Mr Gharavinia, owner, is very fair, professional and conscientious. Honest work at a fair price. I highly recommend his shop for Mercedes repairs. I have had experience with the dealer and with other Mercedes local shops. I won’t go back to any of them and I will entrust my car to Lexus for repairs - with assured confidence. His staff is also very polite and amicable. Good people!

Iraj is the best Mercedes Benz mechanic EVER! Having worked on Mercedes Benz for 30+ years, he really knows these cars, all makes and models. Within my family we have 4 different type of Mercedes Benz and Raj and his team service them all at a fraction of the cost of the dealership service centers. I love that Raj never recommends a service that is not needed nor does he jack up the rate of labor to a ridiculous amount. He is fair and honest and Im so glad I found him for our family. We will never go to the dealership for service again.

This place never gives you a call to tell you how much its gonna cost, they wont call you to tell you your car is ready to be picked up. they also dont double check their work. Ive had two intances where i brought my car back 5 minutes after i picked it up. This place is good for basic maintenance. I dont bring my car here anymore.

Iraj @ Luxus You saved me a lots of money once again and I wanted to publicly thank you. If you own a Mercedes this is the only place you want to bring it for service and repairs. Just recently I was travelling out of town on business when I noticed my brakes felt quite different under use. It felt the stopping power was a little down but not to the point of feeling unsafe. I found the nearest Mercedes Dealership and requested a diagnostics of the brakes and related systems. Long story short.. They gave me a laundry list of problems and corrective requirements to fix the car and remove the warning light. All total an estimated cost of $1400. My spider senses started going off and I told them no thank you, paid the checkout fee and left. When I got back home the next day I went to see Iraj. I told him what I noticed and dropped the car off. He called me 3 hours later, Car is fixed, All you needed was new front brake pads. Bill $169.00. He is the first mechanic where I do not even ask what it will cost to fix before I have work done. He will only do what is needed, never up sells, allows me to bring mine own part If I can get it cheaper. He has always the best price for a repair. I am thinking about buying a new car but If I choose a different make, I will loose the best mechanic I have ever worked with. I beginning to think it may be better to keep Iraj and my Mercedes to keep more money in my pocket all the way around.

Period.If you must read on.... As a MB owner (CLK, SLK, E-Class, CLS, GL among others, I (here we go with the Is)... I have experienced all the great and not so great qualities that a benz will grant its owner... for which I have come to truly appreciate Iraj s work, management style, and no BS attitude in every single visit.If you, as a MB owner, expect for service men to brown nose you while charging you $$$.. take your baby to the dealer.. if you, as a automobile enthusiast and MB lover, expect to truly understand what is being performed on your Benz, take your baby to Luxus ( dam.. this review got a bit sweet.. lol).. anyhow. 5 stars for Iraj and the team.Cheers!JPC

Used Luxus since 2009. Beats all dealer service prices and has kept my MB in top shape without padded costs. Made the mistake of going elsewhere only once. Great service at half the cost. Iraj is honest and trustworthy they wont do uneeded work.

This guys is a joke of a mechanic... all he does is LIE LiE LIE...he will tell you your car is ready and it’s not I had to get 2 Uber’s in two days from warrenton to manassas and go back because he failed to tell me my car was not ready! He does not know what he’s doing and looks very very confused... Please save yourself trouble and RUN all the other reviews on here are fake and this IRAJ guy is a SCAMMER!!!

Do not go here unless you want your car to not be fixed and still get charged. My mom took her car here and they took the car and gave her a resolution, well that resolution was incorrect and we kept on going back to them to fix the car. Eventually 3 weeks later we gave up and we think they broke our sunroof as well. They charged us 1500 dollars and the car still had its issues, they offered to fix it but they keep saying that you keep taking your car back and forth, they had the car for three weeks. So in conclusion don’t take your car to them unless your ready for a experience like ours.
