Dont come here ever...turn around..google other laundry mats..this place is horrible. Machines eat your money, majority are out of order..no workers available turn around because they dont care about customers AT all

This laundry was once very good, nowadays its disgusting...most machines are broken, dirty, disgusting. I dont know who owns it, but should take care more, its losing money and customers.

The worst laundromat I ever seen in my life, the small machines are outs of order, you have to use big ones expensive. Don’t waste your time and money here

1st time here. Pleasantly surprised to find new washers, reasonably priced. Bright, spacious and clean. Id been using another laundromat on Salem St, because of its proximity to 3 convenient bus lines. Needed to find a new facility, and this worked out well. Proprietor was helpful, but not intrusive.

Literally half the machines are broken today.

I dont know who the older lady is that works in the afternoon but my god fire her. Today is the third time in a row that she has given me attitude about which machine I use. Today for example she watched me load up two smaller chrome driers then after I put the money in starts asking my why I used those machines. Then tells me the chrome driers dont work well and I should have used the white driers. So to sum it up she gives me attitude and tells me the machines there dont work very well. Sounds like she is going for employee of the month.

Almost half the machines are always out of order. Not clean and no direct help when you have lost your time and money. Should close down or sell to a better management co. Take your laundry somewhere anywhere else!

Horrible place, washers stained up our stuff more than clean them . The driers didn’t dry . Turned into a whole day event to do some laundry . Also they let folks with out mask on in there . Out of every dryer we tried it didn’t get hot . Dirty old place not worth it . Please find a better laundromat cost us triple to do laundry there since it didn’t dry .

Nice place the machines are always down due to how the customers treat them and overload the machines. Also how they drop the fabric sheets on the floor and they do not bend over to pick them, so of course it is dirty when you do not clean up after you drop something and leave it there.

Not a bad laundromat. Yeah many of the machines are usually broken and theres never any employees, but the customers are ghetto so it evens out.

This is THE WORST laundromat on earth!!! I only come here, because its conveniently located across the street from my house. Majority of the machines are out of order 100% of the time. I have 3 machines stuck on rinse right now!! And there is NO ONE HERE TO ASSIST ME!! After today, I will never come here again

Never opens on time can have as many as a third of machines with out of order signs but its clean

Not enough laundry carriages, no attendant on duty and when she finally showed up I asked her where the carriages went and she replied with a bad attitude ; how would I know where they went?!. Most of the time, if you need help there is no one on duty there and the rest of the time, she is there with her bad attitude.

Staff is helpful and the prices are a good value.

Only Laundromat I use. Gets Me out of the House otherwise!!!

The machine to put money on card got our 40 $ and the lady there said she can’t do anything and the machine does not give any receipt. And I did not know how to use the machine and I put the money and the lady was watching me and then she told me I have to pick the program first and the machine did not work but she did not help me to start the machine without paying again...we had to put money again, for the giant machine, ... and the giant machine does not show the correct price for one load.

I would like to see this place get better. Its so convenient with a card system, Dunkin Donuts is in the same shopping center, and theres a convenience store if you needed something. My problem is that, lately especially, they appear to be have a great deal of maintenance issues. So you never know if the large washers or dryers are going to be working when you show up. Also, Ive been coming here for six years, maybe seven years now and they have not EVER had hot water in the bathroom. I dont know what thats about. Also, no paper towels in the bathroom--you have to get them from the laundry area...

Hours stated on door and internet as 5 am to 10 pm but close earlier. Was sitting right out front. At 9:30 pm doors locked with my stuff still in side.Dirty. Nobody around to help when machines rip you off.

Theres way too many machines that are always out of order. Ppl are always fighting over the bigger machines. Ppl like to put their stuff in machines and then leave for hours making it so other ppl cant wash their stuff

I made a friend there..shes an employee & helped me a lot until I knew what to do..

Most of the time I dont have any problem, one time I wash the machine was broken and spilt all the water on the floor, no one to clean, but everything else its just fine, got to learn how to use the money card, if not, its going to take your money

This place totally sucks machines are always out of order...i went today and it took money but didnt dispense detergent and never anyone there to help and if they are they dont reimburse you they out in a ticket that takes months to get your money back it took my card in a dryer sucked the card right up list 13 dollars

Only giving 1 star because I have to. Zero isnt an option. Multiple machines out of order, vending machine for soap stole my money twice, and weird people inside.

Very bad experience, poor treatment, there is an old lady whom doesnt know how to treat the costumer, broken machines, what a night mare.

Horrible 4 of the 6 extra load machines are broke, 4 of the double machines are broke, how do you run a business like this if most of your machines are broken time for new laundromat
