I absolutely love this nail salon. Since the first time I went. My first full set lasted nicely for 3wks. Vincent is an amazing nail tech. I had an issue this time with my nails chipping from work, they fixed my nails free of charge! I cant wait to go back again.

Came here on 2 different occasions because a friend of mine books her appointments here. The 1st time I came on a Saturday at 6:30, their sign clearly says they close at 7:30 but I was told they were closed. Today I came at 6 and was told again they’re closed for the day and to come back tomorrow because “they have appointments still”. So neither time was I asked what I wanted or even greeted before I was asked to leave so I can’t comment on the quality of their nails. My suggestion would be to take your times of service off of your door as well as “walk ins available” if you don’t take walk ins because you have appointments?? Won’t be back for a 3rd try.

I have gotten my nails done my whole life. My mother is a shop owner and been a nail technician for 26 years. I asked for simple dip powder on my nails. The product was laid so thick with only 4 coats. I mentioned how I didn’t like the thickness and instantly the tech started slamming things and soaked them off. I have never been treated so rudely by someone who I was going to give my hard earned money to. I work off tips so I tip at exceptionally well! Also being that I’ve gone to cosmetology school I know how things are suppose to be handled. I would also mention that the cleanliness is an issue. Same tools and instruments were used not being cleaned in between clients. I’m very disappointed! Would give 0 stars if an option. Your typical CHOP SHOP!!!!

Pedicure was 54$ and the polish was supposed to be gel polish and it didnt even last a week. Dont waste your money

Took my daughter in for some fresh gel polish and its a first time stop for us. Very pleased with the cleanliness and up to date with the times precautions inside the shop. Unlike other nail spots, one in mind that i have been going to for years not far away whom have no precautions / client protections.As far as the work its great. This has became our new mother /daughter go to! Very fast yet the work looks like it took an hour or more to do. Even my current nails i had done at a near by spot, only a week old look like i did them myself compared to my daughters. Coming back soon to get mine fixed. Pricing is a tad higher than our usual spot, but cheaper than others. To be honest i would have paid double for the work, friendliness, kindness. If youre not sure or like us was just looking for somewhere new just go here lol. I understand other people might have different views and experiences according to the reviews but Im happy i didnt keep looking on Google. Also, same day appts!

Vincent did a pedicure & acrylic nails & he did an amazing job! very professional & a good experience all around, even when i was being difficult because i was moving my hands too much haha!

It was a terribly long wait about 2 hours. But he did an amazing job on my nails. He listened to what I wanted and did what I asked. I will definitely go back, but will make an appointment next time. Im not sure of the guys name but he is an awesome nail tech.

I was in from out of town & stopped in for a gel manicure. I get manicures on a regular basis & am rarely at the salon more than 45 minutes. This gel manicure took TWO SOLID HOURS. My nail stylist was literally on her cell phone talking, texting, answering, holding long conversations the entire time. The owners were present & I was shocked at the unprofessionalism. Everyone was nice & place was clean, but this was NOT what I paid for & never will again.

Called and made an appointment for 2pm for me an a friend. We got there a little bit early 15 mins before our appointment. We didn’t even get seated until 2:45, and even then we still waited to get our nails done. We got a set of coffin acrylic nails. Two fingers with a a design on them. Nails were thick, crooked, and uneven. As well they rushed through it even smacking my friends hand and telling her to relax. Way over priced for what we got, will definitely not be going there again.

I had one pedicure by this place back in November. Called ahead and waited 25 minutes still for service. Pedicure was rushed and charged same price for a 30 min express pedicure if that. Called ahead today for a pedicure and put my name in for an apt at 11:30. Sat til 11:50 and asked if anyone was going to get to me soon and she told me 20 to 25 more minutes. Umm NO. I called ahead and made an apt and she told me on the phone I would get right in. I will NEVER be back.

The ladies took care to allow me to choose the volume and type of music. The facility is pristine and bright. Gel manicure is more expensive but lasted for 3 weeks before chipping.

My first time there was amazing because the guy was awesome. The last 2 have been a little below average. This last time was horrible. Nails chipped and were ruined 2 days after I got them and I didnt even do any work to cause chipping.

Tried to get a fill in today. However, their hours posted is 9:30am, I waited until 9:50am. Nobody showed. This is the second time this has happened to me. I will be going elsewhere. Your a business. Punctuality is important.

I love my experience with this salon. I always get what I ask for. Nails are shaped perfectly and evenly cut. The design work is amazing. I drive an hour just to go to this place. I love it.

I’ve been going to Buckeye Nails for 10 years and I will not go anywhere else! The place is immaculate and very friendly, Sandy has treated me and children like family ! I love my nails every time Sandy does them and that’s been 10 plus years and I’ve enjoyed showing my nails off ! Ive recommend a lot of people to Buckeye Nails and they have been VERY PLEASED AND WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE EITHER ! I thank Sandy for all that she has done for me and others she is a great person and a VERY HARD WORKER !

I dont ever post reviews but I felt that this was necessary. I went in for a fill and had to wait for about 30 minutes, which was no big deal. I sat down and she began taking off the Polish and then told me I needed a whole new set. I said that it was fine. She didnt even soak my set before ripping them off with the cuticle cutters. It ended up making me bleed because she was rushed for her next appointment. I got gel polish and there were hairs stuck in them and bubbles EVERYWHERE. they also were not the shape I had asked for at all. I am so disappointed with the service I received. I am a waitress so I understand that no one is perfect all the time but this was unacceptable. I will not be a returning customer here.

Sorry but I think they just loss me as a customer Im sitting there for hours and shes putting people who just walks in the door ahead of me and I didnt like the fact that I spent 45 for my nails to be done then has to go back and sit for hours just to get one nail redone e properly.3rd time . I waited awhile but thats because they were busy. She was very fast & very precise. My nails look amazing.

I went there for a relaxing pedicure... Thats what I thought. They are very rough with your feet, cut your toenails way to short. Day two. My toes are sore, due to the cutting my nails way too short and the SIDES of my nails? Peeled the nails back, caused my toes to bleed then put rubbing alcohol on top! And I said it burned and the woman tapped my leg and said Id be ok. Yeah. Now my toe is infected! Youre not a Podiatrist, so dont act like one..I would rate negative if I could.

I had an awful experience. The guy that did my toes did not talk to me other than to ask me how my day was which is normally fine but he wouldnt even tell me to take my feet out of the water, he would just point at which one he wanted. At one point I went to take my foot out to scratch my leg and he just pushed my foot back in the water. At one point during the process he left and changed the channels on the TV, went to talk to his mom for a bit and then when he came back he played on his phone for a good 10 minutes before finishing my feet.

If I could give nagitive stars I would. I took my girlfriend there to get her nails done. They ware very disrespectful to us. They was talking about people there in there native tongue. I speak some so I could understand what they was saying. They did not even do her nails right. We have to go get them redone its only been less then a week. I would not advise anyone go there. They had trash on stuff. This was the worse and most disrespectful place ever

I have been going here for many years. The service is amazing. I have always left happy. They are family oriented and take very good care of you. I recommend this place to everyone I know. I will never go anywhere else. Sandy and Linh take really good care of you and take their time with you. If you dont have an appt then of course you have to wait because they take their time on each person so the job is done right. But every minute you are there is worth the wait. It has a really comfortable waiting room with couches and TV so your wait is worth it!!

I went in this evening for the first time and had a lovely experience with Sandy! I went in looking to get a balance and my nails were a MESS considering I was 4 weeks into not having them done!! Sandy gave me a brand new beautiful set of accrylics and they are GORGEOUS. She took so much time on them and made sure they were to my liking. I would definitely go back to see Sandy or Linh.

I went there with my friend who has been going here for years and said she loved it, but when i went there the service was awful. we waited for about 2 hours until they actually called us up to do our nails. and the whole time i was getting my nails done the lady was on the phone with one of her friends. she wouldn’t let me ask questions. this lady charged me $40 for a set of plain white acrylics when the girl i came with got rhinestones and glitter and only got charger $30. and she gave me the wrong length and shape. i asked for coffin and she gave me square. later we called to complain and she claimed that i told her i wanted square nails. never going here again:)

The people are so sweet and they are amazing at what they do.

Went in for a fill and new color and this is what I walked out with. The owner (which I didn’t know she was at the time) started ripping my nails off and said they needed fixed because they were coming up underneath. I told her after she removed three of them-because it was happening so dang fast, that if she was taking them off that I didn’t even want new nails on just to remove the rest of them. So in doing so she continued to rip the rest of the nails off even though I told her that it hurt. If you notice my thumbnail is so short because she ripped part of the skin with it. At the end she didn’t even talk to me I had to deal with some random guy standing in there who told it would be $10. I told him I would pay half price seeing as how they took half of my thumb nail with them. I then had the pleasure of dealing with the owners daughter who was arrogant and refused to listen to my concerns about how her mother ripped my thumbnail off- instead of giving me the option to soak them at that point. The owners daughter tried to tell me that soaking would take too long so that was the only other option. I guess you get what you pay for and this piss poor excuse for customer service goes out the window based off of time. I then asked who I needed to talk to because I was unhappy and the young arrogant girl flipped her ponytail and said “I’m the one you deal with my mother is the owner and shes the one that took your nails off. Talk about a spoiled brat. I don’t know why I just don’t go to JJ Nails like I have in he past- at least when they’ve messed up they have listened and fixed it. Oh well, lesson learned. Take your hard earned money and go spend it on a business that actually appreciates you.

Normally one of the best places in town to get your nails done at. I got my toe nails done today and I had A younger lady. She was on the phone making an appointment instead of doing my toes. So after waiting 25 mins on her to make an appointment she finally started. She was completely rude to not only me but my niece, who I took there to get her nails done for her 8th birthday. I caught the younger lady give my niece dirty looks well she sat in the chair beside me waiting for someone to do her nails. My toes look horrible and my niece wanted dots on her finger and she never did them and charged me for them! She was simply lazy and needs to be fired, they will not be getting my business ever again.

I went to get my nails removed and then a full set while taking my old nails off he ripped off my nail and tried to glue it back together, will never be going back, he was very rude and was not worth the price.

A full set is $28 She charged my daughter $40 said it was because her nails were long and coffin shape so $6 to shape them ( dont all nails have to b shaped ) and $6 cause she wanted them long WTH !!! she has lost our business, we will go elsewhere !!!
