Only go there because it is at the bottom of my street . Half the machines I have tried dont work properly . They dont add water during the wash cycle and I have to pay twice to properly wash my clothes . Also there is no way to contact anyone about these problems .

So dirty and no one is there for assistant. so many out of work machines i had bad experience. when you call to the no they post no one answers. You cant wash with hot water.

One of the worst laundromats Ive ever been to. Machines are dirty & not maintained, their card system and machine to load the money on the cards is constantly out of order. Theres never anyone around to help you regardless what time of day you go there. This place is right next to my house so if they were more concerned about the quality of their business, I would use them all the time. Instead I would rather go out of my way to Main Street Laundromat. Save yourself the aggravation and do the same!

The worst service I have this place, The laundry machine was not working the machine took my money and not working so call customer service the told me that they gonna refund my money 4:50 cents to my home address by email what kind of customer service they have! I told them they can have my money and work on there customer service I left with out washing my clothes I will never come back this place not recommended for anybody!

Very bad experience which I have ever had in all my life! For several times (more than 5 times in 5 months until now!), I had stucked my clothes inside the washer of them! I have lost money, without performing the correct operation until the end (a lot of money!!). By reading the reviews, sincerely I do expect someone can take action and raise a demand against this very laundry before the Court of Justice, because of the repeated injustices committed against the community, made up of honest people, who are depending on a decent, clean and fair service! I am very angry and frustrated not for me, but for all those people!!

I had a great experience here tonight. I started my wash about 40 minutes prior to closing. I left and hadnt planned on drying it so I came back 10 minutes till closeting. Before I arrived the attendant had taken my bedding and placed it into a dryer for me.

Place is dirty with lots of broken machines. Clothes got stuck on rinse cycle and no one there to help. Called the 800 number and they would send someone out in 3 days so my clothes would have been running on rinse for 3 days. So not cool. Found reset button and was able to free my clothes. Have been doing there for a year and it is getting worse and worse never again.

This laundromat is deplorable. The machines break while youre doing the wash and there is nobody there working to help you get your clothes out after the machine breaks. So a lot of people have broken the machines to get their clothes out so a lot of the machines are broken nobodys working there and the place is dirty staff when they are there a rude not to mention the machines take your money sometimes and getting it back its not worth the time.

Many machines labeled out of order the remaining machines are a gamble as to which work or not. During my last visit, one washing machine was full of standing water which smelled like urine. The other washer I used had a stuck handle which trapped my clothes without washing until I spent 15 minute wiggling the handle in hopes of freeing my sheets which finally triggered a wash cycle. When I finally got to drying, the machine I picked heated but did not spin (no sign labeled broken). All in all it was both time consuming and far too expensive for the value.

Place is dirty, and machine not working properly. Total nightmare, it used to be a really great place to do laundry but ever since the new owner take control the place is absolutely trash.

You must put money on a card to use the machines, which work well enough. I had the misfortune of putting a broken machine that had the broken sign fall off and could only be given a refund if I called a phone number to put money back on my card, which was more hassle than it was worth.

They have a one nice young girl and an old rude mean lady! if you happen to get the nice young girl... you are lucky, but the old lady was unbelievably rude and jealous! you can see the hate in her eyes when I pulled my mercedes benz to retrieve my clothes from the dryer that I had left... she waited till I went back to my car to get my landry bag to put my dry clothes in and she locked me out... she saw me waving at her and still wouldnt open the door for me! I knocked on the door for like 10 min till she opened it yelling at me AND I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE THERE! she just didnt stand a pretty young girl! I still cant forget the hate in her eyes... I get nightmares just thinking of that day lol!

Just moved out here & should have read reviews first on their management. Poor business all around. No ability to make change for when their change machines are down, closes whenever they want (hours are 8am-8pm), & the staffing is inconsistent. I came here a few days ago asking for help obtaining a cash card, only to be snapped at & my laundry loaded into the dryer & shrank my items. In again a few days later (8/10/16) & I come to flip my items into the dryer & the door is locked....at 6:57pm. If there were closer places, Id go there. Shut this place down or sell it to a chain.

No one is EVER working here. The washers break often and the card machine freezes and no one is ever there to help so your usually screwed. Hate this place.

Need to dry the clothes 3, 4 time... other than it is good and cheaper

Machine stopped working in the middle and had to repeat by paying extra. Try to avoid this laundry store

I Only use this Laundrymat because its local.. Otherwise Id rather go to the Laundromat on commercial st.

Sometime machines are not working.
