Ethan did my nails and he did exactly what I wanted plus more. It is reasonably priced and a great atmosphere. Ethan talked to me alot and we had lots of conversation which I enjoyed. Will definitely be going back to see Ethan. Amazing work

ETHAN IS AWESOME!!! I know this place was recently taken over by new management, (I followed Ethan over here for that reason) and he is doing a fantastic job of making a few changes to the salon (def. for the better!!) and still doing a few clients nails also… it’s a very clean place, I highly recommend!!

It’s great to know that every time I come here my nails are done perfectly and exact how I request. Ethan and his team give 5 star service to their clients. He does a great job and creates a great client experience!

Ethan is quick but GREAT!! My two girls girls looked GREAT too!!! Dip on my natural nails, dipped and tipped the other two + We all got pedi......times 3 of us!!! They got us In and out in 1-1/2 hrs..I’m not One who likes to spend two and a half hours at a nail salon, getting my hands and feet done🤷🏼‍♀️

I got a pedicure dip nails and a lip wax an got charged over 120 for all three never did I get offer anything to drink but everyone else did and now my polish is coming off already poor service I think I like the old management better

Been coming here since they opened years ago. I am very particular and looked all over town for my nail salon for probably 2 years. This is it, no more searching. Always clean, always nice, always calm, always do an excellent job on the nails.

My sister and I went in for a cucumber pedicure. The lady I had rushed was on her phone completely forgot to scrub one of my feet, burnt me with the towels. We just an overall bad experience.

Andy is great nail tech....Powder nail is my favorite..Upscale nail shop is great ..I love this place.....

5 days since service and 6 broken nails. I will NEVER pay for services here again

For all Andy customers go see Anna. She is good as Andy & best part is that she ask questions how you want it & how Andy was doing your nails. Still will miss Andy. I was seeing him for 5 years. Hope will see him again.

My son and I visited this salon for his birthday . I spent almost $150.00 for each of us to get a manicure and pedicure, including tips.I can only say that the service was okay. The staff is not very friendly; they hardly spoke to us at all. The lady who took care of me was very rough. I have bruises on the sides of my arms from her massage. Also, my nails were painted so badly that I had to redo them when I got home.I tried to contact them using through their website, but kept getting an error message. It seems they require a Captcha, but do not have it set up correctly.I will not be going back, and do not recommend this place. There are tons of nail salons. Im sure I can find one that wont give me bruises.

The staff was very friendly, the establishment and tools were clean, and my nails looked great when finished. Good prices and great service! Definitely would recommend! !

I had been going here for a year or so, but most of the staff are NOT FRIENDLY and they rush to get my nails done so they can move on the next person. They also didnt honor the discount card they gave me. There are LOTS of other nail salons, so be friendly and honor your discount card if you want to stay in business. I will not be going back.

The gentlemen who did my nails was so rough and blamed it on my cuticles. Never had this complaint before. He made 4 of my nails bleed and ruined the cuticle. Getting married in 6 weeks. Hoping it heals by then! He then charged me $31 for a shellac. So overpriced as well. Never going back.

They are absolutely amazing all of them take their and give you exactly what you want EXCEPT Andy he is the one with the Mohawk he is extremely rough with my nails I get cut everytime and he says it’s me moving but I don’t move he rushed through it and I can tell you I didn’t get my moneys worth with him I suggest avoiding him and asking for the girl at the front to do them for you she’s absolutely Amazing and takes her time to perfect your nails.

ZERO STARS!!😡 CALLED THE POLICE ON ME, NOT MY FAULT THAT THEIR TERRIBLE AT DOING NAILS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! 😡Went to get my nails done, and the lady kept messing them up, being extremely rough and when Id ask her to adjust things that I didnt like, Id get huffed and puffed at. So, I tried my best to let it go, and enjoy my time there! Once, she was done and I was extremely displeased with the way they looked, nails were uneven, you could see spots that werent painted, just extremely unprofessional. So, I told the lady since I was displeased with the service, I dont want to pay, she said, okay, thats fine. I leave go home and remove them, a few days later, I GET A CALL FROM A DETECTIVE BECAUSE, I DIDNT PAY FOR MY NAILS!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I eventually went up there and paid for the nails, extremely pissed! Making me look like an idiot; NEVER GOING BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ive been going since they first opened, I live only 5 minutes away so wanted to get them a try. Great salon, super clean, nice staff (although they have changed people quite a bit), but Rose and Andy are my favs. If a mistake is made, just tell them, theyll fix it without issue. They do tons of different pedicures, just about about every style of nail you want, they can do. You wont be disappointed!

It took him two hours to just fill my nails. They looked great but I told him the clear coat wasn’t dry yet and he swore it was. I touched them and the polish came off. He sprayed my nails with alcohol and sent me on my way. They have streaks and are dull in some spots because the clear coat is coming off. I’m disappointed and won’t be going back.

I have been going here a while and although my nail tech wasn’t the best I kept going cause it was close to home and they stay open late. Today I had made an appointment at 5:30, due to traffic I was 6 mins late and they took another customer..... and they had my number and didn’t bother to call or tell me they were taking another customer. I won’t be returning here ever.....

I go here all the time and everyone is very polite and fantastic at what they do. I love this spa.

If I could give 0 stars I would in a heart beat!! The guy did my nails, and cut me TWICE. Both while he was doing my cuticles. The first one I was able to just blow off, just a little cut because he got too close to my finger rather than my nail. But then it happened again! And the second one was really deep!!! And then he try to put freaking super glue on it to stop it from bleeding even when I told him no!! I am CNA and I know how to stop a bleed and if he put super glue on it, I wouldnt be able to clean it! And then once all was said and done and I paying, he was hovering over me while I was paying like he was waiting to see if I was still going to tip him or not. I am beyond disappointed with this place. Never going back!! I posted a picture on here as well where he cut my finger real bad on the left side of it. I cleaned all of the blood off, so it might be hard to tell, but it is deep.

A beautiful place very clean and LV does my pedicure and she is spectacular kissy absolutely awesome she takes her time and does a great job, I seen others that work there do a half ass job due to rushing but she is very detailed and good at what she does.

I have to say I have been to many places near Arlington in Mansfield and this is the best customer service make you feel really good and your nails will come out looking amazing either manicure or pedicure thank you guys From Christina

Just ok. No one was really friendly. You spend over 100.00 dollars, you would want a smile or something... Not sure if I will go back..

The man who did my nails made my cuticles bleed on 3 different fingers and also blamed it on my nails. He wasnt careful where he put the tool, and rushed the whole time. 22 dollars for acrylics and i can get way better quality for 16 dollars in burleson. Also during my pedicure he was so rough when rubbing my feet and legs, my pedicure was only around 10 minutes and i didnt get to enjoy myself. I will not go here again.

Very clean, never seen a place use plastic for pedicures, Jane & Andy are the best take care of you really well...
