Living here is really nice, very bright at night I feel safe walking my dogs late at night. The communal area are well taken care of and nicely decorated. Staff here is very friendly. Especially Mike hernandez, the maintenance staff. Hes always willing to help and very friendly to chat with. I feel secure knowing there is a trustworthy and helpful person like him taking care of the residents. He is a wonderful guy in our community.

The phenomenal support was the deciding factor for me to move to this community. Lindsay was amazing during my entire moving process. I felt like every issue that came up, the Allegro Team had a solution for. I’ve only been here for a few weeks but everyone is really warm and friendly that I’ve met. So far so good!

Mike from maintenance is always a pleasure! He handles my maintenance requests really quickly, calls to let me know beforehand when hell be arriving, and super respectful when entering my home. We dont wear shoes in the house and without needing to be asked he took them off at the entrance and was great to chat with and handled all my maintenance requests super quickly (had 3 handled all in one day). Very friendly, lively, and polite, to give an overall great experience.There is a bit of a parking issue but otherwise a great place to live. Really happy with the location, the staff (like Mike, and shoutout to Lindsay too shes super responsive and helpful), and amenities are nice, especially the club house and gym.Would like to submit a request/see in the future full wall mirrors installed in the gym/yoga room so its easier to watch your form while working out

Shout out to one of their maintenance worker, Mike!We had an issue with our washer/dryer unit and got it replaced the day after. We were concerned for his safety in bringing up a new washer up *at least three flights of stairs* and bringing our old washer downstairs (the machines are easily 200+ pounds especially with leftover water in it). It definitely should have been a 2-person job transporting something that heavy every time he did it. Unfortunately, our new one didnt work correctly either, so he made another round of replacing our machine again. He is one hard working guy with a big heart making sure we had a working machine ASAP. Thanks Mike!

I honestly love the community and the overall feel of this place. The homes are very comfortable and up to date. The community is quiet and everyone seems to be respectful of one another. The management team here are one of the nicest, accommodating people I have ever met. What a great place to be!Update :After reading the other reviews I wanted to add that yes it is pricey to live here but the amenities and location, you almost cant complain. Parking can be a struggle definitely but it is like that mostly everywhere. The neighbors that I have are so wonderful, I feel so safe here. I could leave packages out my doorstep and know that it would be there if I were to leave and then return. I have lost my mail and car keys recently and a resident was nice enough to turn them in to our manager.I also wanted to say that having a small walk area or even developing a kid-friendly play area would not be a bad idea. Since I have observed a lot of the day to day life here at Allegro I suggest it wouldnt hurt to have an area like so.All in all, I can not wait to see what Allegro has to offer with the new building/pool coming soon!

We love living at allegro! The location is nice and close to all your main needs Costco, Fred Meyer, Walmart, and target all less then a 5 minute drive from the complex. We really like the apartment layout and natural light. Lindsay is amazing and quick to respond when you have questions too! Gym is is great with lots of equipment options and cool community spaces, looking forward to them opening up! Lastly, tons of good food options around here too!

1st of all I love living here its very nice people are very nice here the maintenance guy is so awesome hes there to help and he shows and hes very caring hes the best his name is Mike. I would definitely move into these apartments but complex is awesomeYou get nice neighbors as well I am so blessed for these apartments I love it here so much. I definitely rate this place 5 plus yall.

The manager Lindsay is so responsive and accommodating! The neighbors are generally respectful regarding noise and there’s tons of cute pets! The maintenance guy is also super nice and easy to work with. Overall I like living here and appreciate the team that works here! 😄

Beautiful brand new apartment homes conveniently located close to 405!Apartments include oversized windows so there is an abundance of natural light, and the amenities are amazing! Huge gym with a separate yoga room, package lockers, a club room with a full kitchen, stunning finishes, a pool table, and an outdoor patio area with a fireplace, fire pit, seating area and bocce ball!Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a resident for about 7 months and everything has been great. Move-in was easy. I’m the first tenant in my unit and it’s beautifully finished. Maintenance is responsive and quick. Yes, parking can be tough, but they can only do so much to control these issues. Tbh, out of the 7 months I’ve been here I’ve only not been able to park close to my unit twice and those were also times I came home super late. Yes, sometimes you can hear your neighbors, but it’s an apartment and it’s to be expected in any close living quarters. Yes, there’s a homeless colony across the street but that’s not their fault and the police are really good about monitoring what’s going on and cleaning up. I have always felt safe living here and the staff has always gone above and beyond to make things easy and make sure all concerns are addressed right away. As a friendly reminder, always take negative reviews with a grain of salt. People are always quick to review their negative experiences, not so much the positive ones.

The inside of the apartments are very nice and modern, the linoleum hardwood is easy to clean and low maintenance. Neighbors are all friendly, have never had an issue with packages going missing at doorstep or by Amazon locker - many packages end up right next to the locker and sit there for several days. Price seems slightly above average for the area, the water and sewage bills are high and vary even if you have a routine of usage. Usually utilities will cost me $70 but water is always more than $100!Walking distance to park and ride which is great. Not much else noteworthy in walking distance but the mall and most other places are a short drive.The employees are very friendly and attentive, very respectful if they have to enter your home or communicate with you.Parking seems be an issue if you dont pay for garage, several people park in garage that dont have appropriate placard. Also no enforcement of making smaller cars park in the compact spaces so if you have an SUV good luck! People park their massive trucks on the street side, if you are trying to leave you cant see oncoming traffic due to their vehicle so just hope for the best and floor it.Noise is an issue here since there is no central air. You will hear every loud vehicle in the parking lot or on the highway, the trash and recycling at early hours of the morning, as well as the fire alarms of other units, leafblowers for an hour at a time. Even with fans or a window unit on you will hear it all.

Ive really enjoyed this community so far. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, its close to shopping centers and the highway, and management is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Theres an Amazon locker that non-Amazon packages can usually be delivered to, which is great as far as mitigating package theft goes! I have not had any issues with packages going missing, though, even when theyre left outside of my door.The biggest issue Ive bumped into so far is the parking. Management has continually tried to address this and has sent out semi-regular emails with updates, but very minimal progress seems to have been made. To be clear though, Lindsay (the manager) is fantastic! I think its just that the parking policy needs to be more strictly enforced. There are frequently cars parked in the lot without valid parking passes, which is frustrating because you do need to pay an annual fee to be able to use the lot. If you get home after 6PM, youll likely be on the street. They actually just sent out another email today, though, so I think they are really trying to fix this issue.One other negative is that there isnt really a good option for walking in the area. I think the community could really benefit from some kind of a walking path, as theres only a short one out front.Utilities seem to run a bit high, so thats something to keep in mind. Theres also limited amenities, but they seem to be building a pool. Obviously with COVID we cant really use any of them anyway, but all there seems to be is a gym and a lounge area.

Mike in maintenance is pretty amazing. We had a torn screen door, he replaced it so quickly and with no effort on our part!

For me, a perfect place to live! When searching for my next home, Allegro at Ash Creek caught my attention, as it seemed out of the way, flanked by woods and a creek that runs through, yet it is not out of the way. Right around the corner is the freeway entrance, a storage facility (although, the apartments have storage units available) (which I rent), down a ways is COSTCO, Fred Meyers, Alderwood Mall, Providence Medical Group, and other amenities (Mod Pizza). The apartment itself is spacious, with vaulted ceilings, breakfast bar, and a nice kitchen! The best part is the on site staff! Some apartments do not even have on site anything, which can be frustrating. The Community Manager is awesome, very professional and most importantly, available. The maintenance technician is knowledgeable, friendly, and answers maintenance requests in a timely manner. In conclusion, apartments can be the best in the world, but without a proper Community Manager (which we have), proper professional staff and maintenance team, you have a very unpleasant experience on the horizon!

Beautiful brand new apartment close to the interstate and mall! My spouse and I have lived there about 14 months now and we loved it. Great variety of lease terms available here. Staff is always quick to help at all hours of the day. Unfortunately all of these review post about how you can’t use the amenities or there is no amenities that’s because of covid...Was it a bummer I couldn’t use the clubhouse or the gym? yes, but it’s for a good reason. With your key fob you can access the hub pretty much at any time. The parking is god awful tbh...but it’s a new complex that will be adding a new phase and more parking at some point. I’m grateful for having to have been able to rent out a tandem spot. The after hours number was quick to help when cars were parking in our paid spot with no problem. There are a lot of unmarked vehicles parking here with little to no enforcement but they have switched to a better company than the one before. The homeless is a whole situation. My dog many of times had picked up drug needles along the front sidewalk and the front is just littered with trash and dog poop from residents that don’t clean up after themselves. The street parking is very dangerous when you’re trying to leave the community for it blocks the entrance and I’ve been almost hit quite a few times now leaving. The apartment itself is beautiful with great appliances, we had the biggest 1/1 on the first floor. Unfortunately you can hear everything your upstairs neighbors do. Ours decided quarantine was the perfect time to get a screaming puppy. But with one call to the apartment manager she handled our frustrations appropriately. We would of loved to continue leasing at allegro but it is on the higher side of rent that just isn’t obtainable with the current covid-19 situation at hand. A big thanks to Lindsay for all her help the short time she’s been with us. It was a pleasure.

My boyfriend and I moved here in November and we rent a 2x2. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and we haven’t had any problems with anything. We ultimately decided to move here because Jami and Abel managed our previous apartment complex and you really don’t find quality landlords or maintenance staff like them at any other apartments, they are so nice and have continuously exceeded our expectations for the past three years. They constantly go above and beyond for their residents. The move in process was so easy and quick and our maintenance requests are always taken care of right away.

Allegro at Ash Creek is an outstanding apartment community. Nestled in north Lynnwood with convent access to I-5 North & South including Hwy 405. Best part about it, you don’t hear the traffic noise!!! The property is tucked away and very quiet. Located near the best entertainment Lynnwood has to offer. Including Alderwood Mall, Costco, vast selection of restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores, home good stores, health care facilities, etc. you name it!The property offers spacious, modern one and two bedrooms. With fresh and beautifully crafted modern style. We absolutely love the walk in pantry which had TONS of space. Each apartment unit has one! Walk in closets, huge bathroom space. They even allow propane grills on the patio, and porches. Anytime we have had visitors they marvel at how spacious our one bedroom is. Pet friendly with pet stations making clean up easy and convenient. Great amenities including social lounge with the works. Two flatscreens, full kitchen to entertain, tons of seating space, pool table weather you want to relax, study, have business professional, host an event this space is very functional. With an attached outdoor area including fire place and bbq grills, additional seating, etc. Gym, yoga room, Amazon hub. We were even told when we moved in that expansion plans including pool, jacuzzi, and dog park was in the works for the near future. Honestly get on their website and check them out!

After a year of living here, and getting our new apartment manager, Lindsay, we have really made this place a home.We are on the top floor and adore our vaulted ceilings.We had a couple issues when we moved in... the front door was way off and wouldn’t shut right and then our heat went out. Both of those issues were resolved quickly and the maintenance guy was friendly.We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. And it gives my boyfriend and I plenty of space to ourselves while feeling homey and cozy when we binge watch Netflix on the couch while we ride this Covid thing out.Lindsay has done her best to try to build a community here with virtual hang outs and contests, which has been pretty fun.I also love that we have the Amazon hub to keep our packages safe!My only wish is that the gym would open back up soon!Also, it’s pretty hard to find a parking spot if you don’t have underground or garage parking, heads up. I feel like it’s kind of that way with most places though.All in all, we have settled in and made this place a home. Definitely going to be spending at least another couple years here!

Everyone in this community is so friendly. The natural light in the apartment is very nice. We don’t have direct sun hitting out apartment which allows it to stay cool all the time.Great place!!Update: this is definitely a great place to live however the new staff does not seem to know customer service, I always feel like a burden whenever I interact with them. They aren’t very warm or welcoming.Definitely miss Alexis and Abell. Down the road at Tivalli they have some of the best staff, they recognized me by name and always a warm friendly hello.Also parking,When we first moved in we were told since we have two cars for a one bedroom apartment we only get one parking spot and outside is first come first serve. I did notice our neighbor has two cars and they both park in the first come first serve parking and live in a one bedroom as well. Clearly the way parking is distributed isn’t fair at all. Wish we could save 75$ and both have free spots too but then again the parking here is insane.

I wont state issues already mentioned by other reviews. Instead I will mention the most current frustration.The convenient 24/7 Amazon hub:Actually not so convenient, nor 24/7.If you work long days, prepare to miss your opportunity to pick up you packages. What is the point of getting your packages delivered next/ 2 days with prime, if you cant even take them out of the hub until DAYS after delivered...Update #1:Left work early to make it right before the office closed. To pick up a package. 5:55pm, closed.Other rants:Garage parkingIf a power outage happens while you are parked in the garage... prepare to call an uber. Garage door has no manual crank, brilliant!Reviews:5 star reviews seem illegitimate, other tenants seem to be frustrated at best. Whos providing 5 star reviews? Idk.

I really love my apartment. Its big and clean and new and my family is really comfortable here. The move in process was easy and the staff is great. They always call and chat if I have issues and are pretty good at communicating.But, Ive had some horrible issues with noise above me since I moved in. Staff was on it for me, so I cant complain about them! Just in general the amount of noise I experienced for about 2 months was insane. Ive also had 2 experiences with homeless people coming near my apartment that made me uncomfortable. The community ABSOLUTELY needs a gate around it considering the road we are on!

This is my review as of having just moved in a 2x1 over the weekend. Move-in process was smooth and handled well with the COVID-19 situation. Maintenance supervisor thoroughly walked us through the apartment over the phone. My apartments layout is a little strange with pretty cramped living areas and it is difficult to fit a queen bed in the bedrooms without some awkward placement of your furniture, but the bathroom is relatively spacious and closets are a good size. Our outdoor deck is a decent size. New construction and were the first residents in this unit, so it is super fresh. Parking is a MAJOR problem here. We have a second car that weve had to send to my in-laws while were living here because there simply is not space for it.

Allegro at Ash Creek is a beautiful new apartment complex. The apartments are brand new, prices are more then reasonable, and the location is great. Everyone is friendly and it really feels like a community. The washer and dryer is huge and it feels great living in a new apartment where nobody has even used the facilities/equipment before. There is also convenient quick-response maintenance available. Parking isnt an issue and it is convenient having the mall, stores, and highways all close by. Some of the ammenities are still being constructed but there is hardly any construction noise. Lexi is very professional and nice and it was great being helped by her to choose our apartment. Theres so many reasons to choose this as a place to live. Happy to call Allegro home.

I will be moving in the near future! The location is perfect, near the mall, near the freeways and more!! The complex is beautiful. Management has been helpful and super accessible throughout the process. I cant wait to call this place home :)

I satisfied with most of things.But I can hear every noise from upstair.It really bothers my family.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The construction workers are very respectful of the noise and making sure they are not “getting in the way”. The gals at the leasing office are amazing. They are always so sweet and kind and take time out of there day to talk to the residents.....it truly makes you feel that everyone is one big happy family. The maintenance team is so nice and makes sure to leave your place cleaner than when they entered. They were even so kind to work with me and my hectic schedule that way I would get some much needed shut eye. Cannot say anymore great things about this property and the management team. I will definitely be staying here for a while

Great place to live nice atmosphere, wonderful employee’s cool community and overall great staff, special shout out to Jamie, Gloria, kathya they are all very accommodating and helpful if your looking for a great location and alot of amenities and great staff this is the place to be its easily located off the freeway and it is a very quiet neighborhood everything is also located close.
