I booked my appointment for 11AM got there at 10:45. Waited a whole hour just for the lady to cut my big toe with the nail drill. Then the owner did a horrible job with my nails. They look like something a beginner nail tech could have done. The cuticles do not look nice. The acrylics weren’t blended well like ombré is supposed to be. He did a subpar below below below average job for someone who has had this store for years. What I wanted vs. what I got.

I went in for an appointment and had wait over an hour to be serviced. The man that did my nails did them horribly and to top it off they had roaches. They had children running around yelling and screaming and my husband foot bled because they cut his toe multiple times and when I asked him to do my nail polish over because it was clumpy he told me I had to wait while he serviced other people. I will never go back there.

Its Joseph for me in there. I never sit in the other ladies chairs, but Joseph is where its at.

A friend recommended me this place and I loved it! Cristy is the best, Ive had never have a pedicure so amazing till now, prices are very affordable. Although place isnt very fancy and it looks a little messy, it seems theyre following covid-19 guidelines.

So I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure and they still had me wait 30 mins when I got here. Once I got in the seat the water was freezing so I told them and they changed nothing. Fast forward to doing my toes, the woman cuts my big toe (it’s bleeding like crazy) and she grabs the foot water to try and cover the bleeding then continues like nothing happened. I had to stop her and tell her it hurts. Literally the worse experience and to top it all off my toes didn’t even come out that nice. Honey, save your time and money and don’t waste it here.

This is a great salon. I’ve lived all around and have been searching for a new salon and this is it!!! My past few visits have been exceptional. They have incredible prices ($25 pedi, 35 dip manicure) and good service. The owner goes above & beyond to take care. Definitely recommend over Tip Top.

So bad service

Zero would be better if I couldI had planned a great surprise for a friend for pedicures the place I normally go to across the street was closed, so I went here I have had multiple pedicures and usually enjoy them this was the worst experience for both of us. He has sensory sensitivities, I told her MULTIPLE times no scrubbing. When I said just trim his toes and massage his feet, she continued to try and file them and pull off cuticle on the side, my feet were burning at one point and I had to put them back in the water because they hurt so bad (I inspected at home and there are tiny cuts all over my feet like a cheese grater was taken to my foot) after slathering on neosporin they still hurt. This place is NOT clean and the two women had zero command of the English language, I think whoever inspects these places needs to inspect this one. I will NEVER be back!!

Place is not clean anymore, the guy at the front is rude, they are not welcome you. Its like you wait or go, its your business. I started doing my nails there for few years but I dont go often, today I went there and the guy told me : what do I want and I said both and he said have a seat( like I am nothing more than a rat, and if you want to wait, wait. I dont know when we are going to do it for you.

The guy there his name is tu like the number two. He’s very unpleasant, I actually like him but it seems like he does not like his job anymore and I want to let him know that it’s not nice for a female to feel the Way in a nail salon... i like tip top nails better they are right next door and if your anything like me? I love crazy nails and Tom right next door at tip top nails does a lot better . Your welcome sis !

This is my go to place, they’re not too expensive and do a great job on acrylics. Although I’ve gotten gel there and it peeled off not even a day late I recommend them if you’re getting acrylics. They have a huge color selection and they do a very good job. I would recommend making an appointment before hand though, they’re usually pretty busy.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place is honestly that horrible.If I could give a negative stars, I would. Before booking the appointment for this salon, I decided to read the reviews. Please please please do not believe in any of the positive reviews that you see. They are not true.I’ve been to this place 2 times. The first time was a horrible experience for me but I decided to give them another chance. The second time was even worse. I witnessed the manager yell at people and cut them off as they were speaking both times that I was there. In addition, the wait time is unacceptable. I waited for 1 hour and a half before being seen and I had an appointment. Please go to any nearby nail salon rather than this one. It’s surprising that this place is still in business.

Pros: Affordable nail service prices ($20 gel color, $35 dip), fast service, lady who does waxing (Nancy) does wonderful eyebrow waxing service ($12!!! Brow and lip!). She also does amazing nails. Wait time not too bad. Cons: front desk guy can be grumpy. Cramped cluttered space. Salon needs a deep cleaning. Waxing room is small fyi. Lost 1 star because they need to update their space.

Its cheep and relatively clean, lol. if you are getting a fill or gels and want something quick and cheep, this is your place. if you want something nice and relaxing, go somewhere more higher end.... this is exactly what youd expect for the price (which you CANNOT BEAT!). I get acrylics and I couldnt be happier.

The owner, the male, is AMAZING at doing nails. Ive been to hundreds of nail salons over the years and now he is the only one I let touch my nails. He takes his time on your nails, paying special attention to detail and shaping to your liking. My nails always come out perfect.

I always get my nails done here .. They always do a great job. Very affordable and customer friendly.. Definitely recommend others to come and you can make appointment as well .

The people are very nice the owner did a good job on my nails, he can be a little aggressive though lol my cuticles hurt. He was nice to ask me what I wanted. He went out and came back smelling like smoke but w.e, the major thing I didn’t like was his tone of voice with people it made him seem super rude.

When you are looking for cheap this is the place to go and of course you get cheap shoddy work. Two stars is for the pleasant smiles from staff

The man was so aggressive when he was doing my acrylics, he did them so poorly. I got them done on monday, and they are already falling off. I want my money back. I paid $35 for what? a poor job? i want my money and i’m going to go to a different place.

I wish I could post a picture of the hack job that was done to my eyebrows. It’s my anniversary dinner tonight and my usual threading place is not open. I go in and specifically ask the lady not to reshape but just clean around my brows. She literally cut my brow width in half and argued with me that she only took a little off. Never again.

I love this place. Great people and super service. They pay attention to detail and are customer-oriented. I like their prices too.

First time there and Im pleased.

This is my go to place when I want a cheap mani/pedi. They do an excellent job on my feet and always shape my nails the way I like for a french mani/pedi. The girls who work there are very nice and they always make me feel comfortable. However, the place is always busy and I sometimes end up waiting 20-30 minutes so its good to make an appointment. Its not a 5 start salon but it is clean and Ive never had a problem with them. They do good quality work in taking their time to work on you and listening to you.Also, their nail polish selection is not to my liking especially since they do not carry Essie nail polish! They only have OPI and other brands which I do not like. Its true that the owner does comes across rude but maybe its a cultural thing so I just ignore him and I dont take it personally. I give only 4 star because I had to wait 30 minutes!

If there was a option of 0 stars I would. When I went there with my friend I had to wait 30mins. The color options were terrible. We saw an argument between a customer and a worker. The person that was doing my nails,guy, was laughing at the argument.My nails were bleeding and rushed. It was my first and last time there and I will not be a customer there.

I do not suggest anyone to go here. Owner was extremely rude. He has a strong accent and I had a hard time understanding him so he ended up yelling at me. Then while he was doing my nails he went outside to go smoke and then came back smelling like cigarettes. Last but not least another customer came into the salon and they waited 30 minutes to tell her that she would have to wait two hours. Ridiculous! Plus my gel manicure wasnt nice!

Im not a person who writes review but this place will never see my face ever again. Ive been doing nails in ages this the first time I went to a place and Im so disappointed.This young kid (boy) took forever to do my pedicure pulled my skins etc I was annoyed the whole time and I asked for a gel nails manicure the guy just buffed my nails and told me to go wash my hands hoping when I get back hell start the cleaning etc since it was my first time going there I thought that was their ways of doing gel shellac, when I asked why putting the polish without removing any cuticles he said your nails are fine no need to clean and plus its cheaper anyway 🙄 If I cleaned your nails itll cost you more smh.Today is day one and my polish is already chipping what a poor and horrible service 🙄I dont care how cheap and affordable they are but service is horrible on my part and plus I didnt go there for a cheap price I went because I needed a mani/pedi and they are down the street from my jobTheyll never see me again.

I will never go back to this place to do my nails again! I went to get a pedicure and the Lady was very rude, she was talking about me the whole time to the other nail tech. she had the nerve to ask me when was the last time u did ur nails, when I told her about a month ago, she said no it must have been years. Then she ask me if I am married, and told the other nail tech that my husband would choke sucking me toes. Seriously, this lady was all sexual about my toes.

Bad costumer service. I went there for a pedicure, I got in with a cast on my broken wrist and they all started speaking their language and laughing about my wrapper hand. Even though they did a good job with my pedicure, they really made me uncomfortable with my wrapped hand like if it was a shame that I was injured. I was ok never go back again.

I like this place alot. Very friendly and its clean not like other nails places in Malden.

This is the worst place to go if you would ask me the owner is so rude the guy that sits infront,very disrespectful and ill mannered I would never recommend anyone to go to this place always go to wonder nails right opposite...Natural nails is a very very bad nail salon even the girls that work in there are the worst so hell no...You can all go to hell worst nail salon:(

I only gave 1 star because I had to. I actually got an infection in My foot from dirty tools. This place is a dump. Dont ever go here.

Horrible !!!!!Dont go there to get your nails doneI asked to put gold designs on my mom nails and she put white designs and the designs looks like for little kids such as a 5 year old . Waste of my money !!!
