make sure I didnt need anything extra when I start coming to the gym. The front desk receptionist was very nice & answered all of my questions.

I have been going to this location for almost two years. Recently, it seems like some of the staff that have been hired are beyond rude and unprofessional. Gio is one of them, comes off completely fake and sarcastic when interacting with customers. Additionally, last night I was waiting at the front desk reception area over 30 minutes in addition to calling the desk phone to no avail. I ended up just going to workout first instead of using one of the amenities because Gio never came to the counter. About 15 minutes later, I see him walking back to the reception counter while talking on his cell phone. Since when do employees get paid to take personal phone calls?As a local business owner, I understand it is hard to find and retain employees nowadays but to see people working who are wasting company space is a disappointment.

The gym owner gave me a tour of the gym here today. The gym is probably the cleanest and most functional strength place north of the perimeter. I think champions are created here.

I have to admit... when I drove up I was a little skeptical due to the empty lot of this shopping plaza. When I got inside though, it was very nice. There wasnt very much staff there for a Friday afternoon. In fact I only saw 2 people. The gym was smaller in size but set up very efficiently. All the equipment is brand new and easy to use. Tyne rest rooms were nice as well. I enjoyed my time here and may come again someday. If you find this review helpful, please like below.

Been going there for 3yrs still a good gym for the money.

Clean gym, all your favorite machines. Only reason its not a 5 star is bc I bought a lock for $7 to put on my locker, the lock only worked once. If you charge $7 for a lock it should at least work for a few years.

They were extremely nice and so generous and helpful. My workout was fire.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

They have everything for cardio, strength, and HIIT!! The massage room is my favorite spot after my 2hr workout 🙂

I recently moved and don’t come here anymore but still wanted to leave a review. I came late at night and it was always so clean! Scott was always great, helpful, and friendly! He was always bouncing around making sure equipment was clean, bathrooms were clean, towels were restocked, he was just always doing something!

I was very against not going to a gym since Covid but after visiting here I’m ok with it. They keep the place very clean and require masks. The employees here are very nice and helpful.

This is definitely one of the more cleaner and location where it be equipment is in tip top shape. Did not see any issues nor holes in any of the equipment. Even saw an employee cleaning the machinery. I have been to many Planet Fitness during the covet and rarely see the employees out wiping down the machines. Bathrooms were clean all paper towels and hand sanitizers and cleaners were all full. All the employees were wearing their masks.. this location is slightly smaller than most however still get the job done. It doesnt have my favorite stretching bar equipment in the stretch room, however I was still able to stretch with the equipment that they had on hand

The gym was very clean. People working at the front desk were very nice. I felt like I could workout in peace, cant wait to go back!! 👍

I love Planet Fitness! Its clean, there is plenty of room. Not a crowded space kind of gym. People work out here instead of searching for a date!!! You just cant ask for a better price for monthly membership plus bring your workout partner. Its pretty awesome. Bathrooms are amazingly clean. My girlfriend and I are happy here at Marietta Planet Fitness. Great staff great facility! Thumbs high..👍

Not a real gym. No bench press or squat rack. People that work out here are not serious about working out. They also have this thing called a lunk alarm, pretty hypocritical as it judges and points out people that are trying to push themselves to do heavy / more weight.

I LOVE this gym! It is very clean, the decor is simple and beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Neither staff nor clients bother you, and the music is not too loud. The 30-minute classes are just long enough. I started out with the $10 membership and upgraded to the $22 Black Card, because those hydromassage beds are GREAT!!!

They have taken great links to ensure a clean comfortable experience. Social distancing is definitely in full effect here. Awesome job!

Great vibe and good place to work out

Great Workout Space, can be a little chilly in there at times.

They asked me to wear my mask while I walked around, but not while I work out. Doesn’t make a lot of sense. They didn’t respect my health decisions. So I canceled my membership and encourage you to do the same. I will not support Planet Fitness ever again.

I love this place. Friendly, welcoming, lots of opportunities for weight loss. Motivating to go to the gym with the massage chairs, hydro bed, beauty angel body enhancer.

Always a great place to workout, go swimming, take classes, and meet people. The staff is really friendly, and the facility was really clean.

In the area running errands so I popped in this location, wish I lived closer.

If I have enough time, I get a good workout. An then to the hidromassag.

This gym is clean and neat. Best looking gym Ive seen. The staff is friendly. The price is affordable. The hours are pretty well opened and convenient to get workout time around my schedule.

I am hoping ownership reads this review. There is good and bad. The equipment is well maintained and clean but there are 2 major problems with this location. 1. There is not enough of the equipment that is commonly used so you end up waiting for 4 smith machines and it is a race to finally get one when someone leaves. There is no regulation of time so if someone wants to sit on a machine for hours while moving around to complete super sets then you just have to wait. The majority of the space is taken by cardio and machines that only have like 20% usage but take up 80% of the space. 2. The staff seems apathetic. There is no investment in the members to keep them around. So if you express that it is frustrating to have to change or omit exercises because you have a schedule to keep then the solution is for you to change your schedule. It has been a pretty good gym. The members have been courteous and friendly and the price with no contract is fair and reasonable, but in a time of data and analytics someone needs to spend the time to review machine use and restructure so that it can accommodate more members needing equipment.

This is one of my favorite Planet Fitnesses. They keep it super clean and all the equipment works every time I come. The staff is nice.

Love this location! Very clean and big on sanitation. Gyms smell like gyms so grow up or workout at home. Great environment, everyone’s in their own little world working out so you don’t feel judged or embarrassed. It’s great for beginners or just maintaining weight. Probably not the place for you if your an expert in weightlifting.

The customer service is not good. I had some medical issues and they refused to work with me. I called to cancel and I was told I have to come. I went in and explain to the young lady at the front desk that the reason why I couldn’t go the the gym is because I broke my cuboid bone in my foot and I was in so wasn’t able to be in the gym. I had a medical note from my doctor and they only waived it for one month. I asked can I put my membership on hold I was told no I can’t. What am simple saying is that things happen to us in life and paying $23.00 per month and not using the gym is insane. I was charged for another month because I didn’t cancel before the 10th of March. Management needs to work with members because it doesn’t look good on Planet Fitness.

I have been to a lot of Planet Fitness locations and the Roswell Road location is bar far one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff was great and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location and will be going back anytime I’m in town!

The Marietta / Roswell road location is nice. The staff are friendly and present. Most folks are conscious about wiping down machinery after they use it (not everyone is, sadly, but the majority are considerate of other gym goers.)

Since Im new to planet fitness I would have to say the gym seems to run smoothly. My fav thing are the massage chairs. And the people seem nice. I will definantly be checking in again very soon.

Before Covid began I loved going to the gym with my best friend here around 430 5am, however we no longer feel safe and just decided to work out from home. For planet fitness to advertise no commitments this is a lie. I’ve tried to cancel over three months ago. They continue to charge me. No response to several emails nothing. Very disappointed that ive been charged two months straight without stepping foot in the gym. I should not have to put a stop payment in because you all want to be crooked. FIX YOUR Business Practices. This could have been 5stars.Update. 7/23/2020 Eason the store manager was an amazing help. Previously had a very un- pleasant experience with planet fitness as a whole and she was able to rectify the situation in a timely fashion. A new gym but surprisingly crowded after 5 but good energy. The place is designed weird but its 1 if the cleaner/newer gyms

With almost 2000 locations nationwide Planet Fitness is the affordable alternative to its mega competitor, LA FITNESS. The overall workout experience is I think is on par with most workout places. The only thing missing is a pool.

This is my first experience with Planet Fitness, and any other gym besides a YMCA for that matter. Since recently joining, I have only been a handful of times, but, thus far, I am very pleased. There is ample parking, the facility itself is very clean (including the equipment, locker rooms, and massage areas), the staff has always been very friendly and helpful any time Ive had a question, Ive never had to wait for a machine, and most importantly, I feel very comfortable and confident working out here. I am very happy with my choice to join and workout at this Planet Fitness location. :)

I was very pleased. Today was my first day and I didnt even go to all the places. Wasnt packed and the lady at the front was very friendly. I signed up for the Black Card Benefits. Cant wait to utilize the HydroMassage

Love the gym, but obviously the staff work on commission. Signed up for a 5 day trial and was called every day to see when I wanted to come in. When I finally did go in I was bombarded on joining when I just wanted to try the place out first, get a feel for the place, use my five day pass and then sign up. Instead I was called several times about joining. It was really a huge turn off.

My professional career being health and fitness clubs/industry it definitely serves its purpose. Bare bones fitness, whats referred to as a dry club. I.e. no sauna, steam room or pools. No group classes which typically draw a better female clientele. Only noticed 1 trainer, so no real personal training. But solid product, $10 month single membership.

The worst Planet Fitness ever. It’s stinks, it’s nasty, and it’s so hot in there. I won’t ever come back. I couldn’t even last 30 minutes because of the horrible smell.

I had been to this location few times now. My Gf had sign up for the black card so I go as a guest for free. I go to support my gf so she can start her fitness journey.I workout from home and I mostly do calisthenics, body weight training, gymnastics and mixed martial arts, running with weight on among more. This location is very friendly and I never had an problem. I would say LA fitness is better but of course you will pay alot more as well lol. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to start there workout journey.
