Teresa did an amazing job with my bloodwork. I have small, finicky veins and always dread bloodwork. She made it so simple and easy!
I was bit worried going to this place because I had checked reviews online beforehand and saw that they werent great. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised with the staff and service. The 2 nurses I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and patient. I even called prior to my visit to see if they could run one particular test and got my question answered in only a matter of minutes.
One lady there was rude for no reason. Dna test was quick.
Both women I dealt with had the personality of a rock. Just went to have blood drawn, the first lady couldn’t find a vein and acted like it was my fault.
I made an appointment online for 2:45pm, drove 36 minutes to get to my appointment, then got turned away being told that they close at 2:30pm. I showed them that their voicemail said they were open until 3:00pm, but they just told me too bad.
Got me in and out quickly, and where accommodating I have trouble getting blood drawn and often pass out. They helped me through it.
Awesome experince ! Very cleanEasy in and out process
I was greeted and directed to the check in kiosk which was quite self explanatory and as soon as I finished I was taken back to the lab. I was having bloodwork done for some specific test kits with lots of instructions. The ladies were kind, thorough, and organized. The technician drew the blood with no problems and was very kind and professional.
This is a slow service and I been waiting here for a one hour and this the worst service then the eye doctor
Stopped in right after lunch (their hours are posted in multiple locations on the web) and was in and out in no time. The computers were all down but one and it was a Monday but the staff was great. Friendly and happy even though it had been a rough day. Ill go back for any blood work that I can choose my lab on.
The place is in a rough area, its also difficult to find, but I have to admit once inside they were quick and the entire process was very smooth. I had no wait. Very friendly staff. Quick results.
The fingerprint machine malfunctioned and it took us an hour to complete the process. But the lady was super friendly and stayed positive throughout the whole process. They do have only one bathroom and it is used for the drug screening most of the time.
Driver came flying up behind me tailgating me for about a mile until I turned. I was going 30 in a 25 on a winding back road in Norwell. Maybe retrain your drivers to not scare the hell out of young girls in tiny cars...
Discourteous staff. Warning - they are closed between 12 and 12:30 (actually the lab workers come back between 12:40 and 12:50), this is only posted on the door no where else. They drew blood for my health plan from me twice in my hand, in extreme pain, my hand swelled up like baseball. They missed the vein twice in my hand. They kept telling me how great they were at this. No one said they were sorry for the pain or stabbing me twice. Left yelling at them, this whole office is bad news. Go somewhere else. Left messages for LabCorp, they dont know what they are doing at this office, am 62 yrs old never had such an experience. No one cares there about this place it is obvious.
Went here for a work mandated drug test. Scheduled my appointment for 9:15AM online. Went to the LabCorp kiosk at around 8:55AM (a mounted iPad with a scanner) and scanned my photo ID to check in. The system then told me that there was an earlier appointment at 9 and asked me off I wanted to take it instead of my later appointment. So I did. Waited about 5 minutes for the person ahead of me to finish up and then went to go and finish my business. As far as the customer service aspect of this business, it wasn’t terrible. My primary interaction was with the iPad (which is a good thing imo, especially after reading these other reviews.) The people behind the front desk were nice enough to say have a good day when I left. Worst part about this place is the location and distance away from home, but they can’t really control that.
Unfriendly & bad customer service
Unclean workflow steps for drug screening, should be reported to infection Control staff. They place urine specimens on the same counter as the forms you need to sign and they will not let anyone wash their hands until they are signed. This means that every person who signs/initials the forms are doing it with dirty hands. They do not clean the pens. They want you to take a copy of the form which they lay downon the same counter as the specimens are placed on. They did not clean counter meaning people may get infections . Most unfriendly staff I have encountered in years. Dont go here!!!
Worst experience Ive ever had in my life . I recently got promoted to a manger at my job. A position I worked very hard for . When I showed up to lab corp in Stoughton,Ma I was excited to take the next step in my promotion but the drive was much longer than I expected and I had to use the bathroom very badly due to a medical disorder I have . I went up to the check in and the very cold unfriendly women never looked at me or said hi . After a minute she never looked up but handed me sign in sheet with a grumpy face she never said hello not even a smile. I handed her back the sign in sheet and she took it without eye contact and said you can have a seat after u just stood there . I asked how long is it going to be ? And she said its going to be a while . With my bladder condition I knew I wouldnt be able to hold it and asked if I could use the bathroom she said no and wasnt nice about it . I explained my condition and she said if I went pee then I wouldnt have a urine sample I explained again my medical condition and said I would be able to sample again in a short time . She wouldnt let me use the bathroomBy now it was an emergency and went to the gas station next door . When I returned I sat down and waited for my turn . She still was very unfriendly and called me in and told me to lock my stuff up which I did . I gave a sample to just below the line because thats all my bladder holds due toMy condition. She threw the sample away in front of me and said it wasnt enough and that she was doing me a favor taking me since it was past three oclock . I explained I made my appointment online for three oclock and I was ten minutes early . She said to come back tomorrow but I have children and do not drive which made this trip a big plan for me and my husband which had to leave work . I just started to cry I couldnt believe this women told me the wait would be forever but then used the time against me even though my appointment was at 3 . She was so cold . I cried the whole way home . My promotion will now be delayed or even canceled due to this women just being power hungry for no reason .
The staff was very nice, efficient and quick. I was in and out in no time. Its very clean inside and they have complimentary coffee/tea.
This place is awful. First they asked me if it would be alright if a trainee to draw my blood. After the guy couldnt find a vien the women took a stab at me and not kidding it felt like a puncture I screamed! Bottom line I got out of there she never hit a vein and I wasnt going to give it another try especially when she wanted to take it out of my hand. Stay away from this place.
This a most horrendous place, they can draw anyones (even if he is a one year old baby) blood and throw it in trash attheir own will by tricking and trapping the customers with their aggressive talk..AVOID by all means, especially if you are not Caucasian, (thats what a feel), they will treat you like scum and are rudest by all means, I paid the price with my 1 year old baby, these inefficient so called lab technicians couldnt evendraw a required amount of blood needed to make a test and kept on pricking, twisting and turning inside the little ones vein hurting him to his extreme for atleast 7 to 8 mins and took 3/4 vials of blood, no wonder the little baby was in atrauma, and after all this they say that it seems that the qty is not good enough and you might have to come back again to give more blood. They took another attempt with our permission, and this time also they repeated the same process in both good and bad hands, and couldnt even draw a single drop of blood. When we asked why you are putting him in pain when you are not capable of drawing, we never saw such an experience in any other place in US.When they heard this instead of any apology ; rather they were showing their temper on us and asked if we are unhappy with their service? we said yes and wouldnt like to come back, and then and there they threw off all the 3-4 vials of blood in biohazard trash, behind our backs without even asking our permission and thrust the doctors order in our hands. We were so shocked at the incident and asked how could they do such an inhuman thing, after torturing the baby for so long, and that too by 3 middle aged women. How could they even do such a inhuman thing ? Are they even literate or qualified for the job? Back in our country we would never ever hear such a thing with adults leave alone a baby. When we got into an argument they told us to get out of their property or we will call the cops, instead we called the cops on them and theysympathized with us and said that this being a civil matter we should take it up with the higher authorities of labcorp and report them on the social media so that other parents dont make a mistake like this and get harassed like us.We called the supervisor and he didnt even pick up our phone or respond to our voicemails, we got extremely frustrated and it was proof enough that they RACIST bunch of people who were talking so nicely with the other Caucasian people there.BEWARE all parents, avoid this horrid place at all costs.
Workers here racist!
Very fast and staff were very friendly
The worst customer service
