Been going here for a while. Friendly atmosphere and all the ladies are great. Always striking up conversation and seem to enjoy their jobs. Megan, my personal hair cutter, is always so friendly and social. Is easy to talk to about everything from sports, to movies and family. Very good at her job and would highly recommend requesting her.

Went around 10:30 in am, sign on door saying closed til noon. Having a meeting with employees. Really, you would think they would have more care and concern for their customers. I would understand an emergency. I would think you would have your employee meeting after your customer hours.

Store hours clearly marked on the door...45 minutes PAST advertised open...nobody home...door locked, lights out...TERRIBLE customer service

I work as a social worker in Kingman and recently brought a disabled blind homeless individual to this store to get a haircut. It had been a significant amount of time since they had had a haircut and due to the situation their hair was unclean, matted and quite greasy. I had called a few places most were unwilling to tackle the task but then I spoke with Nicole who not only stated she would do it but they did not charge anymore than a standard haircut. Nicole was AMAZING!!!!! She was kind and compassionate and did not treat my friend with any judgement or disgust. To find someone like Nicole is rare and I will definitely be using her in the future. She even went the extra mile to pamper and explained everything to reduce their anxiety.

I wish I had a photo to post but I had to get the hell out of there as fast as possible. I used the app to get on the waiting list and when I arrived I walked inside to let them know I was there and not a single employee nor customer was wearing a face mask. The waiting room was nearly completely full. Like I said I turned around and got the hell out of there as fast as I could. Entire place filled with freaking idiots.

Always friendly and efficient, taking care of you in a timely manner. Will be great when they can run full staff again.

I went in and asked for them to fix my bowl cut and the lady trimmed the sides and made us pay $20 for the haircut my mom gave me because sh didnt fix it.

I have several friends that love Sport Clip. But what impressed me was that they donated a gift basket with many awesome (and not Cheap) items inside for the Meadview shooting competition. Whoever put it together put some real effort, thoughtfulness and kindness into the project. And just as importantly whoever put it together is obviously a fun loving playful person. I won the basket with tons of stuff and when I opened it up many emotions ensued depending on the item. This is too funny! This is awesome! My son will love this! Dont let my friends see this or they will steal it! My daughter will love this if my wife doesnt see it and take it first! You absolutely made my day!Sport Clips, please give a huge thank you from me to whoever put the basket together. And thank you for supporting our event that every single cent of the proceeds goes to our vets who can use some help.

Im stuck in the middle here. I have had haircuts that I like. I have had haircuts that I hate. It really depends on who you decide to go with. I have had haircuts from 5 different people here. Its always the same haircut. So far I think Alie is my favorite. Ill update my review over my next few visits. If it doesnt get more consistent across the artists, Ill find a new place.

Does an ok job. Much better than cost cutters. You do have to make sure your happy with your haircut before you leave though. They are very nice though and the place is always clean.

The experience here really depends on who you get. Overall however, I havent had any problems. I can come in, get a good haircut, and leave. The staff is pretty friendly. The price is great.

I get very good service at sport clips. However, I do not like their online sign-in procedure I like to be able to select my stylist ahead of time and know that she will be there ahead of time. There is no way to determine this using the online procedure and it has made me consider changing my hairdressing venue.

Great stylist figured out a great cut for me when I barely knew myself.

The girls there listen to what you want and they make it happen in an atmosphere that is fun and inviting.

Staff is always friendly and usually not much of a wait. If its a Fri or the weekend I try to do online checkin so wait time is short this trip I didnt but we walked in and they had a few available stylists. I like how they treat my child engaging them and listening to their comments. They do a great job cutting hair and Ive been happy with the service so we keep going back.

Super fast! Got my 2 sons hair cut here today and we were in and out. They take time to make sure the little guys are comfortable, and they have toys to play with. The games are on several TVs, and the decor is fun. Definitely recommend!

My first visit to Sport Clips was amazing. Very short wait, was given up grade to MVP package. I enjoyed the high quality service provided. An excellent haircut, shampoo, hot face towel, and neck rub. Enjoyed the service so much I bought the season pass.
