My first experience at this nail salon was awesome! As soon as I walked in I was nicely greeted. The staff are all sweet. Ann was my manicurist. She added tips with dip powder and nail art. I love how they came out! She did exactly what I wanted. I will be coming back here.

We come here for mani and pedis at least for once a month. They have always been able to accommodate the two of us. Prices reasonable, staff is consistently amazing with work. It has been hard for me to find a consistent salon even pre Covid, but I’ve been coming here a few months, no complaints yet.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews but my experience at this salon was pretty disappointing. I realize some of the nail techs were in training, so I understand to some extent. However, when we’re spending so much money and expect a relaxing experience, this isn’t okay. Also, everyone was super kind here, so I don’t want to be too harsh… just honest.First, I had to get my existing dip removed. Normally (and I’ve been to MANY nail salons over the years) the tech will remove and do the work for you, right? Here, the man had me soak and scrub everything off MYSELF while he sat and scrolled through his phone. It took a long time and my fingers were DRYING so badly from the acetone. But he kept saying keep them in there and telling ME to scrub them with the cotton— he did nothing. And it was for a solid 15 mins or so. It was anything but relaxing or pleasant. I was very disappointed already and pretty annoyed.Second, my toe nails were a nightmare. The first girl who was doing my pedicure was sweet, she was doing everything fine, etc UNTIL it came time to paint my nails. I did white gel and I understand gel is hard to do. I kindly told her my nails were very bumpy and there were way too many layers and messy edges. She called over another woman to help fix it, which I didn’t mind at all. This woman, supposedly more experienced, took over and redid the nails. But they were still ridiculously bumpy and I can still see the imperfections.Again, I’ve been getting my nails done for years, and I’ve never seen anyone do so poorly. And during the massage part, for some reason one of the ladies straightened up my seat and my back was killing me the entire time— I literally could not relax during this whole visit lol.Third, while everyone was nice, when I sat down for my pedicure, for whatever reason, three of the employees kept staring at me. Pretty uncomfortable and weird, but maybe because I was new? Not sure.My dip came out well at the end, but still very disappointed with me doing half the work and the pedicure. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

This was such a nice experience. Out of all the nail shops I have been to this was by far the nicest and most professional. My nail tech (Daniel) did such an amazing job I got an abstract nail design and his lines were so crisp and precise. All the workers are nice and so sweet. I 100% recommend this place.

Staff is very nice. You’re greeted right away. Love that! They are busy, but it’s worth the wait.

I just moved to this side of town and I terribly needed to groom my nails. The receptionist handed me a brochure of their services and directed me to the techs that were going to provide the service. The one lady did my Pedicure she neither scrub my feet. She trimmed my nails nicely though and applied polish. The whole time talking over me in their dialect. Then came the guy who did my manicure. No hand care whatsoever not even water to wash my hands trim my finger nails or push cuticles. He sat right there and just proceeded straight to applying the acrylic. I wont be returning here.

Great service and location. My wife and daughter were very pleased with both their mani-pedi. I would come back for sure.

They were very busy but maintained the and served in order of arrival. Place by was clean and staff very friendly and professional. Very happy with the quality of my mani/pedi. They never asked me if I wanted a drink. Most around me had to ask for it.

I arrived and was told that I had to wait 10 minutes for someone else to get to work. No problem. I asked the guy doing my pedicure if they could a certain design on my nails. He replied yes. Finally get to my nails and the lady cant do the design. After 20 minutes I finally pick a random dip powder color. That was on Sunday by Tuesday morning 3 nails were seperating from the color. By Friday 2 nails chipped off. Save your coins and time.

You guys should try Daniel, he works there ! Very good at doing nails. Everyone there are super nice! Recommend it.

They have such great attention to detail and really care about the service. I love Ann and Daniel! The volcano pedicure is my favorite. I’m always very happy with the results I leave with.

If you show any nail designs to the staff they simply say no we can’t do it and if they end up doing it it not the best

I got my nails done there 3 days ago and when washing my hands one already broke off plus they made my cuticles bleed and put the nails on too far from the cuticle so they look really grown out,i left a $30 tip to be nice but don’t think i will be going back

They provided excellent service. The pedicures and manicures were great and better than a lot of other nearby venues we have experienced. This is the first time my ladyv and I agreed on the service quality. The price was also competitive to nearby venues. I will definitely be going back

Had a great pedicure with very nice staff

I have been to this salon 3 times in the past 2 months. The first time a technician named Sidney did my nails. Although she was very friendly I must be honest about the poor quality nail service I received from her. The gel polish was very messy and the cuticle cutting was so poor that I returned a day later to have another technician redo my nails completely. I cannot recall her name but I can say that I was pleased with the redo. I returned a few weeks later to have lash extensions applied by Tina. She commented that the extensions I was currently wearing were not applied well and that she could do a much better job. I believed her and let her remove a nearly full set from another lash stylist at another shop (wasting money as I just had a refill 2 weeks prior). I have been a lash wearer for many years however after the passing of my stylist I have been looking for a new stylist. As Tina applied the lashes it didn’t feel like they were being meticulously applied which is a MUST for good lash application. She also applied them in well under two hours (which again is not typical for first application). Looking in the mirror after the install they looked OK and I am somewhat timid when it comes to complaining to nice people however after looking closer at home I noticed that they were clumped together and there were hard clumps of glue on not only my lashes but also my eyelids. I called back and Tina did agree to take a look at them. My schedule did not permit me returning that day and after considering what a fix would look like compared to her initial install I decided it best to take the loss and to not return. I don’t dispute others opinions of this salon. It is true that most of the technicians are very nice and accommodating (with the exception of one lady who doesn’t smile and seems cold). I just wish I had a review of the lash extensions before I wasted over $100.00 and feel awful writing a bad review.

Loved my visit to this spa. The nail technician Sydney did a great job with my nails, shes fun to talk to and knows exactly what would look great and is very attentive. Ive never had any problems with my nails and they last for so long. Definitely recommend Sydney for your nails.

I loved it there! My nail tech was Sydney and she was hilarious we laughed the whole time. And my nails... perfect! She took her time and really listened to what I told her I wanted. I definitely recommend trying them out.

Was here last week and was very happy with the results. Very nice accommodation and the lady tech was very nice and gentle with my nails. Everything went smoothly and nothing to complaint. Definitely worth my money spent!

After a terrible experience I went back and Cindy was kind enough and apologized for the whole experience with the other tech. She was wonderful and understanding. She not only understood what was wrong, apologized for their mistake, she also fixed it. I now have my nails just as beautiful as i had them before i walked in for a fill last week. My nail tech was Sydney and let me tell you, she is AMAZING. She took her time with me and was very knowledgable. She made sure I knew what she was using and the names of the different tip styles. She held conversation with me and everything. I am for sure going back to her!

Today was my first time. I had 2 other people with me. One lady filed my moms nail to long and it hurt her twice. One lady filed my nail all the way on a slant. I now have to keep cutting that nail until it can grow out and be even.I will not be back.

The staff here are unfriendly and highly unprofessional. It was my first time there and I am am NEVER going back!I came in at 7:10 PM on Monday, May 29 2017. I asked the lady at the reception what time they closed before I proceeded with the pedicure I came in for, she promptly answered by saying no, its okay. No problem.Less than 10 minutes into the service, I noticed the technician rushed pretty much everything she was doing.To top it all, I was asked to leave whilst drying my nails. She said they had to leave cos their ride was waiting. She angrily moved my fingers away while I was trying to tell her that my nails werent dry yet. She was rude and nasty. She kept rolling her eyes and eyeing me.Please if you are a colored person, do not go to this salon and pay $27 for a pedicure that you could have done in your home by yourself cos these lots at this salon are nasty and highly unfriendly!

My sister and I went here about 2 days ago & we both left with cuts. Her finger was bleeding then and is still bleeding now, and my toe is cut so bad that it hurt when I got into the shower. They almost charged her full price for the nails even though the one with the cut was left unfinished for sanitary reasons; my sister had to argue with two workers until they agreed not to put polish on an open wound using a brush that many people have and will be exposed to. I asked them to give her a discount, and they offered $5 off. The small discount is not worth the pain and risk of infection. We both had acetone and alcohol placed over our wounds, which hurt.

Great service! I always get the dip. Jenny does a wonderful job. I have been to many nail salons near my house, but no one beat Jenny’s work. I actually travel 45mins just to get my nails done by her.

I got my nails done a few minutes ago by stephanie. I am not impressed the nails look okay. But she cut me and didnt do anything to fix the situation...probably wont be back to be honest. I wish she mad an effort to fix the problem.

When I find a manicurist that I like by my 3-4th visit she no longer works there..I continue to come back because everyone does a great job and are very friendly!
