Very friendly and courteous technician. Helpful with good communication. Replaced blower capacitor quickly and all is well again with my AC. My only negative is the almost $400 total repair cost was higher than expected. $307 for the capacitor and $79 house call charge.

Used this company three times in three months with the same issue. Every-time they send a different technician that has to play catch up on what the other technician did and didn’t do. Problem still not fixed and each different technician had their own theories on what’s wrong with no correction. Having to pay fees for no results each time and technicians with clearly little knowledge of HVAC is a shame. Would not recommend

Jarad responded quickly an AC coolant leak once he heard about my complaint .HeI immediately located the actual leak, identified the defective coil, located a replacement, and returned with a timely swap of coils. It took him most of the morning to replace the coil which was located in a difficult area for him to work in. During the morning, he took a few moments to make friends with my watchdog who was initially upset by this stranger being in her house. He was clean and tidy in his work place, and remained masked to protect us from Covid. I couldnt be more pleased with Jarads diagnostic skills and service.

We had our AC go out. We bought a home warranty with choice home warranty (which is a bad idea) and they wouldn’t help us.CoolAir came to the rescue. We are Costco members and love Costco so we knew they would be great as well.The salesman Steven Rivas was great. We he professional, knew his material and funny. He understood we didn’t have a ton to spend so he found us the best system and didn’t try to be pushy at all. The installers came and did a professional and clean job. The Plumber/technician Christopher Jones was very professional and was able to share a lot of information with me regarding my water heater. He removed the old Water Heater that was approximately 18 years old and replaced it with an up to date model. I felt good about my decision to switch out the water heater and it was fully installed in just a little under 3 hours.

I was a little concerned at first: the original person who was taking care of our quote and installation is no longer working with Cool Air. Stan Bailey took over and scrambled to get everything fixed so that we could gave our installation today. He was kind, funny, and very helpful.Our technicians were Johan, David, and Elios. They were wonderful!They were super friendly, respectful, and overall a delight to have in the house. They replaced our entire ac system, cleaned everything up, and replaced our water heater. Then they made sure that we had the app to control the house temps from my phone. Everything looks exactly as it did before they came.I have absolutely no regrets; they were all perfect.

My technician showed up on time. Friendly and professional. Installed a replacement coil component in a unit that was installed appropriately 6 years ago by Cool Air. Kyle was communicative . At the end of my service I paid and enjoyed my cool refreshing air conditioning again.That was a short lived experience. I was awakened at 2:36 am to my fire alarm signaling! I woke up afraid my home was on fire. I searched the house and found no smoke or fire going. I took it that maybe the power went out and triggered the smoke alarm. I went back to bed to be awakened again to the alarm going off again. This time I am noticing water stains in my bedroom ceiling that was not there before. My fire alarm monitor has water around it which lead me to the attic where my HVAC system resides. While investigating I find the AC catch pan full of water! The water was affecting the wired smoke detector to alarm. I quickly shut off my unit and shut the power off to avoid any further hazards and called Cool Air. Thankfully they have 24 hour answering services for emergencies. I was told a technician would reach out shortly. It’s 3:30am at this point and didn’t receive an immediate call so I went back to bed. I found that the technician forgot to inform me he was leaving my filthy filter out the system and left it in the attic. I didn’t know it was in need of one before he left my home. I have been hot a few months with the AC occasionally working. To now a disastrous water leak to my AC unit. This wasn’t a cheap replacement either. Now without AC again after the money I shelled out, upsets me. Now I had to call again after getting minimal rest to verify a technician is coming because I never was called back in the wee hours after reporting my emergency! Disappointed to say the lease at this point.

Hot air vents and cold air return vents were cleaned using proscribed vacuum procedures as appropriate.With respect to the dryer vent the maintenance procedure used during the visit was substandard I believe because the technician team were inadequately trained. After their visit my dryer ceased to work properly.It turned out that the vent was not properly cleaned (discovered during a callback visit by a more experienced tech). During a rainy period for an attic- rising roof vented duct, extra steps must be taken to ensure that lent build-up is removed. In my case, a substantial amount of wet lent (visualize a enough to fill a gallon jug) fell to the base of the vent and clogged up the vent causing the dyer to malfunction- a potential hazard.Moral of the story- better company training of techs should minimize customer premise problems and reduce callbacks and lower avoidable customer cost.

I absolutely love the service I received from Cool Air Mechanical & Plumbing from start to finish. We scheduled the appointment through Costco. The estimator was on time and very courteous. There was no pressure. He was responsive to my questions and honest. The price was very fair and the install date was within a week to replace our systems.Cool Air Mechanical showed up on time and the crew was fantastic. Victor was on top of things and kept us informed through the process. They protected our floors with heavy duty blankets and kept the work area clean. The team installed two furnaces and two air conditioning units. When they left, it was like they werent even there except for a quality Lennox system.I cannot recommend Cool Air Mechanical & Plumbing enough and will be using them for our annual maintenance.

I’ve been in real estate for 30 years and I am VERY choosy about my contractors. I have nothing but good things to say about Cool Air, and I am glad that I selected the company and use its service contract. Always professional and responsive. Not the least expensive but a GREAT value…worth the premium.I recently had their sales tech Ahmed Shiekh provide a quote for installation of a new unit. Again, highly professional and informative. Could I find a lower quote? Probably? Will I? Nope. Any premium I pay for a new install will be small and I’m convinced it will be more than overcome by service and quality.

Replaced inline dehumidifier. Mr Dana was personable, competent and conscientious but he has been getting his health information from unreliable sources and was not vaccinated. He stated that he is tested once/week which reduces the risk to your clients but the risk could be reduced much more by vaccination. He stated he would probably get vaccinated.

Cedric arrived on time, inspected the equipment and made the necessary modifications to keep the equipment running at its most efficient. He took the time to talk to us and tell us what, if anything, was in need of repair and what he did to mitigate any future repairs. He was professional and courteous demonstrating knowledge and professionalism without a superior attitude. This was such a refreshing change from the majority of professionals who look down on the layperson. Cedrics attitude and level of knowledge conveyed that I knew we had nothing to worry about. We had a semi-annual AC maintenance performed. Isaiah arrived on time—looking very neat and professional. He was respectful, cordial and wore booties while in the house.Isaiah detected some problems and was able to do the repair on the same day as the inspection. Also gave us some helpful tips on temperature settings in a 2-story house.All in all, very pleased with the service (which we signed up for through Costco) and would recommend to others.

Winston was great! Very polite and helpful. He worked hard all day installing the system. Cool Air is a great company! We live in a condo and had a issue of a hole in a pipe up in the roof. The condo association was the problem, they didnt get a roofer to open the roof for a few days, so Cool Air provided us with a portable air conditioner to use. Winston installed it for us and was very caring for the fact that I had my 95 yr old mother with no A/C. I highly recommend Cool Air for your HVAC system. They are the best!

Enri was very professional and diagnosed the problem right away. In less than half an hour my heat was working again. He explained what the issue was and what he did to fix it. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

The technician was not trained or qualified for water cooled systems. His company installed a water cooled system next door last week and it took three days. The first system was damaged during installation.Dispatch should only send professional who are trained on the type of system for which they are qualified.I do not blame the technician. He was professional and on time. He simply had not been trained or certified for the type of system I own. I appreciate sending someone before any other service provider could arrive. This is a management issue

My service tech, Dean, was the best. Our AC stopped working and I called Cool Air. Ive never used them before. I was very impressed with their scheduling platform and the constant follow up to the moment Dean arrived. He was very thorough and had my unit up and running in no time. Awesome company!

Cool Air has replaced three systems for us and performed our maintenance service for years. While we have always had a good experience, our latest has been extremely frustrating.We had an issue with our unit cooling and Cool Air came out (7/28) to find we had a leaking ac coil which would need replacing. I had to call several times to find out when the coil could be replaced instead of them calling me. I was told this was a two man job, which did not sound right, and because of the amount of emergency service calls they had it could not be replaced until 8/6. This was a bit of a problem because we were going to be out of town, but we made arrangements for someone to meet them at our home and be there while they replaced the coil.As I suspected for the two man job only one person showed up. While the part was supposed to be covered under warranty, I was expecting to pay for the labor. They got the coil replaced, but I never received any call or paperwork even though I instructed them to call me about any issues or charges, and they had my cell phone number.Since that time I have called on numerous occasions to find out what I might owe. Every time I am told I would need to speak to someone in the parts department, which seems totally odd to me, but I leave my number and never get a call back. I finally received a call back on 9/13 but unfortunately missed the call. When I tried to call them back the next morning (9/14), the number they left was a non working number. I called the main number, again expressing my frustration and was told the individual I needed to speak to just got in and would call me back shortly. Im still awaiting that return phone call.While admittedly, this is not the service I am accustom to from Cool Air, this has destroyed my confidence in them. They always seem so concerned about their Google Reviews and having a high score, maybe this one-star review will finally cause them to assist an existing long term customer.

Replaced very old AC and brought entire HVAC up to code. I got three quotes, two being over 10k and cool air mechanical had the most competitive rate. I also booked through Costco so I got a cash card as well. I was most impressed by both their salesman, David, and their install team, Jorge, showing up right on time. Usually, you get a 4 hour window and they show up in the last 30 minutes but everything was done on time. The install was quick, clean and works perfectly.

While driving down 285 on September 9, 2021, one of your trucks got angry at me because I changed lanes. The number on the back tailgate was 185. This happened at 4:30 PM. He went around me cut me off and then proceeded to flip me off multiple times while we sat waiting to go onto northbound 85. His response was so violent that I felt I needed to leave the roadway in an effort to safeguard myself. I suggest you should address this problem both for the safety of the public drivers and your own staff.

Called Cool Air Mechanical & Plumbing b/c Marietta Power & Water indicated I have a leak. After doing all the normal steps of elimination to identify whether the leak in on the city side or my side. Ian determined it was on my side and I needed to contact a leak detector. He assisted in getting that scheduled for me. Ian was very thorough and informative. Once I find out where the leak is I will call Cool Aid Mechanical to fix the problem. I trust them completely and only use their services since they installed my HVAC system.

As soon as I called Coolair customer service about the issue that AC system is not cooling, customer service rep straight away scheduled the tech. My tenant told me that tech was right in time and was very courteous. He fixed the issue and system is working now. Good customer service.

The technician came, he was on time and he wore a mask which was much appreciated. He Looked at my Lennix system and said it needed a new motor. he contacted the office regarding the part and said he Would be back same day or the next day. He remove the cover from the unit and left the cover off and is now exposed, I left it that way because I thought he was coming back. I did not hear back from him or the office so I called at 3 PM the following day, they said they would get back to me and they called me back later that afternoon and let me know they had the part. The girl also let me know there was going to be a charge for labor and I explain to her that I had a warranty agreement for 10 years and the system was installed only seven years ago. When I questioned the cost and let her know I had an issue and I asked to speak to a manager. She got defensive and said she didn’t have a manager available and she would have one call me back. I never heard from anyone the following day so the day after that I contacted the chat online let them know that I needed to speak to a manager. I explained the situation, She apologized and said she would have a manager call me back. Again never heard from anybody all day so I Contacted them again the next day, Again I was told they would have a manager contact me. It is now been five days since the last communication with no return response from a manager. It’s been 9 days since I’ve been without air conditioning in 80+ degree weather in Georgia and I don’t understand why this company is non-responsive. The service manager can’t go over my contract with me to help me understand why there’s a labor cost when I have a 10 year labor and part warranty agreement? I have no problem paying the cost, but I would like to understand why there’s a cost when there’s a contract that hasn’t expired. I feel like I’m being punished because I questioned the cost and contract, so now they’re not returning my phone calls.

Friendly, professional, very responsive with support. One team installed a new heat pump, all new ducts and air handler in my crawl space, plus new thermostat, and they did it all in one day, which I was very happy about. The work was neat and tidy. And they patiently showed me how to hook up the thermostat with my wi-fi and phone app.

All aspects of installation were explained well. Mr. Denmark took photos and explained everything in detail. He set all the products down and showed the price of all. I felt very well informed about the installation of the HVAC system.

Hired them to clean out dryer vent; price was a bit high but thought theyd be professional and thorough. Turns out instead of removing the 4 screws to take the mesh cover off easily before cleaning, they just ripped the plastic apart, and left it in pieces, plastic and gasket everywhere. Obviously couldnt put it back together so they just left my dryer vent as a hole in the side of the house. Also left lint everywhere on the ground. Like cmon guys, have some pride in your work, dont make the paying customer go back and fix what you broke.
