They did awesome on my nails and when I messed it up they didnt charged it and she fixed it.

It was nice they took me as a walk in on a Sunday. Waited about 30 minutes. The older man did my nails. It was a fill and black gel color on the tips. For one he took forever. I though he was being thorough but they turned out awful. Yes he rounded them the way I like and he was fun to work with. The paint job on the black tips was clumpy and uneven. Not impressed at all.Oh and over priced at 55.00

They do an amazing job her with nails however, i was on the phone trying to make an appointment after my first time to get a fill wasnt sure of what i had done because i have confusion and memory loss issues and the woman on the phone was not only really rude but she wasnt helpful at all. i ended up making an appointment but could not make it to actually go there because i cannot deal or keep my mouth shut with disrespectful people. The owner his father and everyone else is amazing but really whoever it was turned me off. I will try again because i love how they treated me and my girls who got manicures but on a day where the woman who spoke with me isnt there.

Way over priced, I was charged 55 dollars for a fill with gel polish and a shaping, my full set was only 45 at another salon. Nail tech has no appreciation for her clients and is so rude. NEVER AGAIN !! I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and Ive never felt so robbed. Yes the work was good but everywhere I go its good so.......

I absolutely love this Nail Salon!! Ive been coming here for 5 years, and by far the best salon in 20 years! Everyone is highly skilled, extremely personable, and professional. The prices are the best NH, and their hand painted designs are fabulous!! I LOVE the Troung family!!!

I have tried other nail salons for my pedicures and wasnt pleased with the outcome, so I stopped going. My type of job I am on my feet all day I suffer from diabetes bad circulation in the legs and neuropathy in my feet. I decided to give it another chance and found this place the owner was very polite was very in tuned to my needs being a diabetic. I walked in there with a lot of pain in my feet and walked out of there with no pain this place is great the man that did my pedicure knew what he was doing thanks Victorious nails for your help I will I be back with my girls thumbs up

Rude! I came in at 9:40 to make an appointment for 12 since I had a doctors appointment at 10:30. I told them I didnt have time right now for a fill but wanted an appointment and would come back. A gentleman who spoke English well wrote me in for 12. I continued to look at color samples for my mani and pedi. The same gentleman that scheduled me watched for a couple minutes and said I could come back before my noon appointment to look at colors then. I asked if I was not allowed to look now. He said he thought I didnt have enough time. I said I still had 30 minutes and wanted to pick my colors now so when I came back we could get started. He said he was just saying I could come back and didnt know why I took offense very rudely. Then I said I guess I wont keep that appointment. He said good, go. No wonder there was nobody else in the salon but another nearby salon was booked at both their locations. Another location 1/4 mile away was closed so I thought Victorious would be busy. Now I see why they are not.

If I could rate it zero I would. While the people were friendly, (I suppose I would smile at those I’m scamming as well) I am absolutely appalled at the experience that followed. I was given a price for the specifics I wanted and was charged DOUBLE when all was said and done ($65). My nails are uneven, misshapen, and crooked. Two of my nails are completely destroyed and he MADE ME BLEED!!! I’ll post pictures . PLEASE DONT LET YOURSELF BE SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE!!!

I went to this place and I asked for them to do an hombre on my nails, they said they could do it. Well long story short my nails did not come out as I asked them to and they wouldn’t change the color because they were closing. Now I look like a little kit with bright orange and pink nails. I give this place a -10

The BEST in Manchester!!! Kheliy has done my nails for a couple years now - customer service is her specialty! She just did eyelash extensions for my first time and I LOVE them!! Great Experience!

When my stellar acrylic nail technician moved to Florida five years ago, I tried to replace her, but was unable to do so. Gels were what I lived with until two months ago, when my daughter sent me to Victorious Nails. Hooray! I am happy to travel from the coast to have such perfect nails. Not one has broken or chipped. I so appreciate the time Peter and Linda give my nails .... no mall rush through here.... and I appreciate the cuticle attention, careful nail shaping, and the wide range of color and design options. What is also great is taking exit 4 off 293 N and parking in front of Victorious Nails almost immediately. Dont you deserve great nails?

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I had an older lady that cut my toe open with a drill.. she said “oh I didn’t cut you yet” so I go “yet?!” And she goes “yes it’s hard to work with your toes”. She was so unbelievable rough and aggressive with the tools that I had to tell her to stop and just paint my toes. I was going to do gel but I couldn’t even trust her to do it .. got home and my paint is all smudged.. they don’t have a drying station. They re-used toe separators on my sister .. there was a different color polish smudged on the separators than the color that was on her toes.. we each got a TEN MINUTE pedicure and they wanted us to pay 35. My other sister had to actually complain to the owner to get us 10 off because of the rotten job and customer service. Place should be shut down.

Victor is extremely friendly and does a great job- try his gel acrylic nails.

Took my 2 stepdaughters here for their birthday. Owner had a serious attitude problem and 2/3 of us left with messed up nails. Will not be returning.

Fantastic place..the best in the city

I was told my nails would cost me 31$ for gel fill by one person. Then i had this older guy do my nails and at the end he tells me its 50$ for my hand nails because he changed shape from round to squared.. Makes no sense they wait to finish to tell You oh no its more because I changed your shape... makes no sense. Very unhappy with this visit.

**My last visit in 2016**The first time I came here Victor saved my business. Kheily had a BAD attitude. She lacks customer service skills and has no appreciation for her customers. As well as he treated my friend and I, I decided to continue to do business with this place. Today. was it for me. This place will not see one more penny from my money ever, they lost a customer in me and anyone who cares to ask me about this place will freely get my suggestion never to step foot here again. I called in advanced to book an appointment for THREE. First time I am getting a gel manicure and was unfamiliar with the cost, one of my friends was interested to know the cost and asked me to call, as I did. The lady who answered told me 50$ for both! Mani and pedi (gel mani Regular pedi) I cannot even express replaying the conversation in my head and reiterating 50$ more than 4 times but of course I come to the appointment and in fact I was misinformed. No according to kheily I MISHEARD. She has the NERVE TO SIT AND ARGUE WiTH HER CUSTOMER ON HOW WRONG I AM AND HOW I MISHEARD HER EMPLOYEE LOL. What type of business is she trying to run an employee revenue generated only business? Long story short this isnt the first or second or third time her attitude needs to be addressed. She lacks customer service skills and I feel sad for this chick she needs to take a few classes on how to be professional and APOLOGIZE FOR HER EMPLOYEES MISINFORMING customers. Hence, I was willing to stay and pay the additional 10$ but after she wanted to go in a verbal fighting war I like to take my business else where, thank you kheily for a great example of a business to stay far away from. You need to seek some Courses to enhance your social skills since you are losing out on a lot of business due to your lack of professionalism.

Got a full set with shellac and one tiny snow flake and they charged me 65 plus my nails are messed up never again will I go there or recommend anyone to go there.

Terrible would never go here again. Got a full with gel clear coat and next day every nail was chipping. And when I called I was refused a refund. Very unprofessional.
