I love visiting this place as you can get all your basic work done really quickly. If you make an appointment, you would be done within 15 to 20 minutes for most oil changes. Their services are really affordable and they do not over charge or try to sell something that is not needed.

We have been going here for 10 years. Honest, reasonable prices and good work. For safety inspections I can usually get in and out without a wait.

Im wary of mechanics with good reason, Ive been stiffed and lied to before. Finding an honest mechanic is hard and the older gentleman that owns this place is nice and all, but I feel like he had a grudge.I brought my work van in for a simple safety inspection which I have done before here, with my other vehicles too, but this last visit rubbed me the wrong way. At first he told me it passed, but showed me my front drivers side brake pad was worn but passable. I said cool, thanks, I can take care of that. I think once he found out I wasnt going to use them to perform the repair, he decided not to pass me.So after telling me I passed, as he was finishing up he said I didnt pass and kept asking for me to pay the $16. I go back to work tomorrow off vacation so this put me in a bind.I ended up taking it to another spot and it passed.This just goes to show when theres a wolf in sheeps clothing. I wont be coming back here. I recommend you dont either.

Ive been going to Unique Automobile Care, for about five years. Mostly for inspections and minor repairs to pass inspection. When the alternator went out in my car in the middle of my hectic small business work day I chose to go to Unique. The work was done when promised and I was glad to be back in my car. A few weeks later my friend looked over the invoice expecting the parts cost to be high. That was not the case, the price was very close to his favored online parts supplier once shipping was considered. A pleasant surprise.The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I feel Im treated with genuine respect here. As long as I live or work here Ill be a Unique Automobile Care customer.

I was lucky to find this place through my father. It has been a godsend. If you want honest service and honest assessments of your vehicle, then you need to bring your car here. Since I have started bringing my Volkswagen here my repair bills are a tenth of what they were.They tell me the truth about what needs to be done with my car and that is priceless. I had become used to taking my car to my local German repair shop and would walk out with no less than $1000 repair bills every time. Magically my car no longer has the systemic problems it used to.Do yourself and your wallet a favor and come here.

The man who worked on my van was a sweet, older man. I had come in for two inspections and he was quick and sincere. Totally coming back for my other vehicle. Prices were good too. Thank u for great service, because that is hard to find!

The most honest and friendly car repair service you could wish for! We’ve been taking our cars here for a few years now. Today I had a coolant leak and overheating engine on the way to work. Instead I dragged myself to the shop. They took care of everything (luckily just a coolant hose) right then and I was back on the road in under an hour!

The owner of the shop confirmed what my issue was; however, he did not inform/notify/ask me if it was okay to put my car on the lift for a $25 fee as it was not needed to look at the top of the engine and observe the noise coming from the water pump pulley. Nonetheless, businesses have to make money but give me the option first as I couldve clearly showed him there was no need to lift the car up.

Please avoid this place : This place is close to my work so i took my car here . I came back to work after dropping my car, they called me at 4:30 and said it was ready to pickup, i went at 4:45 and all of them were gone for the day . It was a friday, so i had to spend all weekend without my car . They did not even apologize for what they did . Even worse, my started to give out a whole bunch of issues since they worked on it . I would never take my car to this shop again .
