Was able to diagnose the issue with my washing machine and fix it accordingly

This place is closed!!!! Technical service people have no idea about it.

The new part was installed and looks good - a part was removed to put the new part on, but it was not replaced and now we have a leak we did not ahve before the repair was done.

Didnt have door handle for my. Samsung French door freezer. Otherwise a good store

Ice maker of approximately 3 yr old Kenmore frig had frozen. Tech de-iced it in A.M. That evening it had frozen again. Going to buy a new frig. Not a Kenmore.

This outlet use to get a lot good tools and tool chest. Lately this year its been mostly appliances. Some of the appliances are good but some have major dents etc.. thats the reAson for the outlet LOLPretty good pricing but still a little high. High turnover rate with the employees and alot of the times you have to find someone to help you. I am surprised no one has walked out of the place with items in tow. I stood at the register one time with about $60 worth of tools for about 15min and no one came to the front. I even went to the back an nobody came out after calling for assistance. Finally the truck driver came out and finally found cashier.This store keeps a skeleton crew so beware of that when you walk in.
