I was charged 35$ for crooked nails with uneven polish the woman was more worried about texting than evening out my nails. My nails had black with green ring fingers and the green is uneven see through not worth what I paid at all

I used to go to Elite Nails on a regular basis. I was always provided great service and very satisfied. I have not been there for almost two years. My visit was very disappointing.The cell phone use of the employee was more important then the customer. She barley applied lotion to my legs, kept stopping in between to check her phone and txt. She got the hot towel and did not apply it. Just laid it aside. It felt as the customer needs to compete with the cell phone to get attention and service. Stop using electronic devices while caring for customers. Use your cellphone on breaks or between customers.A very disappointed visit. Will not return.

They dont really do a lot of great work. They rush to get people done and the work really shows. The last two times I have been there They have messed up on the nails that were getting done. But price wise they arent bad.

People were in a rush doing nails! Didn’t like them at all; my girlfriend didn’t like it then at all and it is expensive for what you get; nails break easily and waste of money not time because they only took 10min to do my girlfriends 🙄

I don’t write reviews but I just had to because I was so happy with my experience! Athena is the sweetest & funniest girl ever. She did exactly what I asked for & my nails came out very well! I’ll be coming back for sure.

Their fast, but some are kind of rude. I wanted a different shape and the lady said $5 more. Okay? I think I can afford it. Need to take their time and do a better job on nails.

Selected the gel nail polish in a light pink color and the next day the color changed to beige and within a week were lifting off. Went back to show this to them and there comment was I must have used bleach!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got nail fungus from this establishment. Ive had acrylic nails before and Ive never had a problem with nail fungus. I went in to get a fill in and I had nail fungus and they said it was my fault that I had gotten it. I would definitely go somewhere else if you dont want to get nail fungus. Also, the man was rude and asked where I had been getting my nails done and when I said I had been getting them done there he seemed appalled and got hateful. He also didnt have me soak my nails in acetone before removing them he took nail clippers and pulled them off.

I get my nails and toes done here. Have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years. I recommend everyone to go there!

I only gave this one star because I couldn’t do 0. The older lady who did my nails was very rude. She was making rude comments (such as asking if I’m getting my nails done so I can make my “man hands” pretty again), wouldn’t look me in the eyes when she’d speak to me and would twist my fingers to the point where they pop. The actual finished product wasn’t any better than her service. I asked for a coffin shape and she didn’t get a single nail even or straight and when I asked if she could fix them she said that I would have to pay extra just for her to do them properly. The acrylic didn’t go to the cuticle and looked like I got them done over a week ago and they had grown out. The paint was sloppy and chunky. Needless to say, the only way I’ll be going back is if one of the other ladies is there.

Had my wifes nails done last Wednesday n already 1 of her nails has come off as well as the gel polish . . . They charged her $45 even though they first told her $30 . . . So I wont be taking her back there instead I will take her to the one in Shelbyville Ky or the one in Lagrange Ky called Aviena nails . . . We are not very pleased with the way they got rude with us or the way they talked us n I wont be going back there ever again n neither will my wife

This place is terrible. I have had my polish and nail on for not even a day and they didn’t paint part of my toe and tip of my fingers aren’t even painted. The guy was VERY rude.

I had a terrible experience and will never step foot back in this place. they are so bad at communication and the man in there did not do a good job on my nails, i asked for a manicure and they just painted my nails. when i asked why they yelled in my face. it is over priced and ridiculous.

Over priced for nail repair. $4 per repair ( I usually pay $2 per repair). Plus the repair was super thick and did not look natural at all.

Absolutely the worst nail salon Iv been to, my fingers hurt (from the product used) and the job was extremely sloppy. As a cosmetologist I was shocked to see the type of product they used. The technicians where using MMA something found in crowns for your teeth or flooring. This is NOT a product ment for your nails or skin, because of the damagethat needs to be done to the natural nail to adhere the acrylic. As soon as I took them off (which took 4 hours of soaking and filing ) my fingers felt so much better.I will never recommend this place and will absolutely never return.

Downright a terrible place. My friend took me for my birthday.They cut my fingers and ripped out cuticles. I pointed out and asked them to fix my zebra print accent nail because they didnt allow the design to dry before applying the matte top coat. I suspected the woman they were speaking Chinese to talk bad about me the only English words were zebra,matte follows by the man lookking at me and laughing. The entire 45 minutes we sat at the drying table waiting for them to fix my nails we were given dirty looks. When leaving my friend realized she hadnt brought her purse in. She checked her car to realize she had left it in the cart at Walmart. She went to Walmart to look for it and I was instructed to sit in a chair beside the door. She came back empty handed, she got emergency gas money from the glove compartment still owing them 40$. While we called a friend to meet us with the rest of the money, an employee took a picture of her license plate. The owner said she could only go if she left her phone with him. So I went to get it and was followed by an employee. Worse birthday EVER!

Its fine but changed hrs to close at 5pm. Last appt at 430. Doesnt make sense because most ppl get off work at 5pm. Im sitting in the mail salon across street and there are 8 ladies waiting to get nails done; is 4:49pm.

Don’t look natural at all they are always in big hurry to get you in and out pushing $10 nail polish but I bring my own then they get hateful
