Its got all the equipment needed. The big draw back is all the high school aged D bags that think they run the place and take up equipment for an hour plus. In all honesty I only come here if its more convenient than the kennesaw location.

The gym was starting to become run down. Once Joe became manager the gym has never looked better! Joe and his staff are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.Joe is a great guy and he’s always there to answer a question and take care of any situation. The gym is clean, safe and once again is a great environment to train when you want! I can’t thank Joe and his staff enough!

I renewed my membership for another 3 years. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Staff is supportive and very friendly. They make a point to learn your name and conversate with you. There is a personal trainer, Jo, at this location. Four weeks into our sessions and I have lost over 10 pounds. He is very professional, motivating, and even corrects the “You-Tube-Experts” with sound advice and knowledge. I highly recommend both gym and training sessions with Jo.

I felt uncomfortable going in during the covid surge so Joe was kind enough to reach out and suspend my membership fees until after. Very pleased with that level of professionalism!

I talked to Mike on the phone and asked about regular personal training sessions, and specifically asked if they had a trainer on staff at this location, I was told yes. Signed up for a membership. Right after signing up I asked for the personal trainers info to set up the first session. I was informed that they were not on staff at this location and that I would have to drive to Kennesaw. I signed up here because its across the street from where I live, very convenient, and was told they had a personal trainer on staff at this location. I was blatantly lied to and signed up under false pretenses.

I had a bad experience trying to cancel my membership during covid. They made it difficult and I ended up having to pay over $200. You can start a membership on their website, but you cant cancel.

Just wanted to re-repost my review that cancelling this gym membership is near impossible and the staff was not friendly. Avoid this location/gym.

Walked into the gym to find out membership was due. I would ask who actually keeps track of that. I made it clear I had just lost my wallet, and the owners response was can you go home and get something else to pay with. So, I have been a customer for 4 years and intended on renewing. So instead of doing the kind thing and letting me have my workout as a guest or offering a solution, she lost a customer entirely.

They never answer the phone and their cancellation process is so dumb.

I just renewed my membership at the location in Decatur (3 months paid in full basic) which allows me access to all workout anytime locations. I arrived at this location, scanned in, and had my workout interrupted by the staff member telling me that my check in was denied. I sat down with him and asked why, and he told me that my payment was still processing on Decatur’s end and that my membership should be active by the next time I come in. He called Decatur to verify that I was indeed a member, to which they verified and told him to “let me work out”. He then called his manager, repeated what I told him to her: that I had shown proof of my purchase, and that Decatur verified my membership and his manager still opted to turn me away and deny me from working out at their location AS AN ACTIVE MEMBER. Very unprofessional. I will not be giving this location any of my money.Edit: I just went through the same verification process with the location on Whitlock and they let me workout! If you are stuck between the two locations, choose Whitlock they are much friendlier and more professional.Edit #2 in response to the owner: Apparently it isn’t an “ongoing issue” at any location, as the location at Whitlock allowed me to workout! If you’d like you can verify with them! I will not be returning to you guys and I urge others to do the same.

No stars; the only reason they even get ONE is so I can comment...the rudeness of the woman who works the front desk is ridiculous. She’s in-personable and unprofessional. She was very rude to one of my guests and insisted that they sign up for membership instead of just providing the one day or even a one week pass for workout. She spoke very condescendingly while saying that they only do passes via online. She was very pushy for the membership signup. Other places provide passes on the spot, so this was a little weird. Yes great facility but customer service? Not so much. Good thing they’re 24 hours so some of us don’t have to deal with people like her.No...I do not have the wrong location. Ive been coming this location for over a year now and have visited others and can say with out a doubt that this gym is the best. The staff is ALWAYS eager to help and answer questions. The equipment is kept clean and in pristine condition.(Update)Been a member for over 3 years and still love this gym. This gym is great! Out of all the Workout Anytime facilities in the metro Atlanta Area, the Eastlake location is definitely the best in town!The gym layout is very organized with plenty of machines and free weights. It’s open 24/7 with key card access when staff is not present. I’ve never seen this gym too crowded at all. I highly recommend this location!

I joined Workout Anytime two years and have been most pleased. I tried Workout Anytime as my apartments gym was being renovated I didnt know what I was missing until I joined Workout Anytime.The positive staff, well-maintained facility, and offerings of machines, weights, and equipment have been exactly what I wanted and needed in a fitness centers.There is a tangible intentionality to being part of a facility that has as its only goal - wellness and betterment. The inherent motivation and energy that are part of walking in the door work for me.The monthly fee is a bargain especially given the 24/7 availability. I highly recommend this facility

Great space, accessible location and very friendly staff! They have a wide range of equipment, and you never feel crowded. I love using the tanning bed, and having 24 hour access due to my weird work schedule. Also very clean, and I highly recommend joining!

This is a great place to workout - there is a great variety of machines to use, it is clean and well kept up and the staff (Donna) is very friendly and helpful. We have been there for 2 years now even though we have a free small gym at our apartment complex. Good place -

This gym and everyone who works there makes me feel like I am an extended member of their family and that my health and goals honestly matter to them. Always a smiling face and words of encouragement from Donna upon my arrival to my amazing trainer, Virginia, who pushes me and believes in me, even when I dont. She helps me feel that my goals are possible and she is just as committed if not more committed to them, as I am. She pushes me through my workouts and not only helps with my fitness goals but offers help with nutrition and makes suggestions to ensure I am fueling my body correctly. I cannot say enough about this gym and their staff. Love it and love them!!!

Great place to workout. It’s open 24 hours and the staff is very personable and friendly. It has plenty machines and equipment that you don’t have to wait. It also has a tanning bed and a hydro massage bed. I would recommend this gym

Front desk woman is a major pain to deal with. I was passing by headed home and wanted to ask if they offered any trial membership since it’s close to where I live. I’ve never been to a gym that doesn’t gladly hand out trial memberships. She basically tells me there is no free trial and asks why I would even want one. When I left rather quickly and obviously not amused she did come out to my car to apologize and offered me a 7-day trial. I was gonna let it go but I just checked and online I can get a 14-day so I had to review. Clean place but i’m gonna have to find a better atmosphere.

Hands down in my opinion the best workout anytime within a 25 mile radius. Ive been to wlot of them but here the gym manager interacts with you, everything always clean and repaired immediately. Been a member over a year and a half so far

One of the best gyms around! The convenience of the location along with the amazing newer equipment inside, the value is unbeatable! One of my favorite parts of Workout Anytime is the tanning bed and hydro massage that come with my premium membership! This gym has truly made me enjoy working out again and given me so much more energy in my day to day.

This gym is totally worth the $15/month. Its clean and the staff is friendly. It is your basic gym, no classes or the like, but you just cant beat the price. The GM, Virginia, is great too. She really cares about her clients and wants the best gym-going experience for them. Ive really enjoyed working out here. 24/7 access is amazing!

Great price for a great gym! I joined a couple days ago and I am so glad I did. The tanning bed works really well, lol, I cant go back in for a few days. Clean gym with great equipment. It is small but for me that is good. I get anxiety from being in a huge place. Definitely worth the $25 a month for a 24/7 gym.

Donna is great and signed me for a 1 year membership. I like it because it is reliable and I am always met with a smile from the staff. I have been a member for 3 years almost now.

Other than the occasional one-week attendees who dont clean up after themselves, this is a great place. Dee (personal trainer) is especially awesome! Request him if you are serious about your health! Hes extremely experienced, knowledgeable and encouraging.

Clean and basic gym with just the essentials in a compact strip mall environment. Ive never been there with more than 10 people. Plenty of free weights and good quality cardio and selectorized equipment. No one here is intimidating so you can work out with confidence even if you havent been on your path long.The owner here is kind and no nonsense... Runs a tight ship.

I went to visit the location with my bf because we were looking for a gym to join. Because I am more experienced, I had him do some of the things I do, but he did some of his own things as well because he could not do some of the things I do. After the workout, I was accused of training him in the gym and was told I could not train. I was also told a member told I was doing this. Both the staff ( an older lady) and suppose member accused me of this and the staff even said something about it when I left. I didn’t feel welcomed at all by staff or other members. I travel the country for work and visit a lot of gyms and have never experienced and felt this before. I was very offended and will never attend this gym again.

This place is by far the best gym I have worked out in. Its always clean and looks like its new. The staff are always polite and ready to show you how to use the equipment.

They tell you theres no contract but yet you will be called and harassed not by them, but by a collections company if you stop paying. They told me there was no contract and can just stop my membership at anytime. Guess thats not true. Not a fun gym by any means, lady at the front desk is a safety hazard to others. Likes to vacuum around you when you are using the equipment! Sometimes when I do squat I get light headed and she has wraped the cord of the vacuum cleaner around the machine I am using. If I would have tried to step out of the machine quickly it would have been a big problem.When I tried to walk away to let her finish, she yelled at me from a distance to re-rack my weights! Its an uncomfortable place to workout. The equipment is the only thing thats good about that gym. To bad its in there.

The gym is a little small, but is kept nice and clean. The machines have always been up and running and nothing was ever out of service at any time when I went in to exercise. Unfortunately we are moving and there isnt a gym close to us at the new address. The GM here is very nice and understanding. No complaints.

Take your money elsewhere. This location is new and has nice equipment, but the moment you have problems with your membership they are quick to runaway. I came in with a doctors note about needing physical therapy and avoid working out for an extended period of time. At first, the answer was promising and understandable. They told me they needed to review the note and determine how much they can refund and they would call back in 24-48 hours. Its been a week now and they are saying that they have no record of my doctors note or any refund review and now are deferring me to a manager who is almost never there except for 2 weekdays a week and in the middle of the afternoon. ANYBODY who works 9-5 5 days a week cannot contact her in person. It is insulting. The equipment is good at this particular location and thats all I can say.

We have been members for almost 3 years now and I truly enjoy this gym.After many years of other gym memberships,this is by far the cleanest and friendliest club.Donna is a great manger and treats everybody with respect!

The location is new, convenient, and the staff is helpful! The only thing Id complain about is that the locker rooms do not have doors. I dont think Id be comfortable taking a shower after staff hours as there are only shower curtains and no hard stalls with locks. Id just want a little more security in that deptartment; otherwise, great place!

Explaining everything was nice and good but by the time you are getting and Id they do not accept ur id because have to be local id. Waooo if you can go to any locatio how the heck you can have and id from any state. I think is because we are.trying to get the trialShe just wanted for us to enroll with out trying.

I joined here in March of 2018 with a one year contract. Almost a year later I had my third child and no longer had the time to utilize my membership so after my contract was up, I requested the information to cancel. It was sent to me, I followed the instructions to cancel online, and understood that my card on file would be charged $39. I did this on March 17th. My dues for the last year have always come out between the 14th and 17th of each month so when I saw a charge on April 16th I assumed that was the final charge noted in the pop up when I canceled. I was then charged $39 again on April 28th and again today so I did what anyone would and went into the gym to question it. Donna called corporate and had me explain the situation to them. Their records showed that I had logged in for the first time ever on March 17th, but since I no longer have the email showing the cancellation corporate said that it up to the club and asked to speak with Donna again. She told the representative from corporate that she didn’t have the authority to make that decision and then two seconds later informed me that she couldn’t do anything since I didn’t have the email.First, it was obvious that the one and only time I logged on was immediately after requesting cancellation information. Second, I haven’t even utilized this gym since November of last year. I asked for the $78 that had been charged extra to be refunded to me and was told no. Ten minutes later I got a voicemail that if I canceled today I would not be charged further. This is unacceptable. I know I will not be charged further because I am not authorizing these charges nor have I since March 17th when I canceled my membership. If your system does not record something the way it should, that is not your customers fault. Does keeping my $78 really benefit your gym in any way?It should also be noted from a customer service standpoint that shortly after greeting me Donna answered her personal phone to tell someone she would call them back and was then on her personal phone again while I was the one talking to corporate. If I do miraculously find the time to go to a gym again, it definitely will not be here and I urge others to do the same.I am giving 2 stars instead of one in the spirit of being fully honest that this gym is kept clean and well equipped.

Nice place to work out anytime their is something I don’t like is their unsubscribing process. They will ask you for hand written letter to ABC financial. No e mails or phone calls are considered for unsubscribing. I also had bad experience when i call them but usually they are not like that. I wish they could change to emails instead of written letter for unsubscribing. These centers are not cheap but tricky.

Fraudulent contracting practices -- Beware!Do yourself a favor, avoid this gym and the arrogant, con-artist employees.They advertise fee free $15/mo rates. This is actually a lie. They recently hit me with a $29/year fee which is, apparently, required. So when they were signing me up a year ago they actually lied about that fee directly. Come to find out there is no way to cancel this membership without sending in a certified letter to some out of state financial company and then continue to pay until they decide to cancel.Theres a much better, much friendlier and decidedly more honest gym one mile east, Just Fitness 4 U.

New equipment, everything is always clean even at night time, theyll work with you when you have an issue. Donna is the manager and shell help you out anytime you call. They keep everything stocked and the machines working and clean. The hydromassage makes me want to go just for it.

The old woman who was working at the register was so rude! I asked for the massage, since I paid for that in Alpharetta. However, instead of explaining their policies to me and tell me that because of I have a basic plan, I can just use the hydromassage in Alpharetta, she spoke rudely to me and argued with me. I am disappointed from this branch.

We joined initially in Kennesaw - my boyfriend started training at the East Lake Gym - I advised him not to train under a contract we already had a Memebrship. I train at Heat in Atlanta with a professional knowledgeable trainer with NO CONTRACT. They like to get you in with a smile but make it very difficult with a sneaky grin and lies to get out! DONT LET THE $15 fool you! We are off the LA Fitness!

Well, its always crowded and the bathrooms their are fair at best. Plus, the locker area is made for little people (because its so small)

I signed up yesterday and today I went to the gym to work out. Knowing it was Sunday and they were closed I had my key card with me, however it would not work. Im really looking forward to getting in shape here, but not off to a very good start.

Very small gym. Very unclean. Have come in multiple times when they have been out of hand soap in the bathrooms as well as sanitary wipes for the gym equipment. Have had more than one negative encounter here. Its cheap but cheap for a reason.

Got asked to stop deadlifting, so I cancelled my membership. Been going to this location since they opened, had made friends with the trainers, but they all left and the new people just dont provide the same atmosphere.
