Wouldnt recommend!Management has changed. Used to be great now they tell us they cant do anything about noise issues. Things are going missing and vehicles are getting messed with. 5 out 6 of our neighbors in the same building have issues with one noisy neighbor. If you want to get sleep this isnt the place to do it! Also lots of people not picking up after their dogs so you bring it into the apartment with you. Pluses are its gated (the gate rarely works) and has security that occasionally drives through at night.

The whole time me and my husband lived at Glennbrook, we enjoyed it: great location, friendly neighborhood and affordable living! Definitely recommending it!!

I moved into Glennbrook apartments in July 2019. So far, we have had a great experience. Bradley has been very welcoming and Brown has done a great job at fixing our maintenance request. I have even seen him put on shoe coverings to come into our apartment, which is a big deal for us since we are, a no shoes in the apartment, kind of people. It is these little details that we appreciate so much from the management. The parking is much better than previous places we have lived. The gate provides a nice sense of security where you can take walks in the evening. It is a pet friendly community and in close distance to stores, pharmacies, bus line, and restaurants. After busy days with school or work, my family appreciates coming home to our apartment and community.

Bradley is truly an amazing property manager. I would even go as far as to say he is the best I have ever come across. You can see he really cares and values every resident here and he goes above and beyond to make this community great from the inside out.I feel very safe in this little community. The residents here are awesome. Everyone is so friendly; it feels like a little family here.I would recommend this property in a heartbeat!

The neighborhood feel safe and everyone is generally friendly. Bradley is a great manager and hosts many events to bring the community together. Brown is also a very friendly and kind maintenance guy who does great at his job! They are quick to address issues and very communicative with things that are going on around the property.

Glennbrook is the first apartment complex I have been able to consider a home. From the moment we applied, the experience has been amazing. Bradley is an incredible community manager. He is always prompt and friendly with communication and routinely takes in resident feedback to improve the community such as getting a new gate or enacting policies to cut down on dog waste left by residents. I have found that I rarely use extra amenities that other apartments offer such as pool, fitness center, etc. So I was happy to find a complex that is just straightforward units and not trying to upsell you with bells and whistles. Bradley has regular community events such as bingo, trivia, holiday porch decorating contests, etc. that create a far stronger community than other places I have lived that had all the frills and material amenities. Maintenance is prompt and thorough and the community is kept clean. There is plenty of open parking and nearby shopping resources. Even with being close to HWY 99 and under a flight path, it stays quiet and safe. I happily recommend this community to people I know as a wonderful place to live and call home.

We love living here! The office and maintenance are always responsive and thorough! Great place to live and convenient location to the freeway, without the noise. We enjoy how peaceful and quiet it is here as well. It is also always clean and well kept and love that it’s gated.

Living here at Glennbrook has been absolutely fantastic! We moved here from another apartment within the Weidner community whose management left something to be desired and which was very loud for us. When we first met with Bradley he was very helpful and made the entire process of moving in extremely easy. Glennbrook is a nice quiet community, and the people who live here are very friendly. Every month Bradley always has fun little things planned like patio decorating contests, which I love to participate in. The parking has NEVER been an issue as is the case with many other apartments. Overall we enjoy living here and are happy to call Glennbrook our home.

Ive lived here 4 years and still love it. Its a quiet community with friendly people and awesome management. They keep the grounds up and any issue needing maintenance has always been taken care of in a timely manner. I especially love how pet-friendly they are!!

I moved in July 2019 and I love the community. Bradley was a big help. He cares for the commumity and he was super friendly. Its sad that he left for another position somewhere else. Brown the mainternance guy was fast and efficient. This is an old apartment but they try to provide the residents the best they can. They communicate regularly through emails.The apartment is at the convenient location, near freeway, stores and bus stops. It is green and clean. The price is reasonable which include one under cover parking. There is a dog park and several dog stations. Although it is a gated community, people can follow you in easily. I lost my two bikes locked outside. Overall, look no further if you are looking for an apartment in this area. I have looked over 20 apartments and this is the best.

Im currently a resident and have enjoyed my place here so much Ive renewed my lease. Bradley is an amazing property manager and really seems to care beyond a professional level it feels personal when I need to talk with him, its a gated community that is pet friendly towards cats and dogs which I have both which was a huge relief when I was originally moving in. Its got several schools near by with easy access to highways, Also lots of recreation around some so close no car is required! Id reccomend checking out Glennbrook as your next potential home!

Weve only lived here a short time, but we really like it! Mr. Brown the maintenance man is amazing! Weve had a few personal requests and he has fixed them super fast! Bradley is always there to help out or answer questions. I also like that Bradley knows everyones name! This is a good place to live. The grounds are lovely and its so close to everything!

I have had many managers from a lot of different places I have lived and Bradley the manager here has been the most friendly and attentive manager I have had. He responds immediately and sends emails when packages has been there for a few days reminding us to pick them up. Even offering to help take the packages to the apartment for us. He puts on events to have the community get together and always has a smile on his face. The prices of the apartments are reasonable and the grounds clean. Great apartments.

I have lived at Glennbrook for 4 years now, and the apartments are truly a community, especially thanks to all the changes Bradley has instilled. We have regular opportunities to get together as a community and win prizes, and the landscape has never looked so good (thank you Brown for all the doggy treats and the rock beds), and if you need anything, rest assured Bradley is there for you whether something can be done about your concern or not he will also be a great ear and remember vast details about his residents here. Love love love.

I have been a renter at multiple different types of apartment complexes and homes for almost ten years, and in all of my renting experience, the service from Glennbrook as been by far the best. They are quick to answer service requests and their office management is friendly and responsive to concerns/requests. Overall the apartments are in good condition and well maintained. The community is friendly and very diverse culturally and age-wise. It isnt uncommon to see groups of young kids playing in the center courtyard. Apartments are pet friendly; we have a cat and I know others who have multiple dogs. Costs are pretty good for the area as well and it is in a great location across the street from a grocery store/gas station, as well as a small strip mall. However, because it is sort of tucked away behind everything, there isnt a lot of extra noise or foot traffic. I would say the only noise concern is that Paine Field has increased its flights and the apartment complex is underneath the flight path to Paine Field, however that is pretty common for rentals in the area.

The property manager is awesome! He makes our little neighborhood very inclusive with the activities he plans every month, which makes it a much more comfortable and awesome community to be a part of. Hes awesome! The area is very clean, the neighborhood is fairly quiet, there isnt really any riff raff here, the neighbors are very nice as well. Highly recommended!

Bradley is fast and responsive as the property manager, Glennbrook is also dog friendly! Me and my dog, we have so much fun in that dog park. They also put toys in there periodically.It will be tobacco free soon, so if you smoke it has to be outside the complex.

From personal experience, Glennbrook apartments respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner. The property manager, Bradley, shows his care for the residents by creating community events involving foods and fun. They are also dog friendly!

I lived here for two years and had a very pleasant experience during my time at Glennbrook. It is a small, friendly community. Management is very approachable and helpful, and if there is anything that needs to be fixed it is done in a day. The locking entrance gate keeps the apartment a safe. I never had any real problems here.

I have lived at glennbrooke Apartments for 7 years.Living in this community has been a positive experience.The staff from the glennbrooke Management have been fantastic.The guys/woman are friendly, polite and professional.When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs.The property overall is always kept clean.Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me.

I have lived at Glennbrook Apartments for 7 years. The staff has been great. Wish some of them stayed longer. Our current manager Bradley is great he tries to get the community involved in things. He does something special events each month, like eggs hunt, patio decorations contest, and get togethers. I see him out walking or visiting residents all the time instead of just staying in the office. If we have had a problem you can go tell him something happened and he takes care of it or like a package is miss delivered he tries to find it for you. I feel he cares a lot about the property, us and his job.

I lived there for six months until I got another job across the Sound. I was very sad to be leaving Glennbrook! When I moved in, the apartment was squeaky clean. Im OCD and I didnt need to clean anything. It looked, smelled and more importantly felt clean. The managers have been awesome and the maintenance guy, Michael (just got promoted to another unit) was amazing. He would call me if I left my patio door open and he thought I was gone. He would offer to lock up for me. He always took good care of my kitten if they needed to go into the apartment. He let me borrow tools to put furniture together and would assist in building or moving if I needed. I loved everything about living in this apartment community. I had great elderly neighbors who were always so sweet. I WISH I didnt have to leave!

This place has been awesome to live in. I know that sounds cliche, but I have really enjoyed my time here. The property manager has been the best I have worked with yet, going so far as to call my first month to make sure I knew that rent was due. She always asks if they is anything she needs to know and regularly goes above and beyond my expectations. The property is well maintained, common area problems are addressed quickly, and repair requests are completed in a very timely manner. I only moved away because of a job offer. If not, I would badge stayed here as long as I could have.

I’ve really enjoyed living here, the only issue really is the water temperature for the shower. However I do like really hot showers so that could just be me.

Bradley is by far the best apartment manager Ive ever had. He cares about not only the property, but the residents who live at glennbrooke. This complex is so quiet, and I feel safe leaving windows open 24/7 here. Theres a gate that closes every evening, and the one time they had a problem with the gate (not shutting) It was fixed within 48 hrs. I can call the office any time theyre open and know Ill get a response asap, and any maintenance issues are dealt with within a timely manner. The last complex I lived in I would be lucky to get a response within the week, bradley gets back to me within minutes! 10/10 would recommend.

Its a very good place to leave. Very good neighbors. A lot of parking. A lot of space to walk, play and be happy.😀😀😀😀😀😀

Lived here for 12 months and hated every minute. Terrible noisy neighbors were the least of my problems. Water damage and mold is evident throughout the complex, but glennbrook thinks you should be responsible for the mold growing out from your walls and vents. The increases in rent dont seem to fix anything, had my rent upped another 200$ monthly ontop of the original lease over the course my stay, not for utilities. From them changing their contract and leasing everything for a much higher price. Without changing anything. I recommend over looking these shady apartments. save yourself and your wallet.
