Woke up yesterday morning to no AC downstairs. I called my regular company only to find out it would be a few days before they could come out. No one wants to go a few days in the middle of August without air in GA! Innovative Mechanical was the 3rd company I called and they were able to come out same day. My tech did an outstanding job, he diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. But, what impressed me was I have two units, same brand, same age, different sizes, the technician took the time to check my second unit for the same problem and found that the second unit was also experiencing the same issue just had not broke yet. I was able to get that unit repaired before it actually broke. And yes he showed me the part, so that I could visually see there was a problem and it needed to be replaced. He went out of his way to make sure I was not without AC now or later. I was so impressed and appreciative! Innovative Mechanical was not my regular company, but they will be now!! These guys are fantastic! He had to have our upstairs system replaced (which is never fun) and the had the lowest quote and they worked insanely hard to get everything absolutely perfect for us. Since then we use them for our yearly servicing and they are great at telling us what is going on with our systems, small tweaks we could doing ourselves to make it better, without ever trying to overcharge us. They are one of the best companies we have ever worked with on our home.

When our upstairs AC unit stopped working last fall during a hot spell just before the birth of our son, Innovative was able to quickly work us into their schedule. We were first time customers and went with Innovative after reading the great reviews online. Chad came out to the house and was prompt, friendly, and professional. Our repair was covered by our third-party home warranty company, and they are a company who are notoriously difficult to work with to get claims covered. Chad was up to the task, carefully refining the invoice a few different times to meet the warranty companys stringent requirements. His patience and professionalism were impeccable, and he resolved our problem so we could bring the baby home to a comfortable, properly climate-controlled environment. In addition, he gladly offered his professional opinion and advice about another HVAC issue I inquired about that was unrelated to the repair, giving me tips and pointers that would help me solve the issue without having to spring for expensive system maintenance. Great service, punctual, and very friendly staff but the price for our service was way out of wack. After install, we were quoted $325 + an $89 service fee for the replacement of a capacitor (Its $25 for the exact part) that was installed, and subsequently uninstalled after learning the cost, in less than 45 minutes.

From start to finish had an awesome experience. Integrity is important to me and my technician was completely honest. Even told me to wait on having a part replaced because it may take a month or a year before it was needed. You won’t find that often in business. Was very considerate about maintaining safety and had protocols in place for putting me at ease about having someone in my home during this pandemic. I reached out to Innovative Mechanical because their ratings are perfect. And they did not disappoint! I needed to replace 5 HVAC systems in my home (yes....5!). I reached out for quotes from 5 well known HVAC companies. The end result: Innovative was by far the best. First off, the owner Chad Ferguson came out and spent nearly 3 hours in my home. He went over each system and explained everything he recommended to me in great detail and in laymans terms. There were no fancy industry terms used to confuse me and no promises of paying for a 16 SEER and receiving a 17 SEER smoke and mirror shows. The quote I received was electronic and it walked me through everything. All of the information was clear with model numbers and prices. Nothing was hidden and there were multiple options to choose from. The professionalism and follow up was greatly appreciated. This company is experienced and knowledgeable and they DO NOT push you into making a sale. Its obvious that they take pride in what they do and they are in it for the long-term customer relationship. I have a duplex and have been having Innovative service both units twice a year. Best company I’ve ever worked with, hands down! Both Chad and Craig have been onsite and they are both extremely professional, super knowledgeable and always explain everything in layman’s terms so I know exactly what the issue is and I can make an informed decision. Since my first interaction with Chad, the owner, by providing a new installation quote, he has taken such great care of my unit and me for close to 3 years. I called last week to make an appointment for routine maintenance and was throughly impressed with the improvements Innovative has made for the benefit of their customers. Within 1 minute after scheduling my appointment, I received a detailed confirmation text and another one the day before my appointment. My air went out on a Saturday night I called another company who told me they couldnt have anyone out until middle of the week the following week I called a second company who came out and told me I needed to replace my whole system, there was no option to repair. I decided to try one more company to get a second opinion. Chad came out Sunday morning and spent an hour diagnosing our system and explaining everything to me. He was able to repair it for under $200, where as the other company told me I would need to spend at least $7000. Goes to show that you should always trust your gut and get that second opinion because not every company is as honest and trustworthy is Chad with innovative mechanical. Because the system was 20 years old and I had already secured financing thinking I would be replacing with the other company, I decided to go ahead and replace the system but used innovative as they had a far more competitive price. It looks so much better than the original and runs far better than we had even anticipated. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and using them moving forward. Needed an HVAC company to figure out why my first floor and third floor had a 20+ degree temperature difference. Craig came out and determined the cause and proposed a solution, which I accepted. A few weeks later, Craig came back and figured out a way to fix the problem a) without cutting any drywall, and b) limiting the work to my attic rather than to my living room as we initially thought we would have to do. Although I found small secondary issue that had recurred that I thought had been fixed, Craig added me to his schedule the next day on short notice and resolved that problem - at 10 PM, which shows insane dedication to the job and to the customer.5 stars - would highly recommend.

I had my HVAC system replaced by Innovative Mechanical in Nov. 2020. While there were a few hiccups post install, the company and especially our technician Craig have been extremely responsive and dedicated to finding and solving the problems. I was fortunate enough to have Innovative Mechanical replace both my AC and furnace back in July. My AC went out and I reached out to obtain four quotes based on referrals and research that I did. I live in a 58 year old split level home on a basement and was highly interested in zoning because of the fluctuations in temperatures on all four levels. What caught my attention first, was when Chad came out to look at the systems, he pointed out things that were wrong that they could correct in the installations. He was my last quote, so I didnt mentioned to him that I was interested in zoning because the previous three installers said it couldnt be done. Innovative came back with a very competitive quote, so I decided to go with them. Craig came out to do a preinstallation visit and asked why I wasnt interested in zoning and it would be very beneficial for the layout of home. I was ecstatic that it could be done and Innovative Mechanical put in the hard work and man power to make it happen for me. My systems is working perfectly and it has cut my energy bills in half. I do not work for these guys, nor do I know any of their employees personally. With that said - these guys are unbelievable. We recently purchased a home and had our AC knock out after only a couple weeks during the heat of the summer. Their team of two guys came out and replaced our AC unit, furnace, and did a bunch of duct work. Everything came out incredibly, and their team worked tirelessly into the evening (not complaining once) in order to get our house hooked back up with AC in one visit. Very professional, incredibly friendly, and took so much pride in their work they somehow got my wife and I legitimately excited about HVAC systems and duct work. Would recommend 10/10.

Craig and Innovative Mechanical are fantastic! Very prompt and courteous service; Craig is an excellent troubleshooter who explained what was going on throughout the service call. We thought our old system was going to need to be replaced, but Craig’s expertise and integrity had our house cool in no time at all. A follow up call received immediate attention and the issue was resolved perfectly. We would not hesitate to use Innovative Mechanical again.

I had another hvac company providing maintenance. Each visit they tried to tell me a capacitor in my system was bad. I told the guy no to replacing it and he smiled shook my hand and left. A couple of days later in a bit warmer weather, we turned on the ac and it was clicking, whereby it was turned off immediately to avoid damage. I called Innovative instead and followed the tech around. We arrived at the fan in the attic where the other tech had tried to sell me the capacitor. He opened the panel and behold the capacitor had been left unplugged, so fan wasnt running, coil was getting ice cold and compressor was cycling repeatedly. It could have ruined my system if I had left it on and it was certainly no accident...very purposeful. Craig plugged in the capacitor and checked everything else as a precaution for me. Be careful who you hire because many techs and companies are very crooked. Innovative is one of the good guys. ty Craig

I have 3 separate HVAC systems for 3 floors that are over 25 years old each. When I called Innovative Mechanical they sent Craig out for the service. He was professional and abided by all Covid safety protocols. He let me know all my options and explained repairs and cost for each unit and made my selected repairs. The CellarPro unit in our wine room was leaking water non-stop. I called Innovative Mechanical based on a Google Search and was so pleased. I have always had my heating/AC serviced twice a year for 12 years now. I noticed the reviews of my current company and they had lots of problems when they did installations so I decided to give Innovative Mechanical a try. They actually had better pricing on their maintenance agreements which was a plus and their reviews were excellent! Today was my first experience with Innovative Mechanical and I was VERY HAPPY! First of all they emailed me with a pic of the technician so I would know if it was him - a plus for sure. Craig Matlack was my technician and he was personable and he WORE a mask for Covid safety (HUGE plus to me)! He discovered an issue I could fix or wait on and I decided to have the part replaced. He explained the issue clearly which allowed me to decide to replace the part. He was not pushy about replacing the part. The whole experience made me KNOW I will be continuing with Innovative Mechanical going forward.

I dont do a lot of reviews but these guys helped me out of a jam. Technician communicated well, was on time, and professional. Got me up and running quickly and actually had the part needed with him. I will use them again and that is about the best review someone can leave.

Its hard to know where to begin. Price was fair (vs. larger competitor) and Chris installation (which is as important as the HVAC equipment) was done with such care, pride, and enthusiasm that I felt like he was installing it in his familys home. Showed up on a Friday night (same day) and fixed my unit without having to replace it. Ive had other companies out in the past that said I needed to be prepared to replace my unit. They came out and were honest and got it up and running for a minimal charge. We will be going with them for the replacement in the future. All I have to say is WOW! This company saved us! Our heat went out Tuesday, which was the coldest day of the year thus far. We had another company come out first, HUGE mistake. They told us that we would have to pay thousands to replace the unit, a repair wasn’t even offered. We were shocked as our system is only 7 years old! We called Innovative Mechanical to come and give us a second opinion. They came out the same day, on time, were polite and professional, and best of all… They fixed our furnace on the spot for under $600!!! Innovative Mechanical replaced our entire HVAC system and all I can say is Thank you!!! Their quote was very competitive and they walked us through all the options and choices so we felt like we made an informed decision. The quote was so good we were able to afford a much better system than any of the other 5 companies we also got quotes from. Because our heat was out they came out and worked all day and night to get our heat back up and running and helped us fix some airflow issues because of bad duct work. First, let me say that I am a firm believer in maintaining the two HVAC units at my home and have always had them serviced twice a year. I have found this to be an excellent way to extend the lives of the units and when combined with quality HVAC technicians provide many years of useful service (my Trane furnace is 29 years old).I have used Innovative Mechanical for both A/C and Heating maintenance for the last several years and I have always found them to be professional with high quality and a solid value for their services. In my most recent maintenance, I must say I was very impressed with the technician, Craig Matlack, who performed the heating service. One of my Trane units is almost 30 years old and I knew it would need the capacitor replaced but Craig also discovered the flame sensor needed a good cleaning to function properly this winter. He took the time to show the sensor to me and explained it could be cleaned. I asked about replacing it with a new one and after reviewing the cost of a new one compared to cleaning the old one, he helped me make a good decision to clean the existing one due to the age of my unit which saved me some good ole fashioned greenbacks.Later, Craig potentially saved my life as he immediately noticed a gas smell when he went into my attic to service the unit. After turning off the gas, he showed me how the flex gas pipe originally installed by another company had vibrated against the furnace cover over time creating a small hole and explained that flex pipe did not meet the current building code. He replaced the flex pipe with solid metal pipe and thus prevented what could have been a major fire from occurring. My hat goes off to Craig as I found him to be honest, respectful, and a great technician and I strongly recommend Craig and Innovative Mechanical.

I cant recommend Innovative Mechanical more. Today I replaced my 3rd AC unit in 5 years between two houses and Craig/Jordan were the most professional installation team I have worked with. They went above and beyond what was quoted even repairing/correcting some poor installation of my furnace done by another less than reliant company in town. I had several bids on the job and Innovative was more than competitive. I am lucky I found them.

Everyone knows when your AC unit goes out (esp in Aug) you instantly panic, you know its going to get hot in your house and fast (which means mama bear is going to be ill) and its going to cost you- your left arm..at least. I have to say, when I made the call to Innovative they were extremely responsive and professional. They came out at 9pm on a Friday night..not bummed they were working after hrs on a Friday, but happy and ready to help. I have a unit that wasnt very old (but was not registered) and the compressor went out... all I saw were dollar signs... the unit was in our home before we purchased the place and so we didnt have much info on it. They didnt just say...well youre going to need a new unit and its going to cost X amt. They researched and exhausted all resourses and it ended up being covered under warranty, the compressor was ordered and in the mean time they offered us 2 window units to put in our childrens room so they wouldnt be affected by this unfortunate event. This company is top notch. Their costumer service is impeccable and their attention to detail to make everything perfect was on point..this whole process was done in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company and team to any and everyone! They certainly have our lifetime business. Thank you!

This company is AMAZING! Our HVAC system stopped working over the holiday week. With it being 70 degrees in Georgia during Christmas, and many people staying in our home, it got quite uncomfortable. We called Innovative Mechanical and they were there within an hour of our emergency call. One of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure using. They are punctual, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have had a great experience working with the team from Innovative Mechanical. My HVAC system was seriously messed up. They corrected issues with the duct work, airflow, zones, furnaces and AC units. And best of all, my stale air issues are gone. I would recommend Innovative Mechanical to my friends and family.

Chad Ferguson, the owner, has been my a/c guy for over 11 years. By understanding HVAC systems are manufactured, he educated me on how some systems are pretty much the same expect for competitor branding/marketing. He installed a new system for nearly $2,000 less than in other competitor. Ten years later, system is going strong and its never had an issue. He has done work for several friends who are crazy happy about the value received. I highly recommend him and his company.

I could not be any more pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy I received from Chad, Meagan and stellar technician Kainan.My request for a quote was responded to within an hour and Chad came out the following day to do a walk through and evaluate my basement needs. He asked all the questions needed to provide me the best option for comfort. He even answered my many questions days later during my contemplation stage and assured me that the choice I was leaning toward would provide me comfort and a noticeable difference for years to come. Once I was ready to schedule the install Meagan was courteous and professional as well.Kainan is AMAZING. He placed the duct in the beams so that I could achieve the Sheetrock ceiling once I get to that phase of my basement project. I could not say more about how professional and efficient he was. There was an issue with the outside unit of my home. I called innovative as I had dealt with them on some other minor issues with bringing our old system to code. This time the entire unit went out. We discussed several options. Including a few ways to go green and save some money in the long haul. The service technician was extremely helpful with explaining the options available for my home. Knowing nothing about solar except I could possibly get a tax credit. The technician (Chad I think) broke it down for me in laymans terms. If Im correct on the terminology I ended up with a 4 solar panel 21 seer system. I did some checking on the quote that I received and they beat the competitors price on multiple accounts. I would recommend these guys for sure!!! If your looking to upgrade to the future of solar these are your guys!!!

Wow! I was caught in a bind, its August and my AC goes out. As a single woman I felt like a sitting duck. Thank goodness my friend shared how happy she has been with the service she has received from Trent Taylor and Innovative Mechanical. He was very understanding and made arrangements to come and give me an estimate right away. He was very through, professional, answered all my questions and sent me a very detailed Quote with cut sheets on all the equipment he was recommending the next day. I felt very comfortable and he gave me a great price on a new Lennox system and they had it installed the next day! I was thrilled! Thank you also David and Bryan for doing a great job and for being so neat and clean when taking out my old unit and replacing it with the new one. They are the best!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My husband and I discovered after buying our home that the AC and furnace needed replacing. We called on Tuesday to have a dryer vent run for our basement, Trent came on Friday and was done in two hours including a trip to replace the parts since we purchased the wrong ducts. Would highly recommend! Quick and affordable, and he was really easy to deal with.

Professional, quick and kind! Within 2 hours of needing our A/C fixed Innovative was at our front door. I can not say enough good things about our service technician Clayton. He was so professional, even working around chatty children didn’t phase him. Not only did they fix the issue within 15 minutes but he stayed and made sure everything was cleaned and serviced to prevent a future issue. These guys are highly recommended!

Over the summer (August), our HVAC unit went out. I called Innovative Mechanical and they came out right away, handling our job on a weekend so we werent without AC for too long. The owner Chad was extremely helpful and informative about what was the best equipment to choose for my home. Chad sent Craig out to complete the install and he did a phenomenal job! He was professional and efficient, which was very much appreciated. Also, just this past week I wanted to start using the heat, Chad came out the same day I called to get it going. If we should ever have to purchase another HVAC unit we will defintely be calling Innovative mechanical to help us out.

What a great service we received today. I emailed innovative over the weekend and megan was quick to respond with time slots for the weekday. Our service technican josh was great! He was prompt and very knowledgeable! He explained everything to me and was quick to provide me different options to fix our issue. Our place is finally cool and we dont have a leak! He even stated that we have a 30 day window for him to come back if we have any concern covered with the cost! Highly recommended will use them again! Josh was not pushy and provided excellent customer service!

We needed to replace our old AC unit. We shopped around and were very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by this company. Chad offered solutions to some of our air distribution issues that no one had previously mentioned. Our schedule is tight but they were able to work with us and get the install done quickly. The technicians were all professional and left everything nice and clean. They took the time to review things and answer questions before they left. We have already told our friends about them!

I rarely leave reviews but I can honestly say that this company has given me so much faith in the good work that service providers are capable of. From the owners Chad, Trent and to the techs like Josh and Clayton, every single one of them were courteous, and are excellent at their jobs. I had several issues with my HVAC and the owners care so much they came out themselves to do the inspection. Thank god for these guys for beings so amazing at fixing all the wrongs that my home builder messed up when they installed my HVAC equipment. Trust me when I say this. These guys are TOP NOTCH and the BEST in the business. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. They have me as a customer for life!

Innovative Mechanical saved us!! Josh was great. He was very knowledgable and knew exactly what to do. He found the problem and fixed it in very little time. We have 2 units that are both old and at the end of their life. Weve used other HVAC companies in the past but Innovative Mechanical is definitely our go to for service now after todays visit. They were awesome!! They are definitely on deck for when the inevitable happens and the unit(s) need replacing. Thanks again for getting us back up and running. My unit outside just stopped working. Its like it was turning on but the fan was not running. I called another company first (big mistake). They told me that it could not be fixed and the entire outdoor unit needed to be replaced. So I called these guys for a second opinion. So glad I did. They sent out a technician (I think his name was Chad). Chad came out and accessed the situation and turns out it was a part that could be replaced. All and all it only cost me around 200$ for everthing instead of thousands. The technician had a great attitude and was able to fix it!!!! These guys saved my butt and my pay check!!!! Thanks guys!!! Would definitely recommend them!!!

I cant say enough about this company. I met Chad while he was servicing Mountain Motorsports and needed work done at my home. He was able to replace our systems and quickly. We moved and needed service work done on a weekend. Of course Chad came through once again even though it was late at night. It didnt take him long to fix it because he knows what he is doing.
