I am from Minnesota and travel around the country for work but I always make time to stop at Top Nails in Mansfield, TX just to get my nails done. The nail artists are incredible! I am very picky about nails and can honestly say I have never been disappointed by anything at Top Nails.i highly recommend this salon!!

Loanne at Top nail is best nail tech hands down in the DFW. She is so sweet and so talented. Any vision you have for your nails design she will execute it to perfection. If you follow topnail on Instagram you can see all her work. The shop is always clean and they offer you beverages when you arrive. When Loanne was out I didn’t get my nails done until she can back because she is that good. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!!

I will not be back. First and last time here. I showed her a pic of the color o wanted and took her advice on the colors to achieve it. But that’s not what I got. There was nail polish on hands from the tech’s hands having too much dripping out. And they charge extra for shaping your nails different than square round. Yikes. I wasn’t told that when she asked what shape...Yeah I just won’t be coming back or referring anyone.

What I asked for vs. what I gotNice staff and clean environment. Pedicure = great. Full set= blah.I specifically asked for a full set acrylic American coffin and was given a gel set of white coffin nails even after showing my nail tech the exact image of how I wanted my nails. They tried to charge me $10 extra for gel nails until I pointed out that not only did I ask for AAC over the phone before arriving but even in my Google search (the image I showed my tech ) I specified acrylic American coffin. My nails were filed too much on the sides, exposing natural nail bed and overall the detail work was mediocre. My pedicure was nice and relaxing but my nails did not satisfy.

Top Nails in Mansfield is amazing. The staff is friendly and inviting. The make sure to take care of everything that you ask for. The talk with you and hold conversations while they perform the service. any design I want she can do from the most intricate to simple. She also makes her own designs and comes up with different ideas to add to the design you have in mind. they are reasonably priced and have the best service I have seen in any nail shop.

I decided to try this salon after being faithful to my salon for 5 years. My best friend referred me due to she has been going and really liked it. I will say I was hesitant at first because you always stick with what you know! I wish I would have came sooner, my nails look so perfect and appointment time was accommodated to what I needed due to I have a busy schedule. I am beyond satisfied and will be returning.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming, they take time on your nails, and do not rush you out the door. They take very good care of their customers and make sure all their wants are met. These women have such creativity. Come visit ASAP! They even took off discounts for my birthday and I’m a first time customer, after every use they spray and wipe down everything. This is the cleanest and nicest nail spa I’ve ever been to.

I came to Top Salon one hour before closing, and they were nice to fit me it. I was able to get a full set and a design. I wasn’t able to get a pedicure, but they were gracious enough to paint my toes for me. I am so grateful. The establishment is very clean, and they take very carefully sanitation precautions to ensure everything is safe. Loanne is awesome. Make sure to ask for her.

They are very covid friendly! First thing they did was check my temp and make us wash our hands. I then came to my seat and they sanitized it, while also having shields in between the customers and workers. Service is nice and friendly, asking if you would like a drink. the nails were also beautiful, they are very gentle and make sure the length and shape are exactly how you want it. The designs and amazing and detailed. Definitely my new nail salon! :)

I would put 0 stars if I could the lady started Arguing with me about my daughter appointment. She said she called me when she didnt. We made the appointment one week in advance because its my daughters prom. And they wouldnt take her. We left with my daughter completely upset 😡because even place is booked. This is the best nail salon in Mansfield. Loanne does TOP QUALITY nail art. The best I’ve seen by far.They have undertaken major Covid safety measures. You fill out a form upon entry, your temperature is taken and immediately you are directed to go wash your hands. You are provided a disposable face mask if you don’t have one. All nail and pedicure stations have plexiglass shields to add another level of protection. I observed enhanced cleaning of all surfaces as well.If you want great nails done in a safe environment this is the place to go.

This place is very nice. They are really safe during this time. They follow social distancing and many more. They will do anything that you need. I believe this is the best nail salon. I recommended this place.

Top nail spa was amazing. i took my girlfriend here so she could get her christmas nails and they came out just how she wanted them too. she loved them! the detailing and quality of the work was impeccable! Despite COVID-19, I always feel secure and not only does the staff work to ensure they are safe, but they go above and beyond to make sure the customers are safe before entering the establishment! I came across Top Nails Spa while doing a google search and after reading a few reviews, I decided to call and make an appointment. My first appointment was on time and the whole atmosphere was such a great vibe and cleanliness. Loanne and her staff are all welcoming and nice Ive visited the spa at least three times and refuse to go elsewhere. My daughter now also goes with me and each visit is pleasant. I found this place on Instagram. They are the only place out this way with quality nails and can do up to date designs. When I walked in they took my temperature, made me wash my hands and they have shields on nail station and at pedicure chair. Very clean, polite and professional.

I visited today for the first time with some friends and received the best manicure and pedicure of my life. The technicians were all very friendly, took their time doing a great job, and provided a very relaxing experience for us. My feet and hands look brand new. I would like to make a complaint about this establishment. The owner name Loan is very unprofessional and treats her employees with no respect. I have witness a few encounters where the owner sides with the customers even if they are in the wrong and never take cares of her employees. As much as it is a nice establishment but I do not support owners who disrespects others. Eventually she will run this place on her own because apparently her employees are her slaves and will leave. If you can’t take of your employees who takes care of your customer do not be a business owner!!!

I brought my girlfriend here and she got her nails done. I sat and watched, they also gave me a coke a cola while I was here. It was very clean and professional as we entered our temperatures got taken and we washed our hands, then they started on her nails. I will bring her back here!

I have never experienced a manicure or pedicure and this was a great introduction. The ladies were social, the treatments were exceptional, and they truly made us feel at home. Control of music was very nice and I recommend everyone to visit.

I recently got my christmas nails done by Loanne and i absolutely love them! Every time i get my nails done here she takes her time to perfect everything. My nails are now going on two weeks & they still look brand new & haven’t lifted! Last time i got a pedicure here was sometime in the summer & my polish lasted a whole month! This is the first and only nail salon i’ve gone to where the workers actually care about the quality & value of their customers nails. Which is why i will continue to keep coming back!

I absolutely love this place. And not only that but theyre taking safety procautions very seriously. As soon as you walk in, you need to have a mask on and if you dont they have some you can buy or some may be provided. Youll fill out a questionnaire about your health and they take your temperature and everything is wiped down after every customer. I did French tips with some flowers and glitter on my ring finger and the flowers and orange to match my nails. Everyone in the salon is so nice and the manager makes great conversation. 11/10 recommend ;)

I never thought after a year of going to Loann that I would be making this post . My experience had been great up til this last appointment. I was scheduled for 11:30 and normally when I go she always have the other ladies work on my pedicure first while she is still working on someone else . Today I explained that I can not be there 3-5 . I overheard the white lady tell her that she didn’t have an appt and that she can come back . Loann had her employee Kim start in the lady’s nails anyways and left he sitting there as if I didn’t have an appointment or my money didn’t mean anything . This is why African American people should build their OWN ! Support our own ! You dull never catch a Vietnamese, Asian, Chinese nine of them supporting our establishments!!

I really enjoyed the service, very very nice . Took her time and shaped the nails very pretty, really liked the design. One of my favorite nail sets🥰🥰 i’ve ever gotten and i’ve been to many nail artists.
