I have tried nearly every workout possible, but kettlebell training is my favorite. These guys are great. The class is filled with normal, regular people just looking to get stronger and healthier. As I get older, I need weight training but in a safe way. The trainers make sure you have good and proper form and are doing it safely. Terrific program.

They really care about their clientele and have a passion for fitness and helping people improve their overall health. They spend time getting to know the people who walk in their door. Great guys. Dont hesitate, get to a Kettle Corp class ASAP. The Hall brothers were warm, welcoming, patient, and know what they are doing. I am a novice in the gym but was looking to level up my work out and this was the right choice. The class was challenging and rewarding and I all ready feel the effort of the exercise. Fantastic work out experience with small class sizes and lots of instruction. It is a basically like having a personal trainer but at a reasonable cost. Both instructors are knowledgeable and put an emphasis on technique. The exercise combination will be slightly different in every class, so it is always challenging. The body weight warm up has completely changed how I approach my time at my other gym as well. Well worth your time and money to check this place out

If I had to use 1 word to describe my experience here it would be excellent. The studio is very clean and neat. The owners/staff are beyond accommodating, friendly and patient. Found this through Groupon and have to say I thought it was amazing. A very, very intense workout but they are so helpful in the explanation of everything and well, like I said just extremely patient. They truly accommodate every fitness level. The gym, the trainers, the class...just outstanding!

I love working out here. John and Jason are great, and they make working hard fun. You always get a full body workout that works muscles you never even knew you had. Other members are very nice and friendly and very welcoming.I recommend everyone give it a try. You will never want to go back to boring workouts again.

I am so glad that Ive joined this gym. I feel so great after every workout because it is like no other workout Ive ever done before. All you use is the kettle ball and your own body weight--so simple, yet no one day is the same. Its not a meat-market and the instructors are really competent, caring, fun and positive. I’ve been to 4 classes so far and I am very impressed! The kettle bell workouts are definitely challenging, but super fun! The hour class goes by fast because there’s great energy from the instructors and they are encouraging and warm. This exercise is very safe because the instructors always pay attention and make sure you are in the proper form. I also love that there’s a nice mix of strength and cardio. I always feel sore the day after going to a class, but it’s so worth it! This place is a gem!

Gave it a first try after a close friend of mine invited me, it was very good. Many challenging exercises at a very good pace. I could feel myself pushing my limits. Already 2 days after the workout, still my entire body very painful, all my muscles still trying to recover. Trainers very helpful and paying attention to each and everyone in the class to make sure you are doing the right movement the right way. I am definitely going back.

Twice Ive been to Kettle Corps and twice Ive been wowed by the excellent customer service, individual attention and overall comprehensive work out plan. I like that Jon makes sure that Im doing the movements correctly and with the most efficiency. He pushes me to go beyond what I think I can but also recognizes my individual limitations. I love this gym and plan to continue going.

Well, Ive just finished my free introductory session with John at Kettle Corps, and I have to say it was GREAT. John took me through the workout paying attention to my technique and form, and fine tuning as the class progressed. I came to Kettle Corps because I really liked their set-up, the space, and their mission statement which really spoke to me. After a great class, I decided to sign up there and then as their schedule works well for me. During the sign up process, I had to opportunity to chat with John, and we discussed how Kettle Corps could help me achieve my goals and set new goals to strive for. I feel so energised after my workout, Im really looking forward to my next class. Finally, Kettle Corps is very competitively priced, has an ideal space to work in, and I hope their business continues to grow. I know I will be recommending them to my friends and colleagues. Words can not describe the hospitality, knowledge, and dedication of John and Jason. My first day I felt more than welcomed by them and every body that was participating. Every body was extremely friendly, introduced themselves, and was willing to help me when I needed it. It was a pretty diverse group so I didnt feel as if I stuck out like a sore thumb. There was all age groups of people from their 20s to their 60s that were giving it their all. The class wasnt too big (just the right size) so John and Jason were still able to help me with my form and proper execution of the workouts. John and Jasons workouts are challenging, but to be honest, it was probably the best work out Ive ever had in my life. Using the kettle bells the way how they instruct really give you a TOTAL body work out (even those tiny muscles that you didnt even know that you had!). After hopping from gym to gym, class to class (including cross fit), kettle corps definitely goes in my book as one of my favorite gyms and it will definitely not be my last visit! John and Jason know the ins and outs when it comes to what they do, and you can tell that this is their passion. They eat, sleep, and breathe kettle bells. The gym is extremely neat, clean, and has everything in order. They have kettle bells of all sizes and weights so you are guaranteed to find your desired weight. They have tons of foam rollers and yoga mats, which is extremely beneficial and feels great! They are funny, very motivating, and are genuinely nice down to Earth guys.

Jason and John have an awesome gym, program, clean atmosphere and training regimen. I have been to numerous kettle bell gyms and they have put their own spin in a classic exercise. Their three core principals of stability, mobility, and strength is perfect for an athlete looking to increase his/her performance or someone looking to get in shape or build some muscle. 7/17/17 So today was my first class and it was much tougher than i thought. I walked in with the mind set that I was fit...I was proved otherwise. There was another participant in the class 3x my age who was doing just fine, because shes been going while. I have been a member for over two years, and honestly have continued to be challenged. I can attest to the fact that you will NEVER BE BORED or have the same workout twice. No one is a stranger in this gym, if you dont know anyone in the room you will know everyone before the class is over. If you are struggling with the technique dont worry someone will be there to help you correct your posture and adjust your swing. Jason and John are there to help and to train everyone, every single one of us has been the new person in class and we all remember how it is starting out. Yes,it is tough at first but why would you come to a gym because you want to find something easy you can just do at home? I tell everyone that asks me about my experience to give Kettle Corps 8 weeks, that is how long I think it takes to get a good grasp of what to expect and be less sore after a class. Dont let fear of some muscle pain scare you away. That kind of soreness is a sign of change and can be expected if you are not accustomed to this type of exercise.What I have gotten out of being at this gym? Increased strength, I can now do a hand stand and hold it for a brief time this was a huge turning point for me and was a personal goal I had set for myself when I saw Jason and John doing them when I first joined the Corps. Never in my life had I done a hand stand before I came here. New friends, I have made some great friends through this place and am happy to have a place to exercise and yet still be able to socialize.Come try this place out and bring your friends.

As person who has been exercising and in the gym since high school, I thought that I had a pretty sound work out routine. However, I quickly discovered that Kettle Corps provided a total body work out like none other. Each week, Jason and John focus on a different aspect of fitness which include strength, stability, and mobility. I was referred to this gym by a co worker of mine. When I say referred I mean calling him to see where he would be in the city and his reply would always be Kettle Corps. Great! so thats why Im stuck doing all the work by myself. I surprised him one day by showing up for a free class. I was surprised myself because I really enjoyed it and by enjoyed it I mean it was tough but the good kind of tough. Id recommend this gym to you if you want something different.

Im busy.... I have a newborn, I own a business, and am really involved in nonprofit initiatives around Atlanta. So the time to workout everyday has been scarce but with the pounds adding up I knew I had to do something different.Twice the results in half the time, is what they claimed when I walked into the gym. They handed me what seemed to be a cannonball with a handle, told me it was a kettle bell then proceeded give me the workout of a lifetime. No machines, no treadmills, just a kettlebell. When I first decided to lose weight, I chose to go it alone. After reading every diet and fitness article/study/book I could get my hands on, I managed to drop over 90 pounds before I hit a five-year-long plateau. During that time, I tried home DVDs, machines at the gym, running, juicing, calorie cycling... you name it. I couldnt make any more progress and I couldnt tone up.Enter a couple months of working out at Kettle Corps with John, Jason and Clyde. This morning, I weighed in at my ALL TIME low as an adult. Perhaps more importantly though, I feel strong, I feel more confident, and Im finally over the wall. There is no one-fits-all workout, because the one that will work for you is the one that youll actually do. That being said, the trainers and other members of Kettle Corps will make you feel welcome and motivate you to keep coming back. They give some personal attention to everyone during group workouts and correct form/technique and offer modifications if needed, which often makes all the difference.If youve come a long way and cant quite get to the finish... try this! Or, if youre just getting started, skip all of the crap that doesnt work and come straight here. Kettlebells are a great compliment to running or other forms of cardio that are heavy on the joints, because its low impact. Also, ladies, dont be afraid to lift heavy... you wont bulk up, but you will see results!

I have been to so many gyms with the same result - tiny changes over big spans of time. Kettle Corps is the exact opposite. BIG changes over TINY spans of time! I finally got back to my pre-baby weight and have the definition that Ive always wanted! If you are tired of the same old-same old, this is the place for you. LOVED IT. We had Jason, the owner, teach our class, and it was fantastic! I bought a Groupon to try to get back into working out and this class was the perfect way! We did a bodyweight warmup and 2 rounds of a few kettlebell excerises each, and then a stretch/cool down. The class is easily customizable to skill level by using higher for lower weights. I used low (I thought!) weights and still ended up with super sore biceps and triceps. Cannot recommend enough! I will be back!

Ive been coming to KC since March 2015, and its safe to say that this is far and away the best gym that Ive ever been a part of. Ive been doing strength training for over 20 years, and have been a runner for over a decade, and while Ive had my ups and downs, Ive never seen results like I have at KC. My first workout didnt seem so bad, until the next day, when muscles that I didnt even know I had were sore. Thats the thing here, the kettlebell training forces you to use not just the major muscle groups, but all the small stabilizer muscles as well. Its truly a total body workout.I dont want to short KC though - while its certainly the best gym Ive been to, even more importantly its the best community Ive been a part of. Jason and John work very hard to create great workout programs (and they do!), but they also create a culture that makes you want to show up just to be with the rest of the corps. Im a pretty reserved person, but you just cant help but make friends and have fun. The music, the rituals (Ric Flair - Wooooo!), the people all add up to an incredible experience you cant beat anywhere. Give one of their free classes a try, you wont regret it!

This gym is legit! Kettlebells are a great workout to begin with but Jason and John take it to a whole nother level. What really sets this gym apart is the programming of the workouts. One week youre working on stability, the next week mobility, and the next week you work on strength and repeat that cycle every 3 weeks. A lot of gyms work the strength side too much while not worrying about the mobility and stability which are what help you stay INJURY FREE! Kettlecorps is awesome! The workouts are well rounded and never repetitive. I get a solid core and cardio workout every time. Ive become a big fan of Kettlecorps smooth-style kettlebell training methods. John is a great trainer! Hes always positive and encouraging and knows how get those extra reps out of you. It has been years since Ive done any consistent exercise or workouts and this program and John have helped build my confidence. After just a few weeks I can already tell the difference in my energy level, strength, and stamina. Everyone at Kettlecorps has been truly welcoming and encouraging. I leave every class feeling energized, accomplished, and excited for the next class. There isnt a person anywhere who wouldnt benefit from taking a class here. BELL YEAH!
