I went and got my nails done after the 1st time them being uneven. The staff gave me 20% off on my nails and the ladies did a much better job. I definitely will be coming back. Service is top notch. Nice white wine, dont feel rushed. Good to come after work and relax before going home.

LOVE my nails by Nicky!! She was awesome and super patient with my color selection. I also had the best pedicure of my life by Kelly. I’m normally very ticklish and hate people touching my feet, but she kept a calming hand and I didn’t flinch once. That is a first for me! I got the aloe pedi - amazing. Also really loved the guy working the desk - he was super nice and attentive from start to finish. 10/10 recommend. I left super happy with amazing nails and toes!

Nikki at Luxury Nail & Spa is awesome! She always does a great job, whether I want tips with an hombre or short and simple. The salon is very nice and clean, and everyone is always friendly. I highly recommend this salon and ask for Nikki!

Not what I expected for a pedicure. But I guess you get what you pay for. It was $25 for me soaking my feet, she trimmed my toe nails and polished them. Didnt even paint to the cuticle. No scraping the bottom of my feet. Thats $7 extra for callous remover. Nope, first and last time.

I would not recommend this place. The work station was very dirty and it was hot inside (its 80° out today and I think they had the heater on). She either didnt listen or didnt understand my request for a natural looking curved tip fingernail. My finished nails are crocked and too thick. At the end every single technician was standing there watching her (attempt) to fix my nails all speaking Cantonese (or whatever). Please believe I AM NOT A KAREN but I do feel its a bit disrespectful to not speak your clients language when you are talking about your client. Its just kinda rude.

They do a great job with manicures and pedicures. I typically go on weekdays when I can so I dont have to be rushed, but they still go pretty fast. I am partial to their waxing. The woman didnt do a bad job, but it wasnt exactly how I wanted them, even after explaining. Overall, I really like this place. Their prices are competitive, as far as I can tell.

I went in for pedicure, the lady who was taking care of didn’t seem friendly her name was Kim, she was watching a videos or movie on her phone while working on my feet, she had her phone in the drawer, am sure she thought I couldn’t see what she she was doing. She barely scrubed my heels, I should have just paid standard pedicure instead of spending 45 dollars . She didn’t even put the timer they are supposed to put for customers . I will not be going back!!!. .

Poor customer service, treated my daughter as if she wasn’t important because she is a kid but my money that I pay for that kids manicure and pedicure is important I’m sure . Ended up walking out because of the poor service and respect they gave . Don’t recommend at all .

Went there for the last time today. I went in for a full dip set and as soon as I walked in I could tell they really didn’t want to do a full set and just a fill. I sat down, picked my color and all and my nail tech got to work(I’m not sure if her name but it wasn’t a lady I normally see) I started getting frustrated because I was trying to tell her how I like it and I just felt like she really didn’t pay any mind to my comments and what I wanted done. Well almost 2 hours later my nails are crooked and basically uneven. I’m not the type of person to get upset with little things but as soon as I got home they started to chip. So basically 2 hours and $40 dollars later my nails look horrible.I would’ve recommended this place before covid but now not so much.

They did an ok job on my nails, although they did cut my fingers/cuticles in a couple of places. They had me fill out slip with the services I wanted then they never looked at it and only gave me a color change when I requested a full manicure. There was an obvious communication issue when it came to explaining the color and design I wanted. I showed them a picture of marbled nails and received stripes. Again the nails are nice enough so I decided not to complain, just paid for my color change and left. Will not be back.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place! The staff is SO nice and respectful! They make you feel comfortable! They did my nails exactly as asked and made sure they looked good! I had accidentally bumped my nails when I left and went back in and she fixed my nails with no issue. Thank yall again! I plan on returning in a couple of weeks for a full and a pedicure! Definitely recommend going here above anywhere else in Mansfield!😊

I went in for a gel manicure and Im writing the review a week later. I asked for a shaping of my nails so they would look good and have an even edge on all of them. However, some tips are round, some were half round have straight, and the gel was thicker on one side of my nail than the other. Her lines on my nails were clean, I just feel like a little more effort and close attention these could have been resolved easily. I also feel like the manicure area feels cramped.

They are nice but they are not that great. Spent a 100 dollars on hands and feet. Does it look worth it to you. Wont be coming back.

This nail salon is amazing! I have now been to this location twice and both times I have loved the service I have received. They are professional, friendly and provide a great quality service! I would highly recommend this location! If you visit ask for Tammy she does a fabulous job every time!

I have a chipped nail and I got them done 01/23/21 and today it is 01/24/21 it seems like the polish under the clear coat is not dry she was very rough with my hands and pried the old nails off with a white nail tip I AM NOT A FAN AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

I was very disappointed because while doing my pedicure they spoke in their language and I felt they were making fun of my feet. It is very rude to speak a language that is not understood while doing feet or nails, a nail tech should be respectful to someone that is paying for their services. I was very uncomfortable.

The usual place I go to didnt answer their phone so tried this spa - beautiful place, friendly English speaking ladies who did provided phenomenal service. Mani / Pedi was excellent. Highly recommend and definitely going back!

Since the ownership has changed, there has been a decline in quality. I make an appointment and still have to wait 30 to 45 minutes. Whats the point of making an appointment? If you know Ive booked an appointment why would you start on someone before I walk in. Angela is my favorite nail tech, so Ill give it another try for her. However, long waits for appointments is unacceptable for me.

My wife Barbara says Teresa does my pedi and manicure and she is just so nice and caring. Everyone is friendly and professional. The salon is clean, the atmosphere is very relaxing

This place is HORRIBLE! my shape is bumpy and too thick. the day i got my nails done it started to look like it needed a fill. the end of the nail is messy and unfinished. i wanted it long enough to look like coffin/ballerina but she made it short enough to look like square. I wasted $25 on these trash nails and i’m embarrassed. i’m never going here again

First time today, was not impressed. The technician first of all up charged me for what; I was not clear. The pedicure I chose was $26, she mentioned like 10 additional things which I declined and still said “$30 dollars ok”? Then she cut my toe nails way too short and proceeded to shorten my right to a second coat of nail polish (after up-charging). Needles to say, I won’t be going back. Should have followed my instinct.

I love this place, my acrylic nails looks very natural. The acrylic applicator was smooth and light not thick and bulky.They know what they are do, I highly recommend!

I go to see Caela and she is wonderful! She is always so kind and holds wonderful conversations with me about my family and other life events. She does my nails better than I was picturing and gives me a design that has me more than pleased. I always go to her and she never lets me down, I will continue to return there, if you visit ask for Caela.

Worst nail dip experience ever! One hand is thicker than the other, therefore one hand has darker color nails than the other, they left the underneath of my nails ridiculously messy. The manager did try to clean up under my nails, but Ill never go back! Waste of my time and money.
