My dryer is broken and Ive been dropping my laundry here. They dont just throw everything in together. They actually separate towels and whites and colors, put my button down shirts on a hanger and do a great job folding the rest. All this for $1 a pound. Washers and dryers are clean and shiny and everyone Ive dealt with is nice. I dont think you can ask for more than that at a drop off laundry service.

Ive been laundering here since 2018, maybe earlier, I know for sure its been quite of time. They have a wash and fold service that used to suit me very well couple years ago when I had no time to do my laundry, compared to other services Ive tried it was the best around. Lately Ive been laundering myself and no complaints. They have 4 jumbo machines (90lb) which its always my choice, getting all my laundry washed at once.

I come regularly but over the past few months its gone down... its always very messy. Uninviting, I may have to find a new laundromat

Nice and clean environment, but lately too many broken washers 7 I counted at the time of this review, I come here every other week and at least 2 or 3 machines are Down. They need to up their R & M program (if they have one). Other than that good place.

Sorry no social distancing. Place was a mess. I went in to check it out. One thing is the bathroom was clean.! No I didnt use it the door was open so I peek in. Its to bad. The customer are the ones that leave everything all over the place .

Have never had a problem with this place. Machines are quick and worth the value; they get the job done. Never had an issue with a smell, but if thats really a concern for some people, I just throw in extra detergent and multiple dryer sheets. Although, I imagine that if there actually was a smell like some people claim extra detergent and extra dryer sheets wouldnt do the job. Last time I went to a laundromat it was all coin-operated, so when using the card system here for the first time it can be confusing, but thats just something that takes some reading comprehension and getting used to. All-in-all, Im impressed with the machines and the efficiency of the service at this location. We get two weeks of laundry done in less than two hours, which is impressive. Also, Im impressed with the free dryers - every time we go, we get the dryers free. We will be using this location a lot.I have to add I am disappointed with the staff not enforcing the mask rules. Every time I come here now (which is about once a week), I see at least one or two people walk into the facility without a mask, and the staff are terrible at enforcing it. The guy thats usually there sits on his phone when he has nothing to do, and its incredibly frustrating that he is not keeping track of who walks in and when, and whether theyre wearing a mask. I feel infuriated - I bring my mask, I walk in with it on, I have no issue doing that, but apparently the staff feel too bothered to tell their customers that masks are necessary to enter the building. Too many people just walking into this facility without a mask, and the staff are just not enforcing the rules. Quite shameful if you ask me... Some training or a talk-to needs to happen between manager and staff about the necessity of clientele coming in with masks on - I know the signs are on the door, but it appears that a good majority of the clients here have an inability to read what they say, or comprehend what the pictures depict. This place will lose my business if I notice the staff not doing a thing about those who walk in without a mask on.

Very rude she had no toilet paper no hand sanitizer no soak washing hands in the bathroom she refuses to clean they are not cleaning every machine like theyre supposed to be by law the machines got kicked up dirt feces you name it do not go here it is unsanitary did not do one proper protocols

I had been to a few places in the area before settling here. The clearly take care of the place as it is always clean, air conditioned, and plenty of places to sit and watch television if youre like me and hang around waiting for your clothes. There are also a few restaurants in the same plaza worth checking out if you are so inclined.

Horrible it says free dryers but you use 4 big washers can only use 4 dryers. For 30 minutes that is free .so really not free dryers pretty much a rip off . that staff person however I will say is very friendly . and keeps the place clean but they should disclose their policy. Not her fault.

I have been dropping off my laundry here for almost a year, and Im happy with the service. The employees are always friendly and offer to help me carry the clean clothes to my car. I have a lot of clothing that cannot go in the dryer, and after they wash it, they put some of it on hangers and fold the rest and put it in an open plastic bag so it doesnt get stinky. As long as I can pick it up that day or early the next day, its fine. My only disappointment is that they dont have a staff person there until 8:00 a.m. (even though the laundromat itself is open earlier), and I would like to be able to drop off and pick up my laundry earlier than 8:00 a.m. Its the best laundromat Ive found since I moved to Everett a couple of years ago, so Ill work around their staffing hours and come in to work a little late on laundry days.

Very convenient & within walking distance from my apartment. Where I like to spend my me time when doing my laundry. Very accessible to many of the stores & sub shop at Broadway Plaza.

It is a great place to do laundry on big items. It does have big 90 lb laundry machines which can take literally anything. Blankets, large towels, bed-sheets, etc can be easily laundered at reasonable price!!

When you factor in the number of washers out of service and those with clothes finished just sitting for an hour, it’s hard to rationalize ever coming back here again. It is however very clean and the equipment seems modern.Washers out of service 7/23Dryers out of service 6/36

Did not know this place was this close. Very convenient, because if you need detergent, there is a dollar tree attached. Hungry? No problem:flaming grill buffet,giovannis, burger king, all within a couple of feet. Its supposed to be free drying, but they have 4 HUGE dryers and a bunch of small ones, but nevertheless if you wash its FREE. I had 4 HUGE bags of clothes and I was able to fit all if them in there large washer machine. The attendant there is nice; he saw me struggling and helped me. Empty when I went (12 pm) quiet and clean. I have been to a lot of laundromats and this one I have to say is one of the best ones I went to.

Usually spend north of $20.00 washing and drying on the old equipment in the basement of my building, and on top of that it would take all day. I started coming here instead for their big machines and now I am done with about two weeks worth of clothes in less two hours.

Recently moved to the area from Lynn, very happy to know the staff could transfer the money from my card in Lynn to this store. Same great service as before.

This laundromat is in a bad drug riddled area. The attendants are super sketchy. The machines are in a typical scam of efficiency low water I walked in and I walked out I wouldnt do my laundry here unless I was absolutely desperate.

Recently moved to the area, this place is my go-to laundromat. It is always clean and there are many machines to use.

This place is ok to do your laundry. Sometimes you sometimes you have tell them to clean their lint traps. Had a problem once and tried to call. Forgetaboutit! They will never call you back!

3 years ago these guys used to charge 2.99$ for the smallest load now 5.27$. All their machines are super expensive. There are other laundrymats that charge waay less and are cleaner. Only reason I came here was because I needed detergent from Dollar Tree. BTW The laundrymat sells the same products as the dollar tree except charge 65% more for it, softener, detergent etc.

Washers are always out of service and smell like rotten rags. The free dryers dont cover all the laundry you actually wash. (Credit system) However, employees are friendly and the place is always clean.Edit: Im not the only reviewier mentioning broken machines. So my claim is indeed true. Thanks

Its a laundromat, what else is there to say? Machines work, and cost anywhere from $5-$20 to do a single load depending on the size of the washer. I mostly found myself between the $9 -$14 washers. Drying is free as it comes with the wash via drying credits. Nice staff, the business is clean, and the clientele are generally un-obnoxious. Gets the job done. Oh! Pro tip: Dont buy your detergent here (or at any laundromat for that matter) walk a couple stores down to the Dollar store, and get much more value for your money.

This Lundy is better than other lundy. this lundy is clean and all the stuff are very friendly behaver and all washer and cleaner are most effective for washing cloth.

My sister was just telling me that a few weeks back and this has happened to her atleast 2 other times while she was doing her laundry and putting them in the dryer turned her back from another washer that her clothes was in went back to get them they where not in they anymore she thought maybe she put them in the dryer, when all done went home found that clothes was missing went back about 2 weeks same thing happen a again, but, a guy told her that before he put his clothes in the washer said the guy that works ther took my clothes out put them in a basket and put them down the other end of the laundrymat she wouldve never known, again, if the guy never told her that he did that she told the worker what happen 2weeks prior he said nothing he didnt care this is all the while she was there she told him DO NOT TOUCH MY CLOTHES EVER... you should ask first if they belong to someone thats there he had no right to touch anyone clothes I can see if they was left there for more than 15 minutes then yes go ahead take them out and keep them beside the washer that they come out of.. I never left the laundrymat, I mentioned that this has happened 2weeks prior because I was told he holds the clothes a month or something so I asked what happened to my clothes less that 2 weeks ago he said oh I donate them.Ya ok!! My Sons Logo sweatshirts, pants ect he kept them...... I spend over $50.00 every week and a half He didnt even care..

I went to this location to do my usual drop off service. Unfortunately because it was 40 minutes before closing time, I was not able to drop off my laundry because the guy working that particular shift shut off their POS sysytem before closing. Nowhere on the sign does it say you can’t drop off before a certain time. All I ask is that if you’re not going to service customers after a certain time, don’t advertise that you’re open during that time. It is very frustrating.

Machines are always broken. Over crowded, not worth the effort to go there.

What they fail to tell you is that the laundry card costs $1 (not disclosed) so make sure you factor that into the value you want to initially set.
