Thanks to Covid I haven’t been able to see a professional for waxing services since February my mustache and unibrow needed some professional attention. After reading so many positive reviews, I scheduled an appointment through their website. It is very user friendly! The place is very clean and professional. I got a lip and brow wax with Vanessa last Friday and she did amazing! Did not over wax my brows or wax burned my upper lip. I highly recommend this business and Vanessa!

I bought my wife a treatment and she said it was the best Brazilian wax shes ever gotten. I cant say I disagree... Bought her another for Christmas.

Went back at the mid-end of October to have underarms, full leg and modified bikini area done. Several things happend I wasnt happy with. I left for a cruise the very next day otherwise I would have notified them prior to the total embarrassment before I went half way around the world. Ok so lets just start from the top. Underarms: I had blisters from the wax being too hot and double waxing. (Double waxing big No No) Was told I had very deep rooted hair and that they werent coming out easily as normal. (Ive been getting waxed for 15+ years and have NEVER been told this). I have very little underarm hair to begin with from being waxed so long! Full legs: I was 6 days into my cruise, so 7days after being waxed and I looked like I hadnt been waxed at all! Not just a stubble it was to the soft lay down point, which only tells me the hair wasnt completely removed only broken off at the dermis level. Still having 7 more days on the ship I was completely embarrassed to even lay out or enjoy the luxury of wearing a swimsuit in October. Again double waxed in alot of places. Saved the best for last the Modified Bikini area: Lets not even mention how Ive been getting this area done for 15+ years and NEVER had an issue with ingrown hairs until now. Worst, most painful expierence ever to the point I was drenched in sweat. Once again was double waxed taking very large patches instead of small patches. Didnt hold the the skin taunt so not much was being removed each time. When I did return to land 14 days later I tried to call and speak with someone about the issue I had. Left several messages with the receptionist girl which was very sweet and even gave me times the manager was supposed to be there. Calling in the time frames given no manager to be found.... Its now February going on 5 months later still being treated by a dermatologist and havent ever got a call back. I wont be recommending this place to anyone in the future and will most definitely pay a little more to support an individual esthetician to have it done correctly and comfortably!!
