Such a joy to drop my BMW 335i off in the morning, take care of many chores of the day and have my car detailed to perfection saving me at least 3 hours of hard hard work making my car look this good. Very very reasonable. Thank you. Sure made for a nice day.

We had a vehicle that sat for a few months and the interior ended up covered in mold. I didnt think it would ever be drivable but I was amazed by what they were able to accomplish in a few hours. See the attached photo for the before and after.

Paid $39 for wash on the outside armor all tires wipe down the inside vacuum the inside. Had to take it back through because the inside was not wiped down even after paying extra and taking it back through the inside was still dirty. The windows were not clean and we’re still spotted with dead bugs and other debris. The seats were not touched at all in regards to vacuuming or wiping.It was my first time there and I won’t be back.

This is a good place for a quick clean once over. The staff is very nice. I havent gotten the highest package here so I cant comment on it. I come here when I want a quick wash and vacuum.

The prices have drastically increased and the service has drastically decreased. I paid $23 for a car wash and still went home and vacuumed the rest of the car and had to spot clean the car where it was still dirty.

It is very rare for me to give a company only one star, but as you can see by the photos, the employees did a terrible job on my car even with the highest paid Premium wash w/an additional $2 trunk vacuum. I do intend to email them and will update my review accordingly.

Basic car was is not cheap and everything is extra, bug removal, wash wheels and such. One cannot vacuum one’s own car. Some people to finish drying the car, but that is an add on. Okay for occasional car washes, but otherwise will break the bank for people on a fixed income.

Take your money elsewhere for getting your car washed. Having multiple levels of service means better service at a higher price. I decided to go with the highest one which is Platinum. I took two of my vehicles on the same day to get cleaned, and the finished product was HORRIBLE! Windows were all smeared with some sort of oil substance, and the drying crew did a terrible job drying the vehicles. Rims were not even touched as far as wiping them off and the door jams were all left untouched. I ended up having to go over both vehicles again once I got them home. After the first vehicle, I informed the clerk at the register that the drying crews were not doing a very good job. She in turn told me that I need to go talk to them myself. Thats not how this works. She should have directed me to the manager so he could go and do his job and talk to them about their below par service. I did finally get to the manager and he said he would take care of it on the second vehicle, that didnt happen. You would think in times like now that you would get decent service on something as simple as cleaning a vehicle. They will not get any of my business in the future!

Worst carwash weve ever been to. Some very rude employees. The woman who came out to ask us what services we wanted was impatient and unprofessional - as my fiance was trying to put on his mask and roll down the window she flung our door open and started barking questions at us. He tried to close the door and she blocked him from closing it until she left. Then at the end of the car wash a dirty towel that was sitting on top of the drying machines few at our window and left a black sluge on it and the window wipers. Pieces of fabric even got stuck in our wipers.The employee at the end who wiped down our car was nice and did his best to clean off the mess.Definitely will never go back here again. $12 for a basic wash and terrible service

Staff very courteous & helpful. I had a complete detail done and was initially very pleased. Entire car looked brand new. But for the next 3 days I had to deal with a lot of wetness in the carpet. I left car doors & windows open each day. The seats & upholstery dried but carpets did not. There was too much water. They need to vacuum out more water when cleaning carpets. Now dealing with a mildew smell.

Took my car for the $35 wash and was semi cleaned, some areas werent touched whatsoever and the cleaners damaged my console tearing the cloth that was previously there before I went in, leaving exposed the insulation, how would you not notice tearing out something from a car? Is what Im wondering

Had to have truck detailed to gift to Father-in-law. It looked brand new when we picked it up. No dog hair ANYWHERE!

Paid for a $34.00 for a service/ car wash(this service was supposed to take ~15-30 minutes), dropped it off after receiving their approval that I could leave the car with them. I returned 1 hour later (I just went to have lunch with the kiddos at Long Horn - walking distance/same parking lot and all), to our surprise the car wash hadnt even started. I did not have additional time to wait due to an appointment subsequently I asked for a refund, they did not want to refund my money - I cancelled my appointment to try to resolve the issue. Police got involved and they still did not want to refund the money, they said they wanted to wash the car but not refund the money - Police said it was a civil matter, not a criminal matter so there was nothing they could do. Obviously after the whole ordeal I told them I refused to do business with them because they had already failed to perform the services requested, and denied to return the money. I have time stamped pictures of car and receipts - car was never washed, the police is my witness.

This is not a good car wash. They rinsed my mats off and then put them back into my vehicle dripping wet. They only dried half of my vehicle off. They use some type of red crayon type thing to mark your window to indicate what service you are requesting - that red crayon was still on my window when I left the car wash. I will not go back.

Everyone was just laying around. I had to walk in and ask if they were open. The people were nice, but the quality and and equipment were horrible. They may have damaged my car in the process. I will not be going back ever.

Decent wash but nothing impressive. Even though I got the inside package, there was still a layer of dust on my dashboard and crumbs on the floor. Outside wash did the job, but its automated.

An employee was killed here sum years ago.freak accident, keep that in mind when getting acar wash here.

They left the door open to my vehicle and got the entire drivers seat wet. They didnt bother to tell me, I discovered it on my own. Then the manager wouldnt comp my wash, but gave me only half off for the next wash. I will NOT be going back here

I paid for the Platinum Wash. The inside after they vacuumed my vehicle was pathetic!! They did a terrible job wiping down the interior for the price I priced. This is not the first time I visited this place. First experience was much better but this experience was just Awful and Unprofessional!!

I have visted this place for a while now, and i havent had a bad experience, i have also known the employes from the start and never have they given me bad service.

Came in on a weekend and was able to get an express detail, it took a little longer than I thought it would but was totally worth it!! My car looks brand new and was totally worth the wait. Staff was friendly and courteous as well!

I brought my car for a wash and the staff broke the driver’s side mirror of my car. When I confronted them and asked for a manager they told me he was busy. When he finally came to talk to me he said that my car was already broken and that they will NOT pay for the damages. In addition to that the manager who is a Hispanic gentleman was extremely rude and insulted me. He is nasty to clients and don’t really know how in hell he is a manager. I do not recommend this place to anyone and if I could give them leas than one star I would. Please stay away from this place.

Since there were waiting lines in the other car wash places, I decided to use this company for my car wash needs. For $18 you get $5 gas station machine wash. Vacuuming of trunk is extra, dressing on tires extra. Not only they forget to clean back window from inside but they used dirty cloth to clean the windows from inside, I had to re-clean my windows when I get home.No wonder they are completely dead when other car washes are busy. Do Not recommend this car wash place.

I cannot begin to tell you how horrible this place was. This was my first time here and the attendant at the front told me to get out of my vehicle and go inside to pay. Then the cashier told me to go to the end and wait. As I saw my car go through, the attendant at the end yelled at me about why I wasnt in my car. I then told him I was told to come down here. As they dried off my car I saw the back window was open and the interior of my vehicle was wet. So I complained to the attendant and then they bring out the manager who says that it isnt his problem, because I did not ride through with my car... After I was told not to. After a while they agreed to dry off the interior.I will never go back here or even recommend it to anyone. This place is poorly managed and the line of communication is broken beyond repair.

This is the best car wash service in the area. The brushes used at this location did not scratch my car while at another location on Centreville, my car was beat up horribly by their crushing. I went to Soap and Suds for an entire year with no issues. The owner is professional and pleasant and tries to help ensure great care is given to each car.

This used to be the best car wash in Manassas. No longer. I had to wash today and The roof of my car is still dirty. For $20, best unacceptable. No attention to detail at all.

Got the unlimited interior and exterior package, they are terrible with the interior, have to show them how to vacuum properly everything or else they will miss lots of areas. The wipe down is even worse, lately Ive had to tell them not to touch the interior and end up doing it myself at home. I dont think its the employees not doing the right job so much but rather the owners telling them to clean as quick as possible so they can make more $$. I will be canceling membership at end of month.

Great place if you like to wash your car twice or if your car is already clean...attention to detail and doing a quality job must not be one of the things they teach there employees. They quality of work isnt the worst part the employees look like they are prisoners in that place I feel bad taking my car there to get washed.

This used to be pretty decent in terms of quickness, but they stared a new monthly payment plan that allows people to get priority & move ahead in line. Now it takes a lot longer than before because people that arrived after you may get theirs done quicker.

My new best car wash for my car!!! When you do things yourself, they usually turn out better and this car wash is the place to do it. You can go just to vacuum which is free, just a car wash or both. Prices very reasonable. I wish they were open on Sunday.

The Carwash is great because when come we as employees we tak care of you in 15 minutes or less to make sure that when you leave, you with a great smile on your face. At Soap and Sud Carwash we are the best and cant no other carwash beat our price or customer satisfaction.

This isnt my first choice because they rush on interior vacuuming, window cleaning and wiping down surfaces. I do want to highlight that the exterior of the vehicle is always great.

Dont expect to come here and get a good clean on the inside. Ive been a few times now and each time they NEVER vacuum between the seats. I just left from here and my whole middle counsel looked as if it wasnt touched. My husband wont come here any more and Im making this the last time for me as well.

I came on Sunday evening for a Express Interior Detail (which includes the full car wash as well) and I am very happy with my service. I have two dogs, and their short hair is a pain to get out from my car, but there was not one hair when I got my car back. It took about 1.5 hours, and i dont think it was unreasonable. I would recommend this place, and definitely will be back.

I use to come to this car wash twice every week, it was the best car wash in town until they sold it new owners. It is now one of the worst car washes in town and also prices went up... sorry but this is not the place to go.

I kid you not. I was a regular customer here and Ill tell you why Im no longer. I came in here on New Years day 2016 and witnessed an accident caused by negligence of the employees of the wash. This car wash is on a track system which requires the vehicles to be placed in the NEUTRAL gear, driverless. One employee failed to place the car in NEUTRAL, leaving the vehicle in DRIVE. As a result, the vehicle in DRIVE rear ended the vehicle in front of it.Quality and quick service is one thing, but failing to ensure the safety of those around you is another thing. I feel rushed as a customer here, and the cashier fails to give customers the time of day. For example, when having a conversation, one should look individuals in the eye. This particular individual fails to do so, rushing to get to the next customer. Ill ask a question, and this particular individual will walk away while spitting out an answer. The quality of the wash does not justify the negligence and service of the employees.

The worst service I have ever had for $18 your tires will not be cleaned my windows were not cleaned and the manager said nothing. I spoke with the manager who was horribly rude I will NEVER go back here again or reccomend this car wash.

Used to enjoy coming here and spending my money--not anymore.There is a problem when the employee drying off my vehicle points our to me that the interior windows had not been cleaned off, and the wheels looked atrocious.When I brought it to the service managers attention I was blamed for not washing my car enough, and that the owner likely would charge me $5 per wheel to get them clean the next time. They did take care of it this time.Cant give you my business anymore with this attitude and lack of service.

This place did an awful job in cleaning my car. Dirt on the inside and water marks all over the outside as they dried it. They hurried me along so that others could get done. Save your money!

Great Carwash with new technology conveyor system that doesnt touch the rims or wheels. Even wide four wheels Duallys can be loaded not like conventional car washes that have tracks. Friendly staff and clean environment make me feel good when my cars are being washed there. Also they have great detail services.

They used to do a much better job in the past. They also raised the prices but not the quality of their work. They rush through the vacuum process and do a sloppy job. Still a lot cheaper than other places, but you get what you pay for 🤷🏽‍♀️

You pay extra for suv wash, but they dont clean anything extra. In fact my rear window is easier to clean than a sedans and it didnt even get touched on the inside. Then you get to listen to music that the staff chooses that you wouldnt want your kids exposed to; aka music that uses n%g€r, b!t(h, @$$ at least 20 times each while waiting 5 minutes. Then they cant be bothered to dress the whole tire after you pay for the #1 was package. Place is a joke. I will be canceling my club membership once I address all my issues with management.

Updated review July 2018:Went here a couple of times recently and was, frankly, underwhelmed with the service quality both times. It feels like there was less staff working than in the past for a weekend day. Wait time just to be recognized was lengthy for only three cars in the vacuum bay in front of me. The wash staff made a big deal of making sure the customer was in the car when it went through the wash, citing OSHA. If this is going to be a long-term requirement going forward, the wash should consider putting a pay station outside so that one does not have to leave the car, go inside to pay, then go back into the car to send it through the tunnel. Also, there were several spots on the car that were not adequately cleaned off, something that never happened at this car wash as recently as just a few months ago. This was surprising, since the car wash didnt seem all that busy at the time I was there. I was a regular customer here, but next time I might consider another wash in the area.Previous review from May 2018:(five stars) Regular customer! This car wash consistently does a great job cleaning my vehicle, and with a smile too! I come here from Woodbridge because I find that the full-service car washes west of I-95 in Woodbridge a) dont do a good job on my vehicle, and/or b) the staff exhibit poor customer service.

I really used to like this place a lot but the new management is pretty awful. I paid for platinum and they did not do any of the things they were supposed to. I had to keep telling them to go back and do X and Y. My car is still dirty... I finally just left. Called the manager and he didnt seem to care as he is really busy! Also my midsize SUV is now an oversized vehicle but the guy in the F150 behind was not. WHAT?! I wont be back... over priced for what you get. Sad because it used to be the only place I would take my car!

My car looks brand new all the time as I bought a subscription for unlimited washes in a month. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, Sorry others did not have the same experience, but we have been using this place since it opened and they always do an excellent job.

It was my first experience with this car wash, I asked to get a membership in order to get 50%birthday discount . After I provided personal information they charged me full price for the wash, when I asked why I didn’t recieved the discount I asked for the explanation manager German said he don’t know why system is acting up and Im holding the line . Cussed me out in Spanish and left . Also I asked for a 4$ shining spray for my tires (which I never recieved as well) . Worst customer service . Thank you for ruining my Sunday morning .

Vacuum half of the truck. Didnt Worry about the cleaning wheels but theres enough tire shine on the truck for 3 vehicles.

Worst car was ever! Paid for the most expensive package and th inside was half done. I asked for it to be cleaned again and they still did not remove the dirt. I show the guy right then and there and i had to show him with a napkin I had in the car,how easy it was to remove the dirt!!!! Manager acted like he did not want to do anything.I give them 0 stars.

Very good job and for that amount of money is really good where you can wash your car every time and have it vacuumed and anterior clean all looks good and clean.

What you pay isnt what you get. Owner seems irritated all the time. Instead of working the register he should be walking the premisses and checking out the job quality of the work. How exactly do the ground crew know what you paid for? No sticker on the window like most other car washes... Paid for the most expensive car wash and the inside wasnt wiped down, no tire shine, doors not wiped down, etc. Speaking English would help a lot...

Employees are very nice. Only problem is that they did not clean the interior of my car good. They left the inside dusty and not clean at all. The carpet cleaning was alright but i was not satisfied.

Over prices and ok customer service. My advice go somewhere else. You wont catch me there.

Worst service ever paid 40 dollars for a car wash waited 40min for the hot wax and detail. ended up getting the GM WITH A RAG WHO BARLEY WIPED ANYTHING and told me he was top requested (brandon) AND LIGHTLY PUT TIRE SHINE ON THE TIRES WHILE THE OWNER WATCHED. THIS PLACE IS DUMPSTER JUICE!! WILL NEVER RETURN AND THIS IS THE AHORT VERSION!

Great service everytime

Paid for an interior cleaning (pricier than many other places around here), got it home to look at it and the inside was still dirty. Nothing was dusted, seats didnt looked vacuumed, and inside the windows that they cleaned were super streaky. Also, before it went through the carwash, they didnt put down my antenna, take off my back magnet, etc. First and last time Ill be going here.

They have great service with friendly staffs. I will keep coming over here, for they provide very good service which is worth your money!
