I’ve been coming here for about a year for wash and fold service. The prices are reasonable and they do a great job. I have two very fluffy cats and you wouldn’t know based on how well they wash my clothes.

Web N’ Wash provides a spectacular service everytime. they always save me with fast and great customer service. I’ve been located in malden for years and moved to Peabody and I still choose them! super clean, folded and fresh always!!! thank you, guys.

The owner was kind enough to pay for the dryer because I didnt know there were free dryers available.

The new owner Not friendly at all. The space is dirty most of the time. The washing machines barely use water. The clothes looks dry while washing. I have been coming here for so many years, but I am so disappointed with the way the machines are washing lately that I am already looking for a new laundromat. I miss the way it was before with the old owner.

First of all, maybe they should clean and dust a little, get their machines a fixed.

The people that work here are EXTREMELY rude. Several times my boyfriend I have come here and gotten an attitude from multiple people that work here. One who even rolled her eyes at me and was going to refuse me using the washer when it clearly states the last wash STARTS at 8:15pm in multiple places and it was BEFORE 8:15pm. I have worked customer service for years and there are very few places where customers are treated like this. My boyfriend and I have also been questioned by other customers for using certain machines which they claimed were “there’s”. I stopped coming here for months because of that. I decided to give it one more try and came back to find rude people working again and half of the dryers not working...I will not be coming back here.

Avoid at all cost, or wash at your own risk. As I was doing laundry I observed a woman call over to whom i assume to be the an employee or owner and HEARD her tell him there was a roach/bug that fell into the soap port.... I continued to watch them not sure what he was tellling her but she was clearly upset..I asked her outside what had happened and she told me it was nothing too bad And she didnt want to scare people away . Not sure if she stayed after but hopefully she got a refund and left! If my clothes werent already drying I would have left immediately..... I ended up going to another laundry to rewash my clothes as I didnt want to risk it also the dryer I put my dark clothing in smelt like pee or mildew which means they are not cleaning the traps of the dryer. Ive only been here 4 times. Sickening

Been doing laundry here for years . It used to be so clean, I used to watch the old staffs clean the machine and the floor all the time. I don’t know if there’s a change or something But now there’s trash all over the floor and machine are all dusty and dirty and there’s nothing in the kids play room, My people or me will not be coming here no more.

New owners are nice very helpful and they are trying to fix it up.

Its a good laundromat, clean and the machines work. The staff is helpful. A 2 load size wash is $6.95. $8 if you need heavy soil setting. Dryers are .40 for 5 minutes. Close to Malden Station. Free WiFi but NO computers.

Good experience, but people dont read the posts and make me feel I have to rush to do my laundry.

Nice large and clean laundromat with lots of large washers and dryers. Machines dont take coins, you need to purchase a card from a vending machine and load it up to use much like a Charlie Card. They have large machines that can handle comforters and such. There is a kids room in the back to give the kids a place to play, while still keeping an eye on them. There is free wi-fi as is implied in the name. Even though it was very busy on a holiday Monday I was there, I didnt have to wait longer than a couple minutes for a washer to open up for me to use.

I only go here for convenience. The machine wash well and the small dryers are free. But Ive been noticing that the tables DIRTY and tops of the washing machines are very dusty! I always make sure I wipes them down with Clorox wipes before I put my clean clothes on them. I also always wipes down the carts too. They are suppose to usually wipe everything down the night before but I guess thats too much of a hassle. But after todays visit I was sick! I noticed a dead roach on the floor! YES! A DEAD roach was on the floor! I thought my eyes were not seeing clearly but they were. They dont even serve food so how do they have this issue? I told the attendant so hopefully she at least clean up that issue.

Lily and the other ladies are wonderful. This place is always clean. Everybody that works there was always kind.

Its nice and clean but the wifi doesn’t work all that well. How ever the biggest problem is that one to two people will monopolize all the dryers. There will only be five people in the mat however, all 40 dryers will be occupied, half of them with completed loads just sitting in the machine for over 10-20min. They need some kind of enforcement of the dryers.

Best laundromat in Malden! This is a super clean, brightly lit, laundromat with WiFi. Its a short trek from my home, but is by far the best laundromat Ive visited in Malden. Their wash dry fold service is excellent! For a few extra dollars more than doing your own laundry, you can drop off and pick up your laundry. This has been a life saver for me. While working and going to school full time, I just dont have time to run all of my errands. This service saves me 2-3 hours every couple weeks, freeing up study and sleep time. Staff is very friendly. I had a few confusing interactions early on with parking for the washing machine, but dropping off clothes since then has been no problem.

It is hard when the workers do not speak english... not even the basics to communicate with!!! otherwise some girls are nice!

A lot of dryers out of service and people are to fight over them (and I mean yelling).I’ve asked the attendants to allow people to use the dryers set aside for their use to take care of the backlog. But not to confident that’s going to happen.Of course my mistake for coming on Sunday.Update- attendants not going to do anything about the backlog

Ive edited my review since being a patron for over a year now.PSA: The washing machines automatically shut down at 8:15pm. Signs on their front door say last wash by 8:15pm but its unclear that its non-negotiable. Dont argue with the staff, they cant do anything about it!Pros:- Very fast washing machines (25-40 mins depending on size)- Free dry cycles Mon-Fri!- Extremely clean place. The staff are constantly sweeping and dusting.- Plenty of baskets and folding tables.- They put forgotten laundry into clean, plastic bags and store them until you retrieve them.- Free, fast wi-fi.- Has an enclosed kids room for children to be entertained and out of the way.Cons:- The past few months, there have been way too many out-of-order dryers. They already dont have enough, in my opinion, so having 6-8 broken ones is no good.

I left my clothes drying for 35 minutes and when I went back 5 minutes late, the lady who works there had taken my clothes off the dryer without noticing me, so I told her it was my first time there, and I didn’t know that I couldn’t be late taking the clothes off the dryer. She started yelling me saying that I couldn’t left my clothes overtime in the dryer. Place is super crowded and disrespectful staff. Never going back again.

I cant agree more with the reviews. Women work at the laundry obviously lack of politeness. One of them often give attitude to customers. Unpleasant experience at wash and web Laundromat in Malden.

Nice place, but gets very busy

I have to log on to the Dunkin donuts wifi around the corner because the wifi never works here.. They should not be called wash n web. There are plenty of stations to plug in laptops however most of the outlets are broken.

This place was great but now is turning into a mess . They have to many dryers out of order so when is time to dry you have to wait to long Lily and her team are amazing 👍

The women that run the laundromat are racist and discriminatory towards those that dont speak Spanish. One of the worst laundromat I have ever washed my clothes in

Horrible lie about the hours of operation. Cant do wash after 8.00. Also, stealing money through the cash card program in place, no refund of remaining balance. Stay away.

Im really mad today have been doing laundry here about 8 months but I went here the told to pay on Saturday and and always do laundry on Saturday so I nerve pay before today the make me pay hate that
