This was my 3rd time here. I wanted to have enough experiences to give my own opinion.Well, the first visit was overall the best and felt inviting, but had to wait a little as she was finishing up someone. This doesnt really bother me as anything can happen and you have to be open.Well, I really wished she used the necessary sanitary garments protect your hair. I really feel she needs have the pillow covers and change for each client.Once in position I felt she took her time and did the best she could. I liked the results and was satisfied.After wearing the set, it seemed like the lashes went straight and slightly lost their curl, which has never happened before. So I did question the quality of lashes.Well I went back for 2 week fill, and again had to wait, so now Im starting to think this isnt just a coincidence.I actually had to ask her to clean off the bedding that had eye lashes every where, which I get it but again where is the consciousness.Fast forward to my 2nd fill, and not only did I have to wait again, the quality wasnt the best.So when advised of the difference in the lashes she graciously fixed what was needed.Overall, I believe if she wouldnt over book and have to at times rush, he quality of work could be even better. Im not saying she isnt good, but i really do think she needs to work on the sanitary part of things and take her time as she did with my first experience and Id be more inclined to rate higher!

Thao is so professional and timely. Always has a solid spot for me and will get me out in under an hour. Never loved a lash tech but I love this one!If you don’t show up to a scheduled appointment she’ll work with you to get you in later that week. I know some lash techs let you wait another two weeks before they can get you in. Love my lashes!

I’ve had my lashes serviced by Thao for about 4 months after being referred by a friend. She did my lashes a week before my wedding because I couldn’t find anyone in NC (where my wedding would be) that did lashes like her. I got mega volume, and one week later they looked PERFECT for my wedding….and a week after my wedding, they are still lasting. She is good at what she does and her work lasts.

My lashes are always looking great and they last so long not like these other eyelash techs that eyelashes be gone in a week. Not only does she do good eyelashes I also enjoy getting my eyebrows waxed! Did I mention she does good acrylic nails/toes. This is the place to come to get dolled up ! And the prices are good and not over priced !

She fit me in on short notice and provided excellent service! My eyelashes are so beautiful I get compliments all the time and even when its time for my two-week fill. I have been coming to Thao for a little while and always recommended people to her as well. At first, my visits were always great. Unfortunately, my last few visits have not been. My most recent visit felt not only rushed but painful. She was texting on her phone for most of the appointment while she was doing my lashes. (which made my appointment longer) Im a very loyal client and I understand things can get busy with customers texting you all day, but as a professional you should show your client some respect. She was then rushing on my right eye and somehow ripped my natural lashes out with the extension. It was so painful that she had to stop and fan me because i kept getting watery eyed. I could tell afterwards that she tried to make it seem like she didnt rip it out because the extension was literally attached to my eyelid. When she was done it was not even close to a volume set. I have been getting my lashes done for 6+ years and can definitely tell the difference, not only that but every time she does volume for me it is much thicker than what I received. I had a birthday dinner the same night, and a lot of my lashes fell off. Its now barely a full week in and majority of my lashes have fallen out. I contacted Thao about this matter to see if we could find a solution and she showed little to no interest in fixing it for me. She is very unprofessional for this and extremely disrespectful. Thao used to be very detailed but she has gained lots of clientele and doesnt treat her loyal clients the same. Its more like quantity over quality for this business. I will not be returning.

I wouldnt recommend getting a facial here - not professional - i went today for an acne extraction service, yes and they didnt extract them properly - I can tell from the way the lady did mine execute her tools. The acnes roots still there and never got extracted. I didnt get lashes or nails done here but would not recommend ANYONE getting a facial - go to a licensed esthetiscian !

I have been going to thao for a couple of years now and I absolutely fell in love with my lashes when I first got them done. I’ve recommended so many people to her and they loved her work as well. I will continue to go to her because I know at the end of the day the quality of lashes I want is always consistent. You won’t be disappointed, and I recommend always explain the type of style you’re into and even length. She’s extremely sweet and super flexible with you. This place is small, cozy and very convenient. Although, the environment makes you feel relax and soothing too just like a mini spa area. However, Tina(Thao) she is very professional at what she does. She’s very precise, love challenges, work really hard, kind and such a sweet heart with all her clients.
