Great job on the nails had a pedicure too while I sat in a message chair my feet soaked rubbed nails cleaned trimmed and painted while he sang very calming. Felt good to be pampered for once!

Very inappropriate staff, look at the shelves in there totally not clean, they rush, they don’t care. To take turns painting nails from client to client, no disinfectant used. I asked for a coffin shaped nail. ALSO TO ADD. I got Clipped with cuticle nippers “trying to remove access acrylic from around the nail” I’m a licensed cosmetologist, so yes I do Know proper sanitation and disinfectant. Hopefully I do Not get a fungal infection

Absolutely beautiful work! He took his time and made sure he did them right! I got coffin nails with gel and they look amazing! I even came in later and they stayed till they got me in! So sweet staff will come again !

Not at all the nails I asked for. Both the shape and design itself, I asked for stilleto and it was about as round as an almond. The design I asked for was all wrong as well. I had to go get them completely redone elsewhere the next day, so I got to pay twice to get what I asked for.....

I hate to leave a bad review but I just have to. This place is dirty… extremely. The towels they use are even stained majorly. My feet are still rough bc they rush and don’t care if they are doing a good job. Normally after a pedi your feet are so soft. They will seat you and take forever to get to you and then rush, and the paint job is terrible. The prices are way overpriced for the service you get. It’s the most I’ve paid in the area for a pedicure. Spend your money somewhere else. I’m worried about getting a fungus or infection now :(Owners: slow down… do a good job… turn people away if your worried you won’t be able to get to them all or let them know there will be a long wait. Update your pricing sign bc the prices you charge aren’t on that sign.

This place was very good in total. Me and my sister got our nails done their. The man was very shaky. The women was kinda good. She smacked my sisters hand a lot tho. She made her nails very short tho. But the price was very good tho. it was 35 dollars for a set of acrylics with glitter. The nails are very strong and pretty tho.

Worse service ever!!! The pedicure was horrible. She kept demanding cash as payment wouldn’t take the cards, kept demanding me to go to the atm. I was really wondering why she didn’t say “cash only” before I sat down. Very unprofessional, her behavior was tasteless! Again, I do not recommend.

I just love this place,the people and atmosphere! Its family oriented and owned and they take pride in their work as Ive been a customer here for almost 12 years now..Everytime I come back to Ohio I make sure me and my daughter stop in to get our pedicures done! She had her very 1st pedicure here at just 2 years old and the lady is more than AMAZING!! Highly recommended!

Have been to this place a few times (4-5 to be exact). Sometimes theyre ok and sometimes theyre not. Theyre very halfish and provide substandard work. They rush so services are often poor quality. They will say there is a 5-10min wait and an hour later, youre still waiting. My mani and pedi were sloppily done and this has happened more than once. I believe in giving more than one chance and I gave them 4-5, but will not be back there. It is just unacceptable especially for having to pay full price. Also, during my services, a client entered that is a regular (comes there often) so in the middle of my services, they stopped to take care of her......highly unprofessional. Theyve lost my business for good this time!

So the guy told me my moms sexy, and I can send her to his room and he would do my nails for free. Also told me to call him daddy. I was so uncomfortable, I almost walked out with just tips glued on. I definitely will never be back.

Had an appointment at 3, didn’t get sat down until 4. Everyone of my nails are uneven and bumpy. He didn’t even file my nails down at all. Do not recommend at all

I was handed nail clippers and a cotton ball soaked in acetone and asked to cut and remove polish from my own nails while the woman worked on another customer before me. When it was finally my turn, the technician was in such a rush she filed into my nail bed hard enough to draw blood, didn’t even pause to stop the bleeding and then proceeded to cut three of my fingers with the drill/file. My acrylics and gel polish were applied quickly and sloppily. The whole experience was painful and unacceptable. Not to mention the price haggling 🙄

The work on my nails was ok. The technicians are not friendly welcoming or inviting. The listed price for my service was $28. However, I was charged $30 plus $2 for tax. Basically I was charged gratuity and more than standard rate of gratuity. The skill set there isnt so great that I should bare rudeness and bullying. Im looking for good place to go. Q Nails isnt it.

This place is ABSOLUTELY amazing I drove up from Columbus to get my nails done with a friend we found this place at 730pm and we was in nails done and out by 815. Staff was very friendly and funny. Overall Amazing Place!!!

The staff was very nice. The old man was very friendly and sociable. Pedicures were advertised as 30 dollars, but she told me it would 32 dollars, but then charged us 33. When I was in the pedicure chair, the woman hit me a few times to indicate for me to move. Completely uncalled for! I would not recommend this place to anyone.Update: I have never had a problem with my toenails, but after getting a pedicure there, one has become ingrown, so I therefore change my rating to one star. (Was two due to the listed reasonings above.)

I called ahead of time and asked for pricing on a full set, the lady replied 30 dollars. I went and the younger guy asked me if I wanted french manicure or polish. I said I want paint and airbrush. He says no airbrushing today... OK!? I say ok he says you want french tip it looks more professional. I didnt really want that but, I figured I would just go with that, since thats what he wanted to do. So I get the french tips. I asked him as he was putting the acrylic on if I could do a glitter top coat with the french tips. I told him I would pay extra if that was needed. His response to me was the most unprofessional statement I have ever heard. He says oh no! No glitter for you, youre too old for that. He said thats what teenagers do. That look trashy on you your old. I was mortified! I am 35 years old and so what? I wanted a little glitter I didnt want to be called old or trashy!! I found it so rude and I will never go back to Qnails. To beat it all that 30 dollar price quote turned into 39 dollars for an average french manicure. Not satisfied at all. Also he didnt push my cuticles back, so if I do it will be time to get them filled.

I showed them a picture I got offline and they look better then the picture I had fast service was very friendly.
