Summit always shows up on time and is professional. I have used them for many personal and business projects for which they have designed systems to fit my needs, both in terms of budget and schedule.They are regular folks working hard to build an honest business. I appreciate the open conversations I have had about some of my projects - the owner has told me on several occasions where I could save money or if I did not need to make a system change. I appreciate and trust their opinions.

Called Summit this morning to request a maintenance check on my ac unit. They were booked but said if they got a cancellation they would fit me in. They were able to fit me in within 3 hours. Danny came by and evaluated my system. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly polite! Locally owned business with superior customer service. There was a $89 service fee that doesn’t get waived if you proceed with service but overall a great company.

Summit always responds quickly and takes care of any issues I have. They tell you what the issue is and how they plan to fix it.

Everything was good, but no covid precautions which was a bit unnerving

My air quit working this morning. I called summit and they came within 2hours. My air was running again within an hour. It was a great service call I was new to them. Everything was explained to me up frontand how much it was going to cost. I will be using summit again and highly recommend them for any air or heat services that you might need. Again summit heating an air are the best.

Both of my units went out at the same time. Summit was very prompt...was here within 3 hours of my call. Blair and Luke were the technicians they sent out and they were both extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

This was by far the best AC service I have ever received. Tim arrived promptly and diagnosed my AC issue immediately. He also saved me around $300 on the repair. What a great experience. Tim, Blair, and Nathan were extremely professional, helpful, and punctual. We have vaulted ceilings and weren’t getting enough air floor.
