My mom want regular pedicure and gel manicure French. When she show me the recipe, the regular pedicure which suppose to be 35 was upgrade to 50 dollar one. Who ask her to upgrade without asking? Not understanding English is no excuse, when no mean NO. This tech name is Lanny or something, somebody need to talk to this tech because its unacceptable. My mother feel scam, and not happy with this type of service. If anyone come here you need to point out exactly what you want on the menu and double check your receipt when walking out.

Took a very long time to do manicure on my short nails. my daughter had a gel manicure and was done in half the time, completely finished hers in the time it took for just my manicure. I had a French gel and it was very unprofessional and wiped off several times. My daughters gel lasted 2 days before peeling and mine started lifting at 3 days. I usually get at least a week and a half out of mine when done properly.

Uyen did the most amazing job on my nails. I got tips put on with dip. She took her time to perfect the length, shape and quality of my nail. She took into account how short my nails were and made sure that the dip was thick enough to support the tips she put on. I recommend everyone goes to Patriot Nails and leave Uyen a big tip! She was extremely friendly along with the rest of the staff, and I will most definitely be a returning cutomer :-) !!!

I show the manicurist name Lisa a picture of set of nail I want her to do on my phone. She told me that she cant do the acrylic nail and ask me to do gel instead. I agreed, but I dont want the design on it anymore. Then later she told me she can do the dip with the design but she cant put on the tip. She keep pestering me about doing it, and in the end I give in because she starting to give me attitude and I dont want my nails to be ruin. I wouldnt wrote this review have the nail set that I paid $53.00 on had stay on. Instead after a couples of day it fell off! Not only did I paid for half-baked set, but also a poor quality one at that. I wasted my time and money on a poor quality service. I would never come back to this store, and totally deserve a negative star and not even 1. Especially that manicurist name Lisa, never again! If you happen to go to this store never ask for her!

This place is great! I got botched eyelash extensions from another salon, they were very uncomfortable and heavy. I was on the verge of a serious eye infection! But luckily Patriot Nails was able to get me in asap and save me alot of grief. Its a beautiful salon, very clean with kind staff and I highly recommend it.

First time here as I found out they offer the Dazzle Dry manicure which last 2 wks. They were friendly, my nails came out nice and I do plan to go back.

Very friendly service. I will go again. This time I got a heat pad on my shoulders which made that really nice while she did my nails. Having a conversation with the person doing my nails was a very nice.

I really enjoyed my first time here. Anh was very polite, respectful and kind. He went above and beyond. Got a nice gel manicure then he finished with a wax treatment for my hands as well as a shoulder massage, which was much needed.

I am disgusted. Was out doing other things and needed to get my old nails off so I stopped in here which I haven’t been here before and I sat in the waiting chair for almost an hour. Usually this is a quick in and out 5 minute process. it is the weekend before Christmas and there is hardly anyone working or even getting their nails done, yet it still took them forever and they didn’t even do a good job. I regret coming and won’t ever come back.

My experience here was amazing. I left feeling like royalty. I got a standard mani pedi, they give you a bottled water, paraffin wax on your heels and hands (which most places dont do) and they also gave me a heating pad for my neck and the lady gave me a neck massage after the manicure my nails came out great. Im not sure how there could be bad reviews.

The staff here is friendly & the prices are reasonable. I got my nails dipped for the first time, it took about an hour but it seemed to go by fast as the staff has pleasant conversation with you while they work on your nails.It’s clean, which I appreciated. They open their clean utensils in sterilized packages right in front of you. I definitely plan on going back again.

I have been a few times now for both manicures and pedicures and I am incredibly happy with not only the quality of work, but the service and the ambience. It is so relaxing! The staff are so kind, and genuinely funny. They are a tiny bit on the pricier side, and it would be nice if they offered a discount for returning customers, but other than that this place is great.

This Salon is under new management and recently underwent a remodel. The atmosphere is tranquil and the pedicure chairs are quite comfortable! VERY CLEAN! Friendly staff! Mr. B and Sue do a great job on acrylics. This place is definitely worth checking out.

I was in earlier today for a mani/pedi. The overall quality is just okay, one of my toes is already chipped and I have bumps and a hair stuck in 1 of my nails, which is extremely disappointing. Definitely not worth the price.My main issue here is with the staff. They were very blatantly mocking me throughout my services. I will be the first to admit that I do have somewhat larger sized feet. However, as soon as I sat in the pedicure chair, the tech that I had removed my flip flop, said something to the tech next to her, held my shoe up to show him, he looked at it and then they both started laughing and were saying what I can only assume were unkind things about me to each other. I felt extremely disrespected and was really uncomfortable for the remainder of the time I was there. I will not be coming back here again. There are other salons in the area that do a way better job, are more reasonably priced, have great customer service and dont make their clients feel extremely self conscious!!

Lady cut me 3 times. Nails came out nice but I get my nails done asa relaxing luxury. I should not be bleeding on 3 different nails.

For what they charge, my pedicure should have been much better. The massage chairs are great, but that’s it. The guy didn’t even push my cuticles back, he did not remove any extra skin. I had a nail growing back in, and he only painted the old half of the nail, which looked really silly, so I actually had to show him how to fix it even though that should have been obvious. On one side of my big toe, he didn’t paint the nail for a good 1-2 mm gap from the edge, which looked unprofessional. Very Disappointing he couldn’t take the time to edge it properly. Then of course I nicked a nail when I was at the drying station - I asked him to fix it, and all he did was put more clear polish on top. The nail was still a mess, but he clearly didnt care. This pedicure was so bad I had to go somewhere else the next day to get it completely redone. I will never go back here again! Save your money!

This salon was just done over and is under new management. The place looks great and it is very clean. My husband and I received a pedicure they did a great job. Stop by and check it out.

Patriot nails offers the best pedicure in the area. There are probably about 5 to 6 nail places closer to my house but I always go the extra mileage to visit Patriot. The staff is always friendly and they always do a great job!

Horrible experience. The staff was very friendly, and the gentleman than preformed the service was very kind...however within 20 minuets of leaving the salon my pinky was double the size, red, hot to the touch and incredibly painful. I ended up having to take the acrylic off that night because it hurt so bad..taking the nail off didn’t solve my problem because the nail/ area around the nail was incredibly infected. I’ve had acrylic nails for years, and I’ve never had this problem until I went to this nail salon for the first time. Horrible experience and will never be back.

In all honesty, the first manicure I got there was amazing. But it seems every time I go back, they slack more and more. I got SNS dip with tips, was a beautiful manicure but it wasn’t a manicure, only an application. she didn’t trim the cuticles, didn’t file the nail other then the drill for adhesion, didn’t soak the hands or even a message of any kind. I paid $65 and I brushed it off. I went back for the removal and a gel manicure. The nail tech. Soaked my nails for 15-20 minutes, wiped off the SNS, and then proceeded to file drill my nails for about 20 minutes. My nails where very thin, which I was expecting, so I got the gel, she was very sloppy, missing the corners, leaving a large amount of gel polish on the tips of nails and then cured them, I looked like I had bubble bumpers on the nail tips. She completely left out one nail for the top coat, and then was in a rush to get me out of her chair. I paid $35 for that. Now the gel manicure didn’t last. One nail way lifting and falling off with in 2 days, 4 days later I had to take the whole manicure set off, which I was already upset about, the gel manicure is known as the 2 week manicure, and should last between 14-28 days. To only get 4 days out of a $35 manicure is a scam and rip off. Since then I have been dealing with my PAPER THIN nails that are ripping and breaking Every five minutes. I have never had my nails be this thin and bendy. They where fine when she took of the SNS, but she continued to drill. It’s been 3 weeks now and I’m still dealing with ripped nails. I am now stuck with extremely short nails throughout the summer, as I wait for the new nail growth. I would like to say that I am a cosmetology student and I just went over and re-read the nails and manicures chapter, so I do know what I am talking about according what should be taught and what they should be preforming within a service. The people who did my nails... clearly do not know. I read some reviews of people who received infections from this establishment, which would tell me that they are not properly sanitizing they’re equipment. And the lazy attitude of the nail techs, show in their work. So, I’m Sorry, but I am going to go back to my previous nail salon. I would expect someone to take pride in they’re work and put their best foot forward to build clientele, so that’s what I’ll be looking for.

Use to be Four Season- seems they just changed name, made some minor changes, some of the same staff are at Patriot Nails, but service and quality are awful!!! They rushed my nails- never had French Manicure done in less than 20 minutes- my nails came out uneven and 4 nails chipped same day! They also over charged me from what their pricing stated. Will not return and do not recommend at all!

UPDATE: Now after leaving my original review 2 years ago which is below, Im still not pleased with this place. I can do nails better than they do first off. They are EXTREAMLY pushy in all aspects from pushing you on upselling to hovering over your shoulder and rushing you when youre trying to pick a color. Also, they do and they will charge you extra for things that you didnt even ask for. I got a pedicure and she charged me extra for using a certain tool but never even told me. My friend friend got her nails done and they starting massaging her back without asking her and then charged her for it! I have been here a ton of times now ONLY because they are the only salon in town open until 8pm and I work late. Probly going to start going to Savanna Nails on the weekends. Im over this place. Ive given them way too many chances and they dont even do that good of a job2 Years Ago:I am giving Patriots Nails a 2 star review not so much because of how my nails came out but more so about the overall experience. I dont know if this is typical of them but I went in for an acrylic fill and let me tell you.. These people are the most unfriendly people I have ever had do my nails. So to start off, when I was choosing a color I was probably asked about 4 times if I was ready yet. She was literally hovering over me. And it was not like they were busy at all. At the time I was the only one there and they werent closing for 2 1/2 hours so they didnt have that excuse either. That same lady is the one who did my nails and man did she make me feel unwelcome and didnt even bother saying a single word to me the entire time she did my nails. EXTREAMLY unfriendly, even rude. Being the friendly person I am I tried making small talk quite a few times and was shut down every single time. Knowing that the nail salon had just opened under new ownership I was being friendly by saying how beautiful of a job they did redesigning. She said NOTHING! I complimented her on her long pretty red nails. Again SHE SAID NOTHING!!! Not even a thank you! Talk about rude! I asked how business was going with the new ownership and SHE RUDELY SNAPPED AT ME with an I dont know OKAY!!! Basically in other words telling me to shut up and stop talking. Like can you possibly be any more rude to your customer that is giving you business?! Disgusting and INSULTING if you ask me. I dont know if maybe she was just having a bad day but either way its no excuse to be so extremely rude and unwelcoming. Not sure if I will be back again because of this. If you are looking for a warm, welcoming, friendly environment to pamper yourself this is not the place to go! I also want to add that this was not because of a language barrier because I heard her speaking perfectly fine English at times. This is bad for business because I was looking for a new salon to start getting my nails done regularly and I think Im ruling this Patriots Nails out. I just did not feel welcome at all. I actually left feeling very insulted by her rudeness for absolutely no reason at all. She did not make it a pleasant experience by any means. Sorry Patriots Nails but in my book youre already off to a bad start in poor people skills and I will be sure to tell others about my experience to save them from a similar experience when trying to pamper and enjoy themselves.

So she did a fill squared barely, which still cost me $35 & on top of it kept cutting my skin around the nails. Never coming here again .

Poor business practice if you are looking for repeat customers. Me and my friend had pedicure gift cards from (prior owner) Four Seasons. Patriot nails would not accept them. Very disappointed and dont plan to return.
