Wonderful nail salon! I asked for a sunflower accent nail. The girl admitted she wasn’t sure if she was going to be able to do it but she’ll try and it turned out excellent! I got the basic gel manicure there.

Dope place, it’s next to a dunkin so that’s already a plus. Staff is really nice, Michelle is the OG as the youngsters would say. Big fan of their work, the staff is professional, and there’s always top level banter. Can’t say anything negative about the place, I’m a big fan

Worst nail salon in the area! I went her because I was given a gift certificate. I had a gel manicure which apparently included painting your fingers and missing spots on your nails and a pedicure that was rushed and extremely basic at best. I was the only customer in the place so there was no need for rushing me through.The women doing my nails was Kelly. She rushed me picking out a color which is so annoying I’m an adult I know what I’m looking for can you give me 2 minutes to look at my options. She helped me match the gel color to a regular color for my toes which was great except she put the colors on her work station and painted my toes some other color that luckily was close that was over in the pedicure station already because they weren’t going to change it at least not for free. Everyone that worked there couldn’t be bothered with even a hello.While I was getting my pedicure done another women came over and started the process of taking my gel polish off my nails. I go to the nail salon to take me time and relax I hate when you can’t enjoy the short crappy pedicure they gave because they were soaking and scraping my nails the whole time.The kicker to the entire visit was when it came to the tip. I didn’t have cash so of course they were annoyed so I asked them to include it when they ran my card. I gave her an amount I saw fit based on the service I got. She wanted a full 20% and said that straight to my face and basically refused to run the card until I upped the amount which I did but still not to the full 20% she walked away with my card came back for me to sign the slip and added in the full 20% anyway. I have never in my life experienced something like this and I will never be back. I typically tip over 20% but I didn’t feel the service was worth the 20%.

My wife and daughter went for a manicure and pedicure. One of the employees was working on my daughters nails and stopped in the middle to take someone else who came in and wanted my daughter to wait until she finished with the new person. What kind of person does that to someone? My wife demanded that someone else finish my daughters manicure. The job was rushed and looked horrible.

The lady was extremely sweet and they got me in right away! The work was well done.

Recently I was moved to work to an office in the area and wanted to give this place a shot. The woman that was helping me seemed like she was in a rush and wasn’t listening to my requests. I do not recommend this place for anyone doing SNS manicure. She oversoaked my nails with acetone and said they were weak and proceeded to cut them. I have my normal/regular nail tech I go to and she said the contrary that my nails are strong mind you she isn’t in a rush to soak and get me through the door. Anywho.. the woman that helped me in Harbor nails did a variation of shapes on my nails and slanted angles. I have one nail round and the other square. To top off everything; I asked the woman if there was a way to clean up my fingers because some of the powder and top coat got on it and it looked messy. Guess what her beautiful answer was; that I can take it off with water. This isn’t my first and manicure so I know how it’s supposed to go. It was a waste of money and time. I now have to go to my nail tech to fix this mess. Not sure how the other services at this establishment is but I will not be going back..

No rush service, highly sanitary, open space, great staff, excellent quality.

I asked for a pedicure and manicure. The lady di my pedicure in 5 minutes. When I asked her if she was finished already she said yup. I looked down at my feet and saw blood. She cut me becuse she was rushing! I told her you cut me and she just said yup. I asked her why was she rushing when no one was there but me and one more person. She just said to me she is not rushing and im crazy. The worst experience I have ever had a a nail salon and I am 39 years old.

I just got acrylic nails done not even 2 days ago and two of my nails (both my pointer fingers) have already broken. I am beyond annoyed because I paid $40 to have very bad work done. They also did not fill my nails in 100% making it look like Ive already had these nails for over a week. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience. No one greeted us at the door, I waited for over an hour for a manicure and two people that came after me were served first cause they needed more done. The ladies were extremely bossy and unwelcoming. Never going back again.
