Best manicure I’ve ever gotten! The technician (Thai) really knew what he was doing and took the time to explain steps to me and how to care for my nails. Missing a star because there is no student discount and they don’t have small enough brushes for some designs.

I was happy when i left with the shape and how they were done but now im upset ive had them on for a week and ive had 2 come off already and two others that are loose

Had my first pedicure at this location just under a week ago. Not only did I have to sit for over 90 minutes because the gentleman painted all over my skin, then had to get the paint off with a brush and acetone... but it hasnt even been a full week and my polish is already coming off! I wear shoes that dont rub on my toes, so this is ridiculous. Ill never go back.

Hands down THE best place to get pampered, and the owner has experience as a medic so he is more than certified to treat your nails if you have a fungus or any injury. Everyone is really nice and they always make sure you like your nails. As long as you call they will make time for you.

One of the best pedicures Ive ever had. The manicure was also wonderful. Theyre attentive, detailed and cleanly. They could use an extra employee on busy days to take more appointments without overextending the existing employees.

Beautiful environment relaxing atmosphere

This is the second time I’ve booked an appointment and had to wait, they actually let walk-ins ahead of me. Two of my nails broke after 2 days they just literally popped off like they poorly placed. I’m use toComing here every time I need my nails done. And since my regular guy hasn’t been here service has been poor. I’m actually sitting outside WAITING. This will be my last time here.

Jennie does Great work. It is best to make an appointment. Her Mom does pedicures & manicures & Jennie does everything from gel, acrylic, awesome nail art pedicures waxing and manicures. She is open Monday through Saturday. She also takes walk-ins but it is best to make an appointment.

We were in town visiting for a few days and I promised my daughter that wed get our nails done. We read some reviews of nearby nail places and Nails by Jennie seemed to be the best. We got there kind of late (7:30pm ish and she closes at 9pm - although earlier sometimes), but she kindly fit us in, even though it became obvious that she and her husband that was there to pick her up (I think) were headed out for a night out. She didnt complain once and did a fantastic job. She even added some cool shimmery powder to a couple of my daughters nails so shed have something more fun to bring home - that was very kind and really made the nails look cool. Her mom did my nails and did a great job. Its a nice cozy shop and Jennie was very friendly. If were ever back in the Madison area, well definitely make this a stop!

Mom did my nails was very gentle and did do a good job. They seem to tag team each other here and can get a little bog down if you dont hit it just right. Cleanliness of Plus

I would not recommend this nail salon. I set an appointment ahead of time and had to wait 45 minutes before I even was seated for my pedicure. On top of that, the polish on one of my toes came off on the same day I had The pedicure. I would definitely not go here again!

Customer service was great but 💅 were not i wont be going back. My nails were horrible, thick and not worth $55 for an overlay on my real nails

I go there every two weeks and I love the way she does my nails, nails by jenny is a go to place if your a woman or a man Ive taken my children s father and he loved his pedi. I always get compliments on my nails.

Ty did my nails packed on so much acrylic on a overlay soaking in pure acetone won’t help nail started to lift from the bottom called they told me to go to another nail shop to have removed poor service

The staff was super nice and friendly but my gel manicures usually last 3-4 weeks and whatever polish they use here had cracked off multiple nails in under 2 days. Highly disappointing I was hoping this could be my new nail place.

Can’t paint nails right and don’t know how to fill them that good I have to go back a week later to get a fill it’s supposed to be 2 weeks. Will never go there again

Came here for the first time today and received a deluxe pedi by mama☺. This place was peaceful, welcoming, and clean. Jennie is amazing just from her personality, because I have yet the chance to get a mani and see her work. Mama did a great job on my pedi, and Ill definatley be back. Well priced, and beautiful decor! Love that they call you baby

Jennie is the best! She is funny and laid back...her mom does the BEST pedicures call her mama...I love getting my mani/pedi at this place!!!

She was SO rude.. Got there 2+ hours before close, we wanted 3 sets and 2 pedis.. she had a fit, asked why we waited so late, and refused! Okayyy.. Took our business elsewhere! And wont ever attempt to stop again!
