Recently moved to Madison in April and have been on the hunt for a local nail salon. I was blown away by how clean this place was the second I walked in. The staff was SO friendly right away and got me in immediately. I got a gel manicure from Jenny and she was so sweet and professional! Sooo happy with the quality of the manicure. If youre in a time crunch, this is your spot. I was in and out in 30 minutes during my lunch break, but the quality of work was still amazing. Cant wait to go back and get a pedicure there! 10/10 recommend :)

Just a great experience overall. The salon has a wonderful selection of services to choose from. My facials have been Great and waxing too.Anyone considering a place to GO HEAD straight to Park ! Great facials never feel and never feel Rushed nice Bonus :)

The ladies who work here are so sweet and friendly. Jasmin gave me amazing looking nails. A lot of colors to choose from, more so then I have found in other salons. A great place!

Such nice, calming service! Jasmine is my favorite, she’s so kind. My nails always look party-ready when I come here. Language barrier doesn’t matter when the results are this good. Try them, you won’t regret it.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I called for an apt and to see if they did acrylic and I was told yes. Turns out they lied and didn’t have acrylic. They only had powder which makes the nail brittle. I found out after they already started and I no longer wanted to continue with the nails. All that was done was the fake nails glued on and filed. The nails that were glued on were crooked. I asked to stop because I was not satisfied on how the nails were glued and I was given a hard time. I said I’d pay for the minimum that was done and they charged me $40 for just gluing and somewhat filing my nails. I didn’t even get a color. Overall this was the worst nail place I’ve ever been too. The experience was horrific, I don’t recommend going here at all.

I would not even give them one star. I made an appointment one day prior to fix one nail that had broken. They gave me an appointment for 11 o’clock Christmas Eve for that purpose.When I showed up for the 11 o’clock appointment I was told I didn’t have an appointment that they would not fix one nail they did not have time unless I was going to have other services.The owner just snubbed me leaving me to sit in the front of the salon waiting to be seen.She had told me if she had time she would fit me in next but she doubted it.After she finished with one client she greeted a new client and started to work on her nails and just completely avoided me.I waited for 25 minutes finally gave up.I have never met such a rude person. she was totally unprofessional. she lied at first and said I didn’t have an appointment when I defended myself she said she could not do anything unless they required another service such as manicure pedicure. She also said to just sit and wait till she finished her present client.I was fortunate enough to leave and look up another salon where I found Kelly’s nail salon.I called and they happily gave me an appointment within the hour. They did a great job.

Great atmosphere, very hygienic, excellent attention to detail on nail art! Would come again!

Absolutely love Madison Park.......language barrier with some but not all..... everyone is very pleasant and accommodating.....I go every 2-3 weeks for a manicure at a very modest price. Gel of course is more....
