This place has gone downhill. We used to be members but canceled that when we werent using it as much. Since then, the last 3 times Ive been in and paid for the Planet wash ($26 inside and outside), they have not done a good job washing/drying the car (poor prewash and leaving streaks everywhere when drying), cleaning the windows (again with the streaks), or cleaning the interior (seats not vacuumed, console not wiped down). This last time they didnt dry the car scent (so I was told?) from my brake pedal leaving it slippery. Luckily I was close to home and didnt have an accident. A newer driver or an older person might have.I also noticed that it seems they have sped up the actual wash, which sounds great until you get to the dryer and theres still soap on your car.Not sure if its careless employees, management saying they need to move the cars through, or a combination of both.If I ever return to Planet Auto Wash, Ill only use the Jupiter option (exterior only) and take my chances on whoever is doing the prewash.Edit: They let me bring the car back to have the windows cleaned, but when I asked about going through the wash again because there was still salt on my front bumper, they said no. To be fair, this is because I had already left the lot. I understand they wouldnt want to open themselves up to everyone coming back after a couple hours to get another wash, but Im including this info so that YOU know to check your car before you leave if you decide to visit them.

Decent place but their higher end wash just isn’t worth it. I just got home and noticed stuff on my car that I didn’t catch before I left. I would not go back. This wash was $36Reply to owner:I should not have to get home, assuming I got a good wash, to have to bring it back. You all need to work on getting it right the first time. This is evidently a common problem that should be addressed. I’ve brought several cars here for convenience. For $36, I could buy beers and pizza and invite friends over to wash my car for me. Probably a better investment.

Use for car wash when I cant wash myself. Its a hit or miss scenario. Sometimes they do a good cleaning, sometimes they dont. They blame not getting enough employees for shortcomings like many other retailers. Its still one of the better car wash places in the Manassas area.

Recently moved here and this is the best car wash Ive found. They took care of my car and paid attention to the details to make sure it was cleaned thoroughly!

Good car wash, to get the pollen off your car clean your rims up they do a great job...!!! Heather, you and Dale rock!!! I had a piece of trim come off my car (no fault of P.A.W) while car was being washed. They were busy as little beavers today. It was a perfect day to clean the car. So they were really busy and the quality slipped a little. But I get it. Theyre usually on point and I can deal with a little imperfection. Theyre my favorites so Ill go back for sure. They have good package deals too!!!

Im not sure what happened to this place but it has certainly gone down hill. Ive frequented this carwash for several years now and Id say over the past 2 years or so theyve fallen off. The quality of service is horrible. My most recent visit which was 2 days ago was awful. My car had swirls all over the inside and outside. They took the matts out to wash them, then didnt even bother to put them back properly. They didnt dust my dashboard, or one of the monitors on my dash. My mirror that shows the back of the SUV (passengers) that didnt even clean it, it was covered in the finger prints I brought it in with. I couldnt smell the fragrance I requested, so I politely asked for someone to spray the fragrance. Someone opened my car door with an attitude sprayed it one time, slammed my door, and walked away. $36 later and my car is covered in swirls and dust. What is happening over there?

Planet Auto isn’t cheap on extras, but overall a place to return to and one of the places I go to get my car cleaned. They clean the car and they make sure you will be happy when you leave. I know when to come and drive right in, the earlier you come the faster you will leave. Try it out, you will get clean car.

Super excited to use them. The staff is nice but I came home and looked at my car and there was still noticeable dirt. Like, my boyfriend looked at my car and was like I thought you were getting your car washed? It looked so bad and I spent 26 dollars.

One of the better car washes however, for the cost the inside cleaners have repeatedly done poor jobs (vacuuming, thoroughly wiping down pockets, nooks and crannies, windows). I fully expect that I will be rewashing my windows when I get home after each visit.That being said like continue to go because it does a good job on exterior washes.

The plan said double wheel blast but the prewash guy barely sprayed the front wheels didnt even look at the back. Needless to say none of the wheels came out clean. The rest of the car was mostly clean with the exception of a few spots the rotating brushes could not reach. I guess they get enough business that they arent concerned with return business

Took my wifes tahoe in for a full service wash and vac. since we had the car seats out, and it looked bad. They did a great job, and you would never know the back seat was covered in gold fish and old fries.

Very disappointed about this place after reading the reviews, I went in got the $36 super wash. there cleaning was bad, it didnt even seem like they even tried to wipe down the car, trunk was still dirty, still had dirt in the back of seat, I dont understand how 4 people on my car could not see how dirty it was. Very unprofessional waste of money and time.

Called at 2pm to ask if they were open. Lady said yes. Arrived at 2:30. Nobody is there. Hours of operation state they are open till 5. So, just like Dr. Carwash, they just open and close as they want.

They used to be good. Im not sure what changed but they do mediocre car details at best now. I had both of my cars washed there today and I had to go over them when I got home after asking them to correct stuff they missed. I will not go here again. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean tho. Best of luck to them and I hope they get better.

So I need my car detailed and found this place on Groupon. I contacted them and a lady asked for me to hold. have been holding for 30 minutes and still holding!!! Someone picked up the phone a few times and didnt say anything or acknowledge me and placed me right back on hold!! The third time they picked up they decided to put music on for me to listen to!! I will continue to hold and take more pics to show everyone how long I have being placed on HOLD. I would rather pay full price than to get this deal! Really??? ONE HOUR AND AND 20 MINUTES LATER and still holding! Numbers dont lie folks! holding! Numbers dont lie folks! Just found out that this was the same place that stole my daughers diamond necklace a few months ago when her husband took her car in for cleaning. when my son in law called them on this they told him call the police! So i decided to call and told them i was going to put a bad review. To our surprise an hour later they called back and the necklace was found. Good thing i was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. Not a place i can trust to to my car. To the owner: this has nothing to do with GROUPON because if you read my comment correctly i never even got chance to speak to anyone there. I was on hold and nobody acknowledged me!! Again, if i had known this was the same place that stole my daughters necklace i would have never called!! IT IS NOW A BLESSING I WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES!!! OFF TO YELP NOW!!

Just got the 36 dollar wash. They did an amazing job. Staff was super friendly and helpful in helping me select the right wash. I left some money intentionally in there to see if they take it or not. The employee brought the money to me. So I can say they are honest people. I highly recommend it.

Went today after not going for awhile. They did a terrible job cleaning the inside of my car. It’s like nothing was done and i paid $26 😡 And the chemicals they did use are terrible and very toxic sick 😷

Don’t believe the pics I went today and asked for the $16 wash and would pay extra for ANY clear coat sealant AND OR wax the nice lady said that wasn’t possible however it says it right in the pictures for add on????🤔 Iv never in my life seen that it doesn’t even make sense in the slightest embassy is better for sure. Too bad this place has an amazing set upYea no doubt I jus double checked it says planet extras and rain x wax 5 bucks but I guess my business wasn’t worth it to this EMPTY car wash, it’s HUGE and not one car was their during the middle of the day but embassy was packed now I see why

Over the years, I utilized Planet Auto Wash in Manassas since 2015 but today will be my last. One of the detailer, stolen item(s) out of my vehicle. I immediately notified management, to include capturing it on my vehicles inside camera system. Thereafter, management failed to acknowledge and resolve this issue. I was on hold for over 20 minutes.

I experienced my worst service from this place today. I came here a couple times because normally it had been good and I love how my car leaves, but the time it took and the service I had gotten just did not feel good. When I leave the wash area I usually have to wait on the side for them to get my car to take it into the next area so that the interior gets washed. I sat there for 10-15 minutes with no interaction, and no assistance. I saw some ladies sitting on the side but no on acknowledged I was there. After waiting that time, one lady flagged me over to park it inside (which says employees only) but visibly showing some attitude. I walk out the car and after walking some distance she tells me to turn off the car. So I walk back and ask are we good now, but they just sat there and watched me / talked to each other. I walked away and waited. Once it was finished I got into my car and it had a very strong smell and it did not smell like the “new car” scent I had asked for. I rode home with my windows down. I paid $36 to even have interior cleaned which most yes was cleaned but visible parts on the headrest was not even touched. I would understand if this is not supposed to be cleaned but I assumed if I am paying $36 for interior cleaning it would have been touched.

Highly visible location, easy to get to, with very simple and convenient layout. The staff here are very friendly and work hard at making sure your car is very clean. The prices for the services they offer are very reasonable for the local area. I highly recommend this place to get a quick car wash during the winter months of road salt, and the spring months of pollen dust.

Nice prices, good employees.However be careful cause auto wash may leave small scratches.Also, fan at the end of auto wash is too powerful. Really scary and sometimes it can bend ur roof.Also, instead of wiping front windows with just a towel it would be better to use invisible glassOtherwise it looks really dirty if light goes on window.

Its open after work, which Embassy auto wash down the street isnt, little less $ than Embassy, little faster too, Embassy does a little better job (I should mention I always get the interior detail when I go here or Embassy. Its called express interior at Embassy dont know what its called here, but its the top tier. If I just want to wash the salt/dust off there are much cheaper places basically everywhere)

Great car wash! I always get free car wash coupons from Sheehy Nissan when I get my car serviced. I use the drive thru automated side and have always had great service. Sometimes the line gets pretty long though. The fun colored bubbles are great!

Had a $ 26 planet wash today. Had to call back the workers three times to get it right. When pointed out this to the cashier, she said I can take my car other places. Even at $ 26, it is hard to get a decent wash in this place. Service used to be better

Very positive experience. The attendant was very nice and polite. Inside the main building seemed very clean. The detailers seemed to be having fun while working hard. Seems they have a good balance. I got the full package and was very impressed with the great work they did. I will be coming again, even though I live roughly 30 minutes away.

Worst place on the Planet Car Wash is what they mean. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! 36 Dollars later for their Top Tier Service my car isn’t much cleaner than it started, wiped the inside of my car with something, left a residue on everything with streaks, going to take an hour to get it back to looking like it did before I went there. Going to have to wash it when I get time at home, so sorry I went there, didn’t dry it off, still dripping water when I left. I was so mad I didn’t even want to deal with them on everything that was wrong because I want to remain civil and I don’t I could have. What a joke of a Carwash go down Liberia and go to Soap and Suds they are better than half the price and a better wash. Won’t go back if was free don’t have the time to redo their horrible job.

I would avoid this place at all cost. Came here for the 60.00 hand wash. When My truck came around the Asian guy reved my truck to redline then proceeds to slip my clutch. I see there is still dirt on my truck so I get a rag and start re wiping my truck. Get to the other side and notice 2 big scratches in my passenger door. I ask for the manager and get a rather unpleasant man named Bruce who tells me I should just wash it myself and they didn’t scratch it. He stepped to me in a threatening manner several times. He cussed me like a sailor. Very unprofessional establishment. Again avoid at all cost

I took my truck here to be washed and at first I thought it looked good. However, after walking around my truck I noticed there were still bugs all over the grill and the windows had streaks. It was cleaner than if I didnt go, but I would not recommend and will not be going back. Youre better off just going through an automatic car wash. Better price with the same outcome.

I knew that Planet Auto Wash would be different. I took into consideration the different packages and I was a little hesitant at first considering the price, but it was well worth it. They did not disappoint. My car left the wash clean and the staff was detailed and gentle with get every nook and cranny in my car to get it as clean as possible. I definitely plan to return. This was a high quality wash.

Very disappointed. I tried scheduling an appointment with them twice. The first time I called I was told it may rain the next day so if they close they’ll let me know so I can reschedule. I never heard anything. I called the day after that and said no one had contacted me about rescheduling and they apologized and offered to schedule me for the next day first thing in the morning. I got there at 9am and saw that they were closed. Called them again and spoke with the manager about my disappointment and told them that they need to let people know when appointments are being cancelled. She then let me know that they opened at 9:15. How am I supposed to know that?! The only reason I chose them was because the reviews looked good and it seemed like people were happy with their services. Guess I’ll never find out!

They got my order wrong and charged me less. They performed my service to the car in front of me. I explained it to one of the worker, and he got the manager on right away. The manager gave me a better deal without charging extra and gave me free planet car wash coupon. I was very satisfied with the customer service. And my car was clean too!

I have made several visits to this car wash and have never had a bad experience. Keeping a black car clean could possibly be a full time job. If you dont want to clean your car yourself and want to have it done in a jiffy, swing by Planet Auto and they will have you cleaned up and ready to roll!

They now charge $65.00 for any truck larger than a 250 because it needs to be hand washed. Ive been going here for years (under the previous management) and had no issues with my truck being washed - its the same machinery. I wont be returning, there are plenty of competitors in the area.

I love Planet Auto Wash. I have a medium sized dog and she sheds all over my car. One stop at Planet Auto Wash and my car looks like I just pulled off the showroom floor. You cant even tell that I have a dog. They are quick and very efficient. I love also that they send coupons in email!! its awesome!!

This is one of the best car washes that I have used. There have been a couple occasions where the console are could be cleaned a little better.I highly recommend Planet Auto Wash to anyone that is looking for a better alternative to the local are car washes. You may pay a little more but it is worth it!

Had 2 great experiences and looking forward to the next visit. A lot of car washes I ask for my middle section to be wiped down and they never do, each time Planet Auto Wash has done it. They really take the time to clean the inside out better than I could, which is greatly appreciated.

Planet Auto Wash is great. A convenient location and very prompt service. It is super easy, pull up, select the wash package you want, and then you are on your way to a super clean car. Everyone is helpful. I have a cross-over and a 2 year old so my vehicle can be a BIG MESS at times. Planet Autowash always helps me get it clean!

This is one of the best Car Wash in Manassas!!! I have referred everyone I know and especially those who have a new car as this is the most critical time you want to stay on top of keeping your vehicle looking like NEW status. The staff is great with Customer Service and I always leave very pleased of how my vehicle looks. The time in and out is quick and to the point. The waiting area is always nice, clean and they offer a area to sit, watch TV and purchase a snack if need be. If you have not been check it out I am sure you will be pleased.

Great first experience! I used to take my car to Embassy Autowash down the street, but this place is much better. I like the fact that they opened my trunk and cleaned and dried that area so that I dont get dirt streaks coming out the back onto my bumper when I drive off. They also took the time to really hand dry my car and did an outstanding job on the interior as well. Looks like I found a new car wash place.

I went to Planet Auto Wash in Manassas for the first time today and I was very pleased with how thorough they cleaned my car (and it was dirty inside and out). They actually take the TIME to clean it and not just rush it through. Previously I went to Flagship and they spend 1-3 minutes vacuuming,etc, in and out and its not near as thorough as this car wash. We will be coming back! Thank you!

This week I had my 2009 Mazda 5 detailed at Planet Auto Wash and the results were incredible. I have never treated myself to a full auto detail, and have always vacuumed it myself. After almost a decade of the effects of preschoolers who are now teens traveling in the car, the fabric was really showing wear and I decided to use a Groupon to get it detailed. After being shampooed and cleaned in every nook and cranny, my car looks like new, inside and out! Even the sunscreen spots came out. I am so pleased with the efficient, professional service and will definitely come again.

I have black Yukon Denali that I was concerned may have been to big for the car wash. I am happy to say it is not. There is one spot on the rear that never seems to get clean, but when I shared this the staff then took extra measures to handle it manually. I take advantage of the unlimited Jupiter washes so I come in often. I am always in and out in a decent amount of time. The place is clean, modern, and efficient. I would highly recommend going there to anyone.

This is actually one of the better car washes Ive been too. Obviously youre not going to get an immaculate job since it is a mainstream car wash, but for what its there for its great. For $20 they get you through the wash, vacuum, hand dry and leave you with a fresh scent. For something quick and easy I always recommend this wash because I have nothing but positive things to say. The wait usually isnt all that long either unless you go at a prime time. Ive always been satisfied with the outcome of their work, minus the scratches you get from going through the was but thats any car wash.

This was my first visit to Planet wash and the cleaning mechanism today pretty good job of cleaning the exterior of my vehicle. My car was adequately soaked and then a good amount of wax was applied with a finishing rents that got my car very clean.
