This was my first time, I also haven’t gotten my nails done in like 4 years. Going to a bachelorette trip and wanted to feel pretty. KEN was so sweet and funny. He went above and beyond for me and did exactly what I asked. I’ll definitely be returning!

My daughter recommended this salon, and Im glad I went. Tee and Kenny were wonderful. Tee did an awesome job with my pedicure and Kenny was marvelous on my dipped nails. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. I recommend this salon to anyone who wants a professional salon.

I had recently gotten my nails done at another facility in Waxahachie and I left that place not completely in love with my nails. I googled Nail salons near me and I had found VIP Loumge Nail spa in Mansfield. I saw only good reviews and I took a chance and Im so glad I did.I came in right at opening at Ken immediately helped me out and did my nails. WOOOOW I cant say how much I love my nails now. I brought my father in law in for a gentlemen’s mani/pedi and they were not only very courteous and timely, they made sure he was pampered and did the manicure the same time as the pedicure which is a huge help for an elderly person! The Technicians are so good and they really are talented!!! Just show them a picture or explain what you want, and they replicate it. I recently had a “nail emergency” before a big meeting, and they stayed late for me never once making me feel unwelcome or in a hurry. That really meant a lot to me, and of course I received a ton of compliments on my nails. Seriously... The colors turned out great. However I ended up paying $132, was unaware they charge extra per nail for designs, on top of that the tips they glued on don’t even cover my actual nail! Highly disappointed after I went home and really looked them over. Contacted the salon and heard nothing back. They are already lifting because of this and they were done two days ago! I recommend looking over your nails completely before you pay!! Not happy at all at the wasted money.

I can with a appointment with a friend i needed a acrylic full set on my toes. I asked for square numerous times did i have to tell the guy square square square! he kept rounding off my toes! Then I he layed the acrylic SLOPPY on many toes on side is thicker than the other and he did not clean the acrylic after. so its on the edges! He rushed through my service and my toes are all shaped funny! my feet look a mess i will never return!! WASTE OF MONEY

Ken is great with my nails, he always knows what your preference it without reminding him, the pedicurist are excellent. great value for your money. I will encourage you to give it a try. Ken did an awesome job, he is a dip mani expert. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to him and he’s done a consistently great quality job. They are never too crowded and always spend the time ensure you’re satisfied. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new place to try out! Also, a single colored dip mani with no tips attached is $42 so I didn’t find it to be overly expensive. I recently got an ombré with tips and it was $55 but they made sure I knew of the price difference prior to starting the job which was awesome!

I have been unhappy with my regular nail salon for a few months and finally took the plunge to try a new place. Everyone was awesome and provided great customer service from the second I walked in. Debbie did my nails and she did an AMAZING job. I also had my 6 year old daughter with me and she messed her nails up twice. They were so kind and patient about fixing it. I highly recommend them and I will be returning.

Came here to get my nails done once the nail salons were allowed to open back up and Im very disappointed with my nails and will never come here again. It has only been a week and 3 days and two of my nails have popped off from barely tapping them against a surface. I didnt get the color i asked for and the owner or manager who was doing my nails was rushing through the whole time. I asked for a nude color and got a clear gel top coat and thats it. My nails already look like Ive had them on for a month. Worst place Ive ever been to and i will never be back.

I recently moved to Mansfield. I got my nails done at another shop and it was horrible. I came to VIP nails so they could fix somebody else mistake. I got Henry as my nail tech & I absolutely loved them! He listen to everything I said & was VERY FRIENDLY! I’ve been coming here ever since. I’ve seen Derrick (owner) do some amazing nails & he is also very kind! Today I got Ken since Henry was off today. Ken did an amazing job as well. I am in love with this place they make me feel so welcomed.

I went to this nail shop on May 17th and I did dip on my nails. I had one break in half on May 20th. I went back and they fixed it for free. Here is it May 25th and another one has broken in half. I always get my nails done and I have never had this problem. I dont know if its the quality of the dip or because of the lumps I have in my nails that is causing them to break, but I am not happy about this especially after paying $95 in this place.

Very disappointed! On the phone they gave one prices, but in theme salon they charging higher prices. Give you an example, they said on the phone that regular pedicure is $25, charged $27. On the phone they said that they have flowers stickers for nails, no stickers in real life.My manicure wasnt nicely done. Polish started come off very next day! Its naver happened before. I came back and they was nice at first, but when they found out that I came for redo, they wasnt nice at all. And didnt want to repain my nails. I have to convince them! Reluctantly that they repainted my nails. Not good customer service. No pride of their work. Period!

Me and my friend came here around 1:50 pm on a Sunday for pedicures, we were greeted at the door and they sat us down immediately that’s why I gave it 2 stars instead of one but the real reason for the review is because they worked on another client that came in after us no appointment (walk-in like us) and attended to her first without communication. I gave them a chance to say something but 30 mins went by and we still sat with our feet soaking didn’t even offer us a drink or anything. So we left one guy and women chased after us trying to offer us a discount but we politely declined and decided to take our business elsewhere . Costumer service is everything and I feel like the are lacking a little bit in that department .

I come to Vip a lot. Almost every 2 weeks to get my nails done and the last time I went they had a bad attitude and made it seem like I was being extra from the things i requested. I got my nails done and the lady who did them did not shape my nails right.. and the way she painted them made it look like I did it myself. I didnt complain because I was going to come back the next day. But the next day another problem came up so I didnt. Now 4 days later one of my nails broke and I didnt even do anything for it to break. I am very upset. I might not even go back again.

Ken was fantastic! He was very fast but was very detailed and knew exactly what he was doing! My nails have never looked better I got a pink and white hombre dip. I found a new nail salon and a new nail tech with Ken!

Very friendly staff. Not recommended for just getting nails painted. I had 4 nails chip and peel after one day, I returned and they fixed my nails and the next day another chip and peel on the nail that was fixed! My daughter’s acrylic nails look amazing!
