I been going there for years with my Fleetwood they will fix it for a high dollars and it only last a couple months then when you call them about it they tell you it’s your fault but when you bring it in they have to replace it under warranty for free. But you will have to take it back again for the same problem. They fixed my a/c 2 times now and it’s back making noise again. And they fixed it with TAPE. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH RANDY

Went in for an emissions test and left with a broken gas cap. They told me they didn’t break the strap - it was broken during the process. And that it would’ve broke the next time I put gas in my car anyway.The broken gas cap strap is not a big deal but the gaslighting and lack of accountability left a bad taste. No apology.My car is an older car so that may be why they didn’t care. It’s also not a Cadillac (which they specialize in). Made me feel like I was wrong for going there in the first place.

Randy took good care of us. Brought in my XT5 for repairs to the front axle after a minor fender bender. The car was in and out on the same day. Parts were already on hand and the labor was very reasonably priced. Best of all, these are honest folks. They will tell you like it is. No upselling or tactics. This is my new go to mechanic. Recommended.

I was looking for a shop to service my car outside of the dealership. They did a great job. Went on Monday. Part came in Tuesday and work done Wednesday.

They always find the issue and fix without killing your wallet. Not that I believe there is such a thing, especially where mechanics are concerned but they are close to perfect, Honest, they work quickly, theyre rarely wrong on a diagnosis and dont overcharge. Highly recommend!

These guys fixed my car but then stole my headlights and replaced them with broken ones. When I say broken I mean the wiring loom was cut and the brand new headlights were replaced with used headlights. Id give them no stars if I could. Take you car here at your own risk.

I didnt have a good experience with them! One of my center piece hubcap came up missing while it was in theyre care. So I ask the owner if he could help replace it since it came up missing on his property But he did was make excuses about why he shouldnt replace it & why he dont think my car is worth fixing because of the year & the type of motor that goes in the car. So I replied that the car isnt worth anything to him but its worth something to me because its mines & it holds sentimental values

Alert the GMC Cadillac dealer in Alpharetta telling me that my 2007 SRX needed $3,000 of repairs, I took it to Rands for a second opinion. He diagnosed my car properly and I was out of there for $199. He was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what my car really needed. I will continue ot use them!
