I was referred by a friend! I have been going to this salon for a year and a half. Nail Tech Cindy is immaculate with manicures & gel acrylic nails,dip powder nails. Every time I come to receive a service; employees treat you like family! Offer beverages! Ms Cindy is the one to go to I HIGHLY recommend! The establishment is clean! They truly provide exceptional customer service! ❣️

I love the massage chair 😁 while Im getting my feet massaged and as well as the fruit 🍓🍑 creams, hot rocks, and hot towel treatments. Im always so relaxed when I leave there. EXCELLENCE ‼️

This was the best pedicure I think I’ve ever had. They are on the VERY expensive . For my pedicure and acrylic full set with gel polish it was $95. The same services in Seattle would not have cost any more than $60. Considering everything is supposed to be cheaper here and people make less money, that is on the steep side.They sit you pretty quickly. My boyfriend and I both got books with the services that they offered and the cost. I ended up with a standard pedicure which in the book indicates is $25 plus $20 for gel, $45 plus a full set That was $30 plus $20 for gel, there’s $50. So that’s $95. My boyfriend ended up getting a $45 to Lux nails pedicure which included a manicure.We spent $155 for the services that did not include the tip. I do think it’s a bit weird to charge an extra $40 for gel polish. I know a lot of businesses are just re-opening due to the Covid pandemic and there have been a lot of people that have lost money because their businesses were closed so I don’t know if this has something to do with It. They were friendly but it’s expensive. My nails ended up turning out really nicely. I guess you get what you pay for Quality isn’t cheap

My mom goes here religiously to get her eyelash extensions, but this was my first time here. I forgot the name of the woman who did my nails, but she did AMAZING. I just got them done yesterday and Ive already gotten so many compliments on them. Thank you!! 10/10 would definitely recommend :)

Luxury nail is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I came in past closing time with my mom forgetting that they close early on Sundays and they still happily took us in and did full pedicures and gel manicure sets. My nails look so good and exactly like the picture I showed them. They were so kind and attentive to all of our needs. Vivian, Lynn, and Tyler were so friendly and interesting to converse with! Near the end they even ordered pizza and insisted we shared it with them. I would’ve never expected such an amazing experience at this place especially considering it was past closing time. My mom and I will be coming here every single time we need our nails done. I definitely recommend Luxury Nail!!! :)

I dont write reviews often unless I am very happy! I do need to compliment Luxury Nail Salon. The gals are conscientious, friendly and ready to please. Services are awesome & there are no add-ons - Plan & simple, clean & comfortable. All the techs are wonderful, but I would recommend Anna, Cindy & Vivian as my personal favorites - Ive been Annas client for over 5 years - always happy! Give them a try, you wont be sorry - in these times of living, you can be sure youre safe!

The first time I went in with my daughters I was impressed. They did a great great job on all 3 of us. I now go back every two weeks and get amazing pedicures and an awesome nail work. I have been getting my nails done for 13 years and I highly recommend this place. The people there are great!

The best pedicure I think I’ve ever had. The nail salon is very clean, they clean the pedicure chairs right after anyone that have gotten any services. The salon is also very quiet and very calm and the pedicure chairs also have massage functions. I feel so much better and more relaxed than before it’s all because of all the professional nail technicans. I feel so much better I will definitely come here again. Everyone should give this salon a try just to see the experience.

Found a golden gem in Mansfield today. My husband and my experience was the most delightful pedi’s we have gotten so far. They took their time and were sensitive and not rough. Extremely friendly, they want to call you by your name and your not just another customer to them. I highly recommend this place to friends and family! Not to mention the prices are reasonable.

The salon I have been going to for 5 years remains closed. I tried another new salon and they couldn’t see me for a week. I searched salons and called Luxury Nails. They made an immediate appointment for the next day! VERY nice ladies and EXCELLENT experience. This IS my new salon! Thanks again, ladies!

I finally found someone who knows how to care for my hands and feet. Never rushed and always take their time. They are definitely quality versus quantity. Love my nail tech. Would not give her up for anything!!!

Came here back in December, got my nails done for my birthday. Caught them right before closing and my nails weren’t done up to expectation. They weren’t straight and curved all different ways. The length of the nails weren’t the same and the end of them weren’t straight as well.

This place has been going down for years with more & more nail businesses coming into Mansfield. I recently tried them again, they did good first time back, so came back today. The girl laughed when she broke my shoe. Then when they put the gel on my nails, it was no big deal to them they had glitter, black & white specs in them. I then got verbally attacked by 2 employees there, another customer in there said she witnessed the girl break my shoe & laugh, she seemed to think it couldve been nervous laugh. Regardless no apology, just a laugh. The other worker claimed NO ONE in CHARGE was there. Then got very rude too.If you want to go where they treat you like youre paying with food stamps & chairs dont work, go here.

She was very rude with me and her employee because I was told from her employee (a nice lady who worked there) that the wax was $15.00 ($10.00 eyebrow and $5.00 lip) and then the owner (another lady) said NO it’s $22.00. I refused to get the service done and she said “never come back here no service for you!” What?!? Lol 😂 I don’t have plans to ever come back! Thank you!!

I went in on my lunch break for a mani / pedi. I asked up front how long for both and they said 30 minutes, we will do them at the same time. I asked again are you sure, I cant be late they said We will do them at the same time, not a problem. So I sat in the pedicure chair with my feet in the water and a lady began working on my hands. Right before she started painting my nails I asked her when the other person was going to start my toes and she said I chose the wrong pedicure so I wouldnt be getting them done at the same time. I took my feet out of the water because I didnt have time to wait on her to finish my mani and then start my toes. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady wouldnt listen to what me and refused to let someone else work on my feet. I was asked to pay for my mani before she began painting (hindsight, I should have just walked out) I paid my $20 for a manicure and tipped $5 because I felt it was only fair if she was providing me a service. Well the lady threw on my polish because she was angry with me, I had to stop her and ask her to paint my entire nail several times. It was awful. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Terrible experience.

Terrible experience! I went for a fill today and the employee that did my nails rushed through the job and was very rough- kept telling me to relax and actually twisted my fingers! Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years and have never had an experience that compared to this one. Very expensive also.

The worst nail salon in Texas. I had my nails done before a Christmas party and they looked like a 4 year did them. The State of Texas needs to revoke their nail license for eternity
