Wonderful place to call home!! The new leasing agent, James, & maintenance supervisor, Ric, have made living here 10 times better!! As soon as they came on board positive changes were made like painting, power washing, & extended access to the clubhouse! Recently I had several maintenance requests that were taken care of quickly & I was delighted when I came home to a bag of popcorn that said “we popped in to complete your service request”! How cute! Little things like this are a reflection of the care & quality you will get living at Orchard Ridge! The only downfall (& this is probably an issue at all apartment complexes) is that the walls are thin, so you will hear your down/upstairs neighbors!

Wonderful community to live in we are here since 5 years and its very secure and safe to live in. Management is very cooperative. The new maintenance guy Rick is really gentleman and know his work. I really appreciate his services today.

The management is very nice. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The apartment has a lot of natural light. James and Rick are fantastic.

I have lived here for almost 6 months now, my first apartment ever. The process was fast and easy and the management team is nothing but amazing! They really help you as best as they can to make sure you are comfortable and get what you are looking for. Maintenance is amazing as well, very fast to respond and makes sure everything is done well. The apartment it self is definitely old, you can feel your neighbors walk around, and hear them occasionally but nothing to serious. I live in a updated unit and the cabinets are beautiful and the floor is also very nice. Parking also is never a problem, even when I get home late I am always able to find a spot to park. Also these apartments are right in the middle of shopping centers, lots of stuff to do. I would recommend anyone to live here if you are just starting off!

My great grandparents used to own this land and had a farm on it then sold it to a school district. They built a tiny school house that lasted a few years then turned into apartments. I still have pictures and stories about it

Courtney, the previous leasing agent, was absolutely wonderful and super helpful! I was really looking forward to working with her and am so, so sad she has left because she was excellent. The apartment I toured was nice and exactly what I was looking for, too. However, it is the company’s loss that Courtney is not there anymore. This review is NOT about her, but about the person who has taken over since she’s left and their poor follow up skills.I’ve called multiple times trying to get in touch with the leasing office. They did not return the messages and voicemails I left. A woman named Kathy finally left a vague message for me after multiple attempts I made to contact them. When I called her back, I left a message and she never got back to me. It’s been weeks. Do not waste your time calling. Disappointing!

Courtney has been super amazing at helping us get an apartment here, it’s remodeled and really up to date style and pretty. Lots of natural lights, It’s a super quiet neighborhood and the market down the street is so close with tons of every day items, tons of parking which is awesome, they are pet friendly and are super overall helpful and we’ve only been here for a few days and we love it. Having a real fireplace is amazing! 🙂 I’m really happy we are here.

Jami and Abel are fantastic. They are both very responsive and genuine people. I liked the complex and the unit itself. There was always parking available and the grounds were clean. Management installed a package hub that made receiving packages really convenient compared to other apartment complexes. The location is great too--close to everything, but not right in the middle of all the traffic.

Living here has been absolutely spectacular. The location is amazing, the apartments are gorgeous and the staff is unbelievable. Jami and the maintenance staff (especially Abel) were always so responsive to any type of concern. Issues were resolved really really quickly and the staff could not be friendlier. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Ive lived here for almost 3 years and been very happy. The community is very pet friendly, the unit I live in seems almost sound proof (I have barely heard anything from our downstairs neighbor or the neighbors right next to us. While it is an older community as far as when it was built, the staff tries their best to take care of it.We have had several manager changes since I have lived there, all have been nice and friendly, our newest manager, Jami is exceptional and on top of it. She is great about getting back to us if we have a question or concern in a timely manner. All in all, very happy. My only complaint would be not having the assigned parking that we used to have.

Ive been living here for over 5 years and very happy. People are friendly, you are near everything (stores, mall, restaurants, park. The Management team is great very responsive, work order done in a timely matter and Jamie always has a Smile on her face. A Great place to live.

They are really pricey!!! and theres a lot of things they wont let us do for example we cant grill at our apt. nor have items on our porches for the high rent we pay for what Im extremely happy with the office manager Jamie. Shes soooo amazing and has a good heart. She tries to help out in a way for us to be living here and always on point when we need maintance. If your looking for good apartments with a good landlord, shes the one!

The apartment is decent. The unfortunate part is the building and landscape maintenance. The roofs are in dire need of repair, I came out to my car the day after a wind storm and had a shingle on my windshield which scratched the hell out of the glass.The railing on our deck is rotting due to the gutter being full of debris and leaking on it constantly. All the buildings need paint. There is only one grounds keeper and he is so over worked he cant do all the repairs.Interior wise the carpet has been stretched multiple times and when I vacuum it pulls it up and tears it. The kitchen is nice but there are only two tiny drawers only cabinets.We stay just because we have a German shepherd and they allow him. But for the price we pay, youd think theyd want to keep the exteriors nicer.

Stayed there for a year and loved it. The Manager Jami and the maintenance guy Cisco are amazing people. If it wasnt for school I wouldve extended my lease.

I feel that this is an unsafe community. I have lived in three previous Equity Residential properties and the first three (Old Redmond Place, The Gates of Redmond, Reunion) were all outstanding communities. Orchard Ridge has been the exception. I have had to call the police three times while living here. One of which resulted in someone being arrested. There were multiple break-ins at the community when I first moved in. I know of this because the Property Manager sent letters to the entire community notifying them of these break-ins. The following is a brief glimpse of September 2014 at Orchard Ridge:9/10/14 I found an empty condom wrapper in the common yard for my apartment building. It stayed there for over two weeks.9/12/14 A woman was beating on the door of the apartment above me at approximately 11 PM. This continued for over 45 minutes when I finally called the Snohomish County Sheriff. The lady was arrested.9/13/14 My 62 year old mother went to the community building to exercise in the gym at approximately 7 AM. She found a homeless person sleeping on the couch which made her extremely uncomfortable. I notified the Property Manager. His exact response Thanks for letting me know. I will let the Service Manager know too.9/14/14 My neighbors were fighting and arguing at 2 AM in the morning. We woke up to their yells, screams and dog barking.9/22/14 My parked vehicle was involved in a hit and run. Someone hit my van and broke the tail light. Nothing else was damaged.And this is only from one month at Orchard Ridge. The experience has ruined my feelings for Equity Residential and I will personally never lease from them again.

Me and my husband been living here for a year now and we love the apartment. We are near everything stores, mall, restaurants. About 2weeks ago we transfer to a different building due to our new born daughter and needing a bigger space. The apartment Manager Jamie helped us and made the whole process soo much easy for us. She is very professional and treats us good always and has a smile on her face. We love our new apartment now, its 2bd 2bath, nice dinning with high ceiling and more storages. The maintenance guy is great and he does the work order on time. OrchardRidge is a great place to live, safe and with no parking issue.

Lived here couple years. Really liked the complex. Hardly ever had parking issue and never heard of any crimes in the complex . Managment was alright to deal with. Only complaint was mold was everywhere in the apartment and there was no stopping it. Also 2dr rooms where the most expensive in the area .

I have been living here 1year 1/2 a go. Im very happy and enjoying. This place become improve so nice.Maneger Jaime work so hard, try very hard to make here property wonderful and she seems to very consider residents safety and comfort.Maintenence maneger Francisco are very nice too.Any problems my place havehe come fixed with smiley face.Seems he work very efficiency.Theyre the excellent team.
