Very professional and nice . They know youre name when you walk in and say hi and make you feel welcomed. Your not just a number to them. Both the Manitowoc and Sheboygan offices are great employment specialist that will put you to work at a wage that you deserve. They treat you good . But just like any staffing agency or any employer you have to show every day on time. If not call ahead of time, thats all they ask.

Was hoping there would be more options through them. They ended my job assignment due to having being tested for covid per their request and then didnt find anything for me afterward. They also didnt get back to me many times with certain issues and always had different people dealing with a particular situation instead of being assigned to one worker so communication was not clear. On top of that, while I was trying to rest from being sick they called me everyday asking for my test results, although they knew the results wouldnt be back for 3 to 5 days minimum, as the doctors note said. So I really couldnt rest and recover because they didnt give me a chance to. I personally felt that they didnt work with my needs nor really listen when they called to talk to me.

Flex-Staff is quick to respond and super helpful when it comes to finding us help when needed. Beth is very friendly and helps us out and then checks in to be sure all is going well. They make my job a lot easier.

Ive been working for them over a year now and things were great for me for a long time. Now, theres no communication, no answers to my emails, and when I apply to other jobs on their site I dont hear back. I feel like they washed their hands of me and refuse to help me find anything else or address the concerns I have at my current position. Its a disappointment.
