Me and my family have been living here for 3 years now I’ve never complained about staff until now, old staff were so nice and sweet and made us feel welcomed, new staff or at least one I just spoke with on the phone was rude and not professional at ALL. I didn’t catch her name, we were on the phone and during mid conversation she said there’s someone else was on the line and hung up!! I work as front desk myself and I always help first customer and tell the other that I’m currently helping someone and to please hold! She wasn’t professional at all smh 🤦🏽♀️ 😠 it’s infuriating cause I would never do this myself as a front desk agent! Unbelievable.
Great apartments but some parking issues
It is not a good place for kids. There is a tiny play area. This creates a dangerous environment for children because its all parking lot. The kids are all over. Theyre on bikes, scooters, skate boards, etc. Many of them are lower than the cars in between them and they pop out so quickly I can barely avoid running them over. Parents need to be supervising their own children because of the immediate dangerous situations present. Apartments that intend to house families with children should be required to to be child friendly. Equipped with sufficient safe playing areas. The small area to play is located way in the back of the complex. Which reminds me of the gate that leads to the Safeway parking lot. Yes there is an exit/entrance but it is not accessible by the tenants. It is blocked off with a gate. Thats right.... one way in and out. Must be about 10 to15 four story buildings.
Good place to live in if u have children..
The best lots of kids and great pool computer and pool ball
Jacp good luck
The property is well maintained, the maintenance and office staff are responsive to my needs and professional.
Britt is the best. Communicates well and is eager to help.
Great great apartments to live.
I have been living here since it has opened and all of the staff are super nice and extremely helpful. Even if you are late on your rent as long as you talk to them about it they try to help you as best they can. If your looking for a place I highly recommend to move here
I feel so bad I do leave here, there are not a professional buildings, so noisy, you can hear voices, walking, talking, tvs on there community. Not a good management.
We called every day for 2 weeks straight in hopes of grabbing an apartment as soon as it becomes open because it’s across work and there was no availability. We asked over and over for a 1 or 2 bedrooms by the end of July. They kept saying no until one day we called and they said yes, a 1 bedroom will be available by August 1st and it’s first come first serve. They told us to prepare all the paperwork and whoever shows up with all documents needed will get the apt. Needless to say my husband rushed home from work to prepare income proofs and other documentations, skipping 2 hours of work just to take care of the application. We even set an appointment for the very next hour and guess what, when we showed up they told us the apt won’t be available till August 25!!! That is a whole damn month away!! What are we supposed to do? Put our stuff in storage and sleep on the street? And when we asked why they told us differently on the phone, they just shrugged it off saying “It wasn’t me who talked to you” !!! I was outraged but my husband still asked for the app just so that they looked at each other unenthusiastically then turned to us “We’re closing for lunch soon”. Then that’s it, out of the door we go, without a single apology for their false advertisement. Unwelcoming, lazy staff that are incredibly untrustworthy and inconsiderate who couldn’t care less when they literally ruined our day because they couldn’t get facts straight. Will never live here or recommend this place to anyone.
All of the ladies in the office have major attitude problems many many people have agreed that with me here throughout the complex. My car was stolen from the parking lot and I told her I called the tow already I had even called twice to be sure and she suggested I call them again. Today they say they need my registration to park my car and it’s a rule when it wasn’t a rule before when ever you walk in they give you the most unpleasant hello it’s like sorry to bother you??? Honestly just don’t come to live here unless you like dramaThey are now ignoring me via email? Great company to live for I have to walk to my car because I can’t park it where I live who does this to their residents ?Update they called me back to talk about my parking pass and as I’ve stated before my car was stolen and now they want to charge me for a new parking pass like hello?! What aren’t you getting
Low income apartments and they accept animals. Theyre very helpful and friendly. Its placed in a perfect spot right next to albertsons and close to a couple schools. Easy street access. Theyre very new apartments and gorgeous on the inside.
Not even a star, Worst place to live.Unprofessional Manager Tracy and her assistants are the worst I ever work with. I never recommend this place to live in or deal with the management .the manager and her team are living in a very nice apartments and keep decline walking renters. NOT FAIR..Garbage not managed well and everywhere. very bad parking.and people lives there are so mean.HNN really has to put many efforts to chose the right Managers and staff
Unresponsive. Does not return voicemails. Frustrating and disappointing!
Nice new complex, but guest parking is strict and limited. Entire site is non-smoking. Kids are outside playing and making noise during daylight hours. Units get lots of natural light. There are four stories in every building.
This will be my family second bad review about this apartment complex! Two years ago when we moved here we was told this was affordable living apartments but it been far from that, I spoke with HNN today about moving apartments because I was told by my office there would no longer be transfers but 200 holding fee and the workers in the office said re paying applications fees (HNN said otherwise) and I was told By HNN just to hold the apartment is 500$ for existing residents But 200 for new residents (I guess it a privilege to need a bigger or smaller place) that you will not be getting back, I’ve never heard of any apartment complex charging 500$ for a holding fee because “you already live here” these apartments aren’t even worth that for a holding fee. Then the office computers messed my payments and they are saying I am responsible for re paying them for their computer mistake which is very unfair. My office is very bad at updating residents on new changes going on, I don’t understand I just never lived at such an unprofessional place. I lived at Alderwood heights for 8 years and didn’t even have this much trouble as I had in the last two years. I would not recommend anyone to live here unless you wanna deal with unprofessional office people, having to pay outrages fees just to up or down grade your apartment it isn’t worth no 500$. The biggest thing is I don’t remember reading in my new lease about holding fees for existing residents have changed to 500$ instead of 200$ this once again goes back to the office not telling you information unless you ask on your own! I also would like to add that I’ve been over here for two years and the office people are suppose to sign your money order right in front of you according to HNN but since I’ve lived here not once has any of the office workers signed a money order in front of me, this once again goes back to them being very unprofessional.
After my second month they raised my rent about $200. Then, their is a new policy that you will be required to pay your rent online starting January 2019 with a convenience fee of $40 to pay your rent! So, every month you’ll pay $40 to pay your rent. They will not accept money orders, cash and you’ll have a fee if you pay with personal checks. Finally the last issue there is no parking spot after 9-10pm every spot is full. The first two month they use to be a security and a towing taking cars every night. Now, I don’t see them and there’s no parking spaces and some tendants don’t know how to park and used 1 1/2 spots to park their vehicle. I strongly don’t recommend this place until they fix their policies and have solutions for this problems.
This place is iffy, as Ive been told no tenant can put anything on their balconies. Whats the point of having a balcony, if you cant put anything on it? Do you really want someone telling you how to live your life? Well, if you do, this is the place for you. $1100 a month seems a weekend bit high. Thats a mortgage payment!
My and my family have been living in this building for about 3 years and the office assistants and management have always been unprofessional firstly the office assistants aren’t good at all on picking up phones to speak with residents or new potential residents, they will give out information then say they didn’t say it. I notice they get mad when you ask alotta questions, some of the rules that their HNN has made they will actually say it’s a Washington state law when it just a rule their HNN has made. They are horrible about informing you about new changes to the property. The management is very bad since we first moved in she’s always been too “busy” to talk with her residents or not available on too of everything she rather have her office assistants deal with residents then deal with them herself. Yesterday I took it upon myself to let her know that she have serval bad reviews on management (her) and she honestly told me it was because those people got evicted or has broke the rules which I found unbelievable. My mom walked into the office yesterday to talk about a 175 charge she had left to pay and the office assistants (Kiera) told her “once she reaches out to HNN(corporate) she not suppose to deal with them which doesn’t make sense because it isn’t in fine print that the office can’t deal with you once you reach out to HNN so my mom then asked to speak with the manger Tracy so she could ask a question about what she owes because my mom had some of the money to give to them if they would have spoke with her but no they said she couldn’t speak to Tracy so she then calls me I tell her it’s not in the lease that they can refuse you the right to speak to them after reaching out to corporate so I said go back in there leave the phone on speaker and once my mom did that and I was simple on the phone saying “you can’t refuse to speak just because my mom reach out to HNN it’s not in your lease” she then got mad told my mother to leave the office now or she will be reporting my mom to her corporate 🥴 I don’t understand how unprofessional this place can be but I can definitely understand why they have a high rate of people moving in and out.
I love it here but I just wished that the office didn’t close so early because I love going to the pool and gym and it would be GREAT if they closed later lolPlus summer is right around the corner sooooooo
First off I called in February asking if they had apartments available to lease, a women answered the phone & said their first apartments were going to be finished in March! She told me there was no waiting list it was first come first serve, called back in March just to find out there is a waiting list, wait another month for them to call me back. Come in for a meeting with them, I had switch jobs within that month. Brought some of my old pay stubs since I had only one new pay stub from my new job. Tells me I need a letter of resignation from my other job when I told him I did not work there anymore! My old General manager sent him one & it wasnt good enough so I had be be rushing back & forth to get one thats good enough for them. They ran my background check there was a owed balance to my old apartments, which I took care of & my old apartment manager told me she cant print out my background check but to give them her email if they had any questions. Sent them an email with all the information & explaining them the situation! Doesnt respond to my email, then sends me an email saying they were releasing my down payment because my back ground didnt pass! Very disappointed to say the least! They got my familys hopes up & have been playing with me! Making me run back & forth just to tell me that they were releasing! Very unpleasant visit as well had a pregnant woman start to help me & half way through it leaves &I never comes back! The lady working the front desk even say she thought that she was helping me & thought it was unprofessional of her to never come back! Please dont come & waste your time here! Apartments look very new & nice, modern but staff is very unprofessional!
I live here currently and have lived here since they were brand new. I have to say the apartment itself has a great floor plan and is very spacious but beside that I don’t care for the complex.Trash:There are several issues with this complex. There are two trash cans on either side of the apartment building that are for throwing away small bits of trash but are usually full of large trash bags because other tenants are too lazy to walk and take them to the trash compactor that is centrally located. The property management rarely ever cleans up these cans so trash gets piled up and critters scavenge through them and make a huge mess that doesn’t get cleaned up. There is constantly trash everywhere. Lately there has been somebody who is dumping their trash bags on the little roof that covers the stairs on the ground floor. This has happened twice now in the past month.Parking:Parking lot is usually full past 10 pm and if you have guests that need to use guest parking after 5pm good luck they will need to park at Albertsons or park in a neighborhood near the complex. They have recently changed the security here and since then there has been many issues. The security tries to use this “bully” mentality against the people that are living here. They often sit with the towing company at the entrance waiting to find a car that is parked “wrongfully” and tow it out. I have had a guest over that was over for only a couple hours and parked in a unmarked spot and registered it on the online parking registry for guest, he went out to leave and his car had been towed. We called the security and asked them why his car was towed and he stated “the car was not parked in guest parking” but on the parking registry website they gave us nowhere does it say that you need to park in the guest parking to register a guests car. We looked through the fine print everywhere and there isn’t anything anywhere that says that. I called the security again and explained this and he said all of that information is in an email that he was given and nowhere on the property is there any signs indicating that this is the case. We called the office and they weren’t much help saying that they are a separate entity and they can’t help us out. He ended up paying upwards of $400 for his car to be towed and held in the yard for less than an hour. They won’t refund his money back nor will they put up signs which indicate this.Water damage:I live in the two bedroom apartment which has two bathrooms. The guest bathroom ceiling is caving in. The paint has peeled off in huge chunks and some of the drywall is starting to fall off. I don’t use this bathroom ever really so I never noticed it. But one day I came home to a huge mess of the ceiling falling in. The complex was built only a year ago so I’m not sure why I should be having these problems.Thin walls:There is one shared wall in the unit I live in and in my room where it is you can pretty much hear every single thing that that person is saying, watching on tv and even their alarm clock going off in the morning all from the other side of the room. All in all if you only care about hanging out inside your apartment then this place may be just what you’re looking for if you don’t care about anything I listed.
I have lived in one bedroom apartment and I was satisfied with it however when I moved into the same apartments but two bedroom the staff did not tell me that on the first floor there is no closet in the balcony, they made me sign the papers before looking into this apartment. My move-in was delayed by three weeks and on the move-in date the apartment was not in its best shape, I had to call the maintenance at least three times. After a month of living I’ve noticed that the carpet from previous owners is very dirty and I mean it made my feet and socks charcoal black the manager assured me that carpet was cleaned. but there’s no way I could believe that after looking at my feet. But the manager was nice enough to offer me carpet cleaning with no additional charge however the company they hired was terrible they clean my office looking carpet, twice at different times and they still make my socks very dirty, the washer they have here don’t wash any of the dirt off so I have to throw away my white socks. Also the maintenance came in twice without my permission I was very upset. Also the couple months I have lived here my upstairs neighbors are terrible they run around day and night even after contacting the office and calling the security more than 10 times I still live with waking up at 2-4am because of kids running Around in the middle of the night and throwing heavy objects.
Everything is great! But the pool and baseball place could be better if there were open longer till like 8
Ok this is a nonsmoking property no parking and your guest if they drive you can only have the park in the parking lot in guest parking staff is nice but try and get i. your buness
Everythings perfect. but we need more time to spend pool and basketball court. Need extension time in Clubhouse.
Parking is rediculusly you have several visitors parking at the front entrance but if ur not in the A or B building then its going to be a hike to where u are going and u have to register ur vehicle each and every time that u visit
Horrible managment when I moved in the quite time was from 8pm-8am but after a year they are telling me that the quite hours are from 10pm, my baby goes to bed at 8 pm upstairs there banging, jumping, and running around and the office says that they have the right to but my baby cant sleep and always scared from the noise . All my guest that come over there all shocked how loud they bang and jump and the office doesnt do anything about it. pay $1500 a month and I cant even live in my house normal because from 7:30am-10pm upstairs people have no respect to down stairs when they walk upstairs they stump there feet on purpose, know that my baby is sleeping and when I hit the ceiling for them to stop the office calls me and tells me I cant do that and that they have the rights to bang and jump but I have no rights and the office wont do anything about it even though when you move it says no jumping or running and few complains they will move you but none of that is true!! Its just a consent that they dont follow and always have excusess. The office hours are from 10-6:40pm they wont pick up the phone after that time even though its till 7pm. You cant use the pool or the gym before or after the hours. I been complaining about the noise and banging for already almost 2 yrs and now there just ignoring my complaints and not doing anything. I dont recommend these apartments for parents with small kids!! They dont listen and dont respect the needs of families because they just dont want to deal with it.
Great location, friendly neighbors (for the most part, and excellent craftsmanship during construction. For what the rent costs here, being a low-income housing development, I imagine I’d be paying at least 25% higher rates for a comparable building anywhere else in the city of Lynnwood, WA.
Please drive carefully through parking lot, lots of children
Staff working diligently to get things done in a timely fashion. Maintenance is top notch and very knowledgeable.
I have been living here for a few months, and I know it might not be fair to write this review when others have been living here longer, but I just feel like I should be able to express my thoughts on this apartment. At first when I moved here, I liked it, because it had more space and activities then my old apartment. It was able to take in big families and its lovely to see kids outside playing with their friends. I was very fond of the amenities they provided us with and I was thrilled when I found out that we were right near a stores and food joints. I was actually very proud of how professional and helpful this staff was. Whenever my family had issues they would come in and help us in a quick time. I have never stumbled upon such a better staff in my life. Now after living here for a few months, I realized things were going downhill a bit. I have some problems with the rules here. To many of them I have to say. I just feel like theyre too restrictive and whenever any of the kids in y family want to play inside rather then going out, I always feel bad when I have to halt them. Another thing is, the neighbors here are some of the most bothersome I have ever encountered. I feel like my neighbors especially are hypocrites. One time they filed a complain against us, just because our toddler was running around in the living room. But every week, we can hear the kids above and below us constantly hitting the floor while running around and it bothers us so much. Our family can constantly hear kids running, slamming, banging or yelling in the hallways outside our apartments. I have had some cases where I have had to open the door because I thought someone was knocking on my door, when it was apparently some kid across us knocking on their door for someone to let them in. None of the other neighbors complain about this, but yet they complain about our child running around the place. If this place is gonna have rules, one of them should be that kids cant be allowed to do that in the halls. The parking is another problem. Its like its every man for himself with the parking issue. We barely try to go out at night because every time we have ever left an empty space unattended, bu the time its 10 PM its full. I wonder why every unit cant have a reserved spot. I know that if I want a reserved spot, I need to pay extra, but that feels wrong. It should be a norm that every apartment unit provides at least a parking spot for each tenant. This shouldnt be something a complain about, but this has to be talked about. There have been instances, where I had to park my car in the Albertsons lot, just because. Its ridiculous. These are my complains. Oh, my last one. This place needs to do a better job at informing us about new stuff. There have been a few times where I havent been emailed about changes.
Super crowded parking lot.
Excellent management and it’s very good place to live, my kids love it
Very nice and greatly priced apts!!!! Great view and location, lots of parking! And little dog trail!!!!
I gonna move there at September 10 2017 and its gonna be awesome
The best carne assada I ever had
They seem like your friend until your a tenant... Havent heard one good thing about a move out at scriber Creek. hnn associates has destroyed so many of my friends rental history as well as credit, I just scriber Creek but aging in as a whole. They really over. Low income low budget thrown-together apartment I couldnt be happier to have exited their property.
Clean.
Great Community... Staff is very friendly
No parking ever
Great place to live excellent staff
Horrible management, a single garbage container, no assigned parking and very few visitor parking, have towed my car twice in 40 days, you can only use the gym and the pool in their office hours, horrible place to live, I I will move from here as soon as I can and if you are smart you will do the same
Very professional on the phone, it was unfortunate that these apartments are low income, but very pleasant to speak to.
Too many rules at this place turn on stuffy too close together not enough room parkings crowded people arent as friendly as I would like them to be
These apts look nice but built cheap as well as horrible management, they totally contradict themselves because when you enter it says no smoking on the property but as you enter in the middle of the apt complexes it has a smoking area zone, worst management Ive ever come across
I like it but it has a office that has indoors pool and basket ball but it has lots of rule
No good Management no good building no good services is drug people live in their no safety place
Nice floorplans
Great
Seemed nice
Quality rooms, bad management.
Britt

Jacob and America are helpful and go the extra mile for the tenants.
